I have purchased goodrej refrigerator in the year 2016 from Tura, West Garo Hills Meghalaya and I noticed that last few days my refrigerator does stay cool and the sound which comes out from the fridge doesn't stay longer and water doesn't come out from the pipe .Thus it is humble request to the concern brand to provide request services to the aggrieved customer.

I purchased a refrigerator in godrej showroom situated in KGF on May 2020
While purchasing it is was informed to me that, we will be providing extended warranty for 1year and they gave me one card regarding warranty extension.
Now my refrigerator has some problem from last 2month.
All vegetables and greens kept inside are turning into black colour.
Some are getting freezed. (Please note, the cooling level is set only at level 2)
I have attached some pictures taken today.
Now the issue is, when I reached show room they are saying that my warranty has not been updated still.
From last 2months am following them, but no any proper response.
I don't know whose mistake is that to update warranty, since it was informed by showroom that we are giving extended warranty and now they are saying it's not been updated.

Two technicians came to install the air conditioner. While drilling the hole in the wall, they damaged a huge area on the wall causing us a huge loss. The third guy came and they three further showed pathetic technical skills as they seemed to know nothing about what they were doing. I demand to be compensated for the same asap

I have bought one "Godrej 236 L Frost Free Double Door 2 Star (2020)Refrigerator" (Sl No :[protected]FR00461) from Flipkart . The Invoice is attached herewith .

This refrigerator is hardly 6 months old but during this 6 months I had to face many problems in the operation of equipment. In first one month the Compressor was changed, then timer was changed, then we had to use Stabiliser as per the advice of your technician.Then the Gasket was changed as per the advice of Godrej Technician.

But still cooling is not proper & many times, the refrigerator stop working for whole day and in the night it started automatically.

I never expected that a product from such a Reputed Company "GODREJ" can be so bad & poor.

I have requested many times for replacement of the Refrigerator but they are not ready to replace.The attitude of Godrej company is so bad that they are not listening at all.

I want justice & want immediate replacement.

Hi,
This is to inform you that I, Roni Dutta booked an exchange of semi-automatic top loaded washing machine dated on 6th Feb, 2021. The service execution no is 927130 & this form was filled by Avijit Roy, a sales executive of your company probably came from the Salt Lake Sec V Branch & he took Rs 1600 by cash as a booking amount. That time I was living in a rented house & I had some space issues there that’s why I have decided that I will take the delivery of the washing machine in my new flat at 93 Purba Daspara, Khiristala, Sonarpur, Kol-700150 on the month of May & Avijit told me that it was absolutely fine. He also told me that at the time of delivery he would adjust all the money he took from me which is Rs 1600(cash) in advance as a token amount.
After three months when I shifted to my new flat dated on 6th May, 2021 Raja Gupta, another sales executive of your company came to my place & he again filled a new application form (service execution 914294) on behalf of me for the same exchange & suddenly I knew that Avijit Roy didn’t make any entry in the system for the same exchange which I booked 3 months ago & already gave him Rs 1600. On very next day Avijit Roy had given me a call & told me that he had deposited all the money which he took from me Rs 1600 & application form in the office & also told me that for further communication I had to contact with Raja Gupta & also he suggested me that I can get the same model of washing machine either from “Amazon” or from “Flipkart” in lower rate rather what price is offering by the “Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co Ltd” its’ self. I suddenly convinced by his suggestion told Raja Gupta to stop the delivery & stop processing the application form & also asked him for the refund of Rs 1600 given to Avijit Roy & also Rs 500 which I paid to “Godrej and Boyce Mfg Co Ltd” through G-pay suggested by Raja Gupta. That time Raja Gupta told me that it was fine he would take necessary steps to give me back the refund money of Rs(1600+500)= Rs 2100 but it would take a little bit of time & I was convinced by his promise. After a few days lock down came it was prolonged upto 30th June, 2021.
Now I called up Raja Gupta and asked him for the refund but he refused to give the entire amount & told me that he can give me the refund of Rs 1000 only. On this thousand bucks Rs 500 will be G-pay amount & another Rs 500 will be the amount which was taken by Avijit Roy.
But actually Avijit Roy took Rs 1600 from me & wrote in application form Rs 16000 instead of Rs 1600 by mistake & now your sales executive Raja Gupta is denying me to refund the entire Rs 1600.
With this letter I’m sending you both the application form & second pay history snap.
I hope I can make you understand my concern which I've been following up on for the last 3 months.
Please do the needful to give me the refund (Rs 2100) amount in my S/B A/C ASAP.

Maine 30/07/2021 ko goderaj ka 1.5 ton ka split ac kharida, jiske baad maine installation ke liye company ko kaii baar call kiya, unki taraf sirf complaint darz karne ke alawa koi kaam nhi kiya gya, aur fir kuch din mughe bina bataye mera complaint close kar diya gaya. jis karan mughe apni jeb se bhut jyada rupya kharch karna pda, kripya karke company ke khilaaf legal action le, jis se ki company dubara ye kaam kisi samanya byakti ke sath na kare.uske baad fir split ac me problem aa gyi, maine fir complaint darz karaya, fir bhi koi action nhi liya gya abhi tak, kripa krke apna product wapis le jaye aur mughe mere paise wapis kare. complaint no. L[protected] aur dusra complaint NO. hai L[protected].

After turning the cold water tap, the water is not entering into the washing machine. The water is available from the tap and the cold water tap for the washer is turned on but till the water is not entering into the washing machine.

