Worst customer care service. I have been calling the customer care and authorized service provider (in my case Alliance solutions, office in Nand Nagri ) after repeated calls, repair person showed up and diagnosed faulty compressor.
I have been told to wait for 3-4 days to get it changed, that too not sure (as we have AMC on the fridge).
I simply don't understand how can it takes 3-4 days to get that fixed???
I am absolutely sure, If I had to pay for the compressor, it would have been changed right away.
Typical Indian company who doesn't care about their customers after product sold.
Customer care = Customer pain

    Inadequate cooling since 05-Apr'2021. Requested Service. Tech came on 14-Apr'2021 and started cleaning with Toothbrush. Told them why it was not cleaned with High Pr Jet Kit. They requested another date for bringing the kit which was provided i.e. 17-Apr'2021. They came with incomplete Kit and technician was untrained. Started spraying water (low pressure) without cleaning agent again with toothbrush. Told/Showed them that AC was not getting cleaned and that it was not the SOP to be followed which includes high pressure jet cleaning spray which was not done. They also had no camera/LED display unit to see cleaning inside the AC and they left. After they left, the AC was shutting down irregularly before reaching setpoint temperature. Technician again called on 17-Apr'2021 evening and they found that the earlier technician had left air temperature probe unconnected and it was floating in the water collected during earlier cooling. It was then attached correctly but cooling was insufficient. Even after running 30 mins at 24 deg setpoint, temperature was not reducing fast enough(ambient temperature was 30 deg in the evening) in a 100 sq ft room and setpoint temperature of 24 deg was not achieved in the room. They were unable to determine the cause and said they would come again on another day with cleaning kit. Air flow insufficient, Cooling insufficient, Gas in Unit - Not know, Other faults - Not known. The company expects customers to be R&D scientist so that the actual fault can be diagnosed by the customer and told to them. Completely dissatisfied by untrained, inexperienced service staff who try to fool the customer having paid Rs.8-9K for the AMC.

      My registered mob no [protected] .Earlier there was leakage of water problem of my godrej spilt ac.So many times i booked complaint.They came and replaced parts at high cost .But leakage continues .Recently i booked a complaint because there was no cooling effect .I asked the service man to check if there was any leakage in pipe system because i had changed gas thrice since june 2019 .They came and replaced gas at rs 2900/- but after 2 days there was again no cooling effect .I relodged complaint .They came and recommended replacement of pipe system at rs 6000/_ Just bad service .I ll never go for any godrej product in future .

          Our double door refrigerator's both freezer and regular compartment are not cooling, so we called up Godrej customer service and end up with a service provider from godrej and got done DEFROSTED and STARTER BUTTONS replaced and paid them 3, 700 rs including service charges in the montg of february. Now our fridge is causing us the same old issue which is melting up all the items kept in it and we tried calling the same franchisee, and in return we got respones as no contact number is working. Kindly sort out our issue at the earliest.

              I purchased Godrej Eon refrigerator on September 2020. 2 weeks from purchased i noticed an over cooling problem. The fridge compartment along with the freezer compartment was overcooling along with frosting. On contacting Godrej service centre, we had temporary resolution of the frosting issue. But intermittently we had similar issues. From December 2020 the problem started to worsen and it's been 4 months, the service centre guys show up every week and take photos and they sent them to higher authorities. We have enough proof for the faulty working of the appliance. Finally the company accepted for replacement of the fridge. Its been 3 weeks since their of vow of replacement and i didn't receive a new fridge. I contacted the customer care 3 days back and they replied that they do not have a stock of the particular refrigerator. You people boast that the model didn't receive any complaint from any one and it s a best model and yet you don't hav a single stock of that particular model. We cudnt use the refrigerator for 4 months and your service towards customers are pathetic. A higher authority was insisting after replacement of the fridge i must not be complaining again. Issuing a faulty machine and you expect the customer to stay silent while facing issues. Very pathetic response from your authorities. Kindly take up this issue and give a replacement or pay my money back as soon as possible. Thank you

                      Dear team, I have purchased pridge February 2021, from hagaribommanahalli, bellari district, Karnataka.
                      After receiving delivery I have found issues with pridge.
                      Issues: base of pridge is no flat and has some other issues...I requested nearby Godrej service but they're are not sending anyone to fix issues.. they're simply closing complaint saying tha they visited and issues are closed.but nobody came to fix issues.                         The service center guys from Smart Appliances (Kolkata) came and charged humongously for a spare part which online price is very nominal and to top that my fridge still not repaired.Requesting them to arrange the excess money that they charged are not being looked into and our phone calls are getting ignored and unasnwered. I have attached the bill which they have provided.