Purchased fridge on the month of October2020.[censored]es serious cooling issue from the date of purchase .repeatedly requested the dealer.to correct the mistake or else to replace the same. The technician had divergent views regarding the complaint. Changed motor once. Changed PCV on[protected]. Still the problem persists .we had no idea about what to do. The dealer is not interested in our complaints .They are just interested in doing business. Request the replacement of the fridge immediately

I have been registering a complaint with your executives since 16 june for repairing motor of my washing machine ...since that day your technician or team in lucknow has been making false promises of coming and fixing it .. Automatically you guys cancel my repair request without even asking me ... I call and put up my request for repair again ..it goes same every time... I have by now done it 4 times and this is too much .
Your executives and your technicians are just making fool of me..
This is the frst time my product of your brand is having an issue and am facing this stupidity on your end..
I have been using your refrigerators and air conditioners too.. what if those needs repair too in future.. .. It seems throwing them is good idea then getting it repaired.

I have purchased viroshiled through you on[protected]. Suddenly it stopped working on[protected]. Service person has come with my complaint on[protected]. Complaint No. Y[protected]. Since it is warranty, the service person is telling that Timer is not working and it will take 4 or 5 days to get from Godrej and repair. It is ridicules. Simple Timer is not available with such a big company like Godrej to replace. It appears that Godrej is deliberately delaying the service and I do not have faith that they will repair.
The main purpose of purchasing UV disinfecting device is to safe guard from COVID virus. If it is delayed like this the purpose of purchasing will not serve. Hence, it is urgently required to repair and use UV disinfecting device. Kindly help to take appropriate action to repair immediately. My contact No. [protected].

I BOUGHT MY AC INV GODREJ ON DATE 31/05/2021.But from the first day i am facing problem with that like not proper cooling system .not proper switch off and on system .i complained regularly but no prior action against my complaint.i just receive 1 or 2 time call from your dealer but not from company person.this is straight way to inform you please solve my issue tomorrow otherwise i will go for action about you and your dealer.if you are not capable to solve this please collect your device (AC )AND RETURN MY MONEY.I AM FURSTRATED NOW.

to 13.03.2025 for two of my ACs. In spite of repeated WApp messages
and promise from your end, so far it has not been sent to us. In spite of repeated follow up with your local team and your [protected]@godrej.com there has been no response. Please do it immediately and send scan of same to my email id also.

Around 7 months ago i registered a complaint about my refrigerator that's not in the working condition. A service boy came and charged ₹1175 for changing a kit called thermostat but actually he didn't fit the new one. I have to complaint against the service boy.

I would like to raise a formal complaint against the problem which i am facing with my fridge which I have bought on 23rd Feb 2019 (Attached Invoice).

Issue - Cooling problem

First Issue - There was cooling problem in my fridge which i have first faced in September 2020, within 18 months from the date of purchase. That time I had raised the complaint on Godrej customer no., and my request when the Godrej engineer came to check the problem. He said that freezer fan motor is not working and we have to install the new motor. For which he charged in total approx. 2500 for the repair work. (You can check in your records)

Second Issue - After 3 to 4 months, I again faced the same problem in December 2020. Again i raised the request and this time some other Godrej Engineer came to check the issue. And he mentioned that the other guy didn't do the work properly and there is some other problem in the fridge.
For which he charged approx. 1500. (You can check in your records)

Third Issue - Again after 3-4 months, I am facing to same problem. I have raised the request again on customer care and they are saying that again for the repair work charges would be applicable.

Within 2 years from the date of purchase, i have faced the problem 3-4 time.

I don't have any problem in paying charges but please provide me a Quality product. I trusted Godrej as a brand but my experience is not good so far with the product and with the service team/centre.

I think there is a manufacturing defect in my fridge.

I would request you to please change the fridge or please rectify the problem. My humble request to you.

I have a nxw split ac which is non functioning for long time. Few month ago a mechanic came my house after lodging a complaint but he did not take any step for repair it. Plz take necessary action for repairing my ac as early as possible.

I bought.a fridge of Godrej at[protected] model no190-zt Bill no 104 . yesterday my fridge has been burned at night and two rooms has been fully burned with the burning of this fridge I got huge lose by this burning so compansate my lose.in between two times I have corrected falts in this fridge my two rooms has been fully burned

I have purchased Godrej viroshield on 11May 2021;started complaining about the issue in product on 17June, 2021.Despite two ph numbers provided, technician not able to call and locate my residence ; which is a prominent part of Gurgaon.After n number of complaints and follow ups no action till 29June, 2021.
Request, PLEASE DO NOT BUY GODREJ PRODUCTS, NO AFTER SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED.

We bought Double door refrigerator in Jan'21.From day one we face a problem with vegetable tray.All the time it's been loaded with water droplets hence every vegetable is being spoiled with over moisture.Your technicians visited couple of times and couldn't sort out this issue.your call center people gave supervisor and manager no and ask me to speak directly. Neither the officials cared to visit nor the customer service gave proper response rather enrolling customer to handle by themselves. Being a reputed brand, we never expect such kind of poor customer service.Its really pathetic..Request to sort out my issue or initiate product replacement at the earliest.

I have complained on 10th June 2021 ...still my Refrigertor is not working ..each time a person comes n say that the board is not working and its not available in the company ...we have to order n and get it... when he bought the board and fixed it and then he is saying that compressor is not working wait for another weeks time as compressor is not available with them...