                        2ndly the spare part that he changed were not damaged at all.

                          Bought a godrej deep freezer one month back over the blue star one.. few days back it stoped cooling. On complaining the technician visited and told me that the compressor is faulty. I was shocked to hear that on a month old deep freezer. I don’t want to get it repaired. I need a complete new replaced product. Please don’t make me regret my decision to go with godrej over bluestar

                              It is now almost 1 year since the 1st advance payment was done for Modular Kitchen. The work stands incomplete even today. I summarize broadly the badly executed project work which is left half-done.

                              Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic for 6 months no work was done even after payment which is understandable and hence i did not bother the dealer Kitchen Innova (Anna Nagar, Chennai) keeping in view the trust in the Brand Name you represent.

                              In Sep-2020 they sent a mail stating they ready with the work and asked for 2nd tranche payment.

                              Since then the project work to say the least has been not at all to our basic satisfaction levels. I had to incur additional costs due to poor planning & execution of the work.

                              1) The dealer never came to the project site on the agreed dates and always put us in hardship. After a lot of follow-up and taking re-measurements of the doors / other materials were delivered at our house 2 months later.
                              2) When work began, the 1st work was removing the slab in our working kitchen. They sent the service person with a hammer to break the slab instead of a cutter as agreed, This resulted in the slab being broken into sharp stones and a lot of debris. I had to spend INR 9000 for a replacement.
                              3) Further the debris was strewn all over our house and inspite of various reminders they just gave false promises and never assigned anybody to clean the debris. I had to arrange a person to clean and transport the debris for which I had to pay INR 2500.
                              4) Finally the work commenced and some of the doors for the shelf were not of the correct size (even though measurements were taken many times and blue print prepared for the same). I had to incur INR 10, 000 to change my kitchen construction to suit the wrong size of the doors.delivered by you. I then informed you of the same and asked you to complete the work.
                              Their service co-ordinator sent me a whats app on 19th Dec 2020 stating the work will be completed in 1 week. However the work is still not completed.

                              These incomplete works have left our kitchen in an open state without protection from rodents etc.

                              There is now a huge trust deficit now due to extremely bad customer service and I am constrained to look to other vendors to complete the half baked work done.

                                Sir,

                                On 14th January 2021 were facing the problem of our fully automatic Godrej Washing machine (Model Description: WT EON 650 PFH ROYAL GREY) not properly discharging/ draining out the water from the drum and also unusually loud noise which it generated while it was functioning.

                                We booked a complaint on 19th January 2021 and your mechanic/technician reached our house on 20th January 2021. He took the analysis of the problem and told us to change some parts in it due to the drainage issues which we were facing. But on that same day/next day we got a message from you call centre stating the message “Your complaint is closed because you are not ready to pay the service charge”. After an enquiry I came to know that some parts are plastic made (this was a plastic part consisting of the hinge of the washing machine door) so I have to pay the charges. Without even informing us once via call, the service centre sent us the above-mentioned message.

                                Again, immediately I booked another complaint & then the next day itself your technician came i.e. Second visit, where he did open the back side of the machine, and he noticed the drum was in very bad condition, as it had a cavity on the inner plastic drum due to its friction with the metallic part of the washing machine as it was out of its required alignment. So, he took a photo of it and he went, during this second visit I told him it is not our fault, but some manufacturing defect has impaired its working. Because from 2003 onwards I am using the washing machine products by Godrej (the previous model from 2003 to 2015 & the present model which we brought on 8th September 2015). In the previous models, we did not face any major issue in its initial year o[censored]sages, except when it was nearing the end of durability cycle. The current model which we were using, gives me a lot of problems, also the washing cycle is not even executed properly.

                                After the second visit, we again received another message saying your complaint is closed; even after we did contact the representative of the service and talked about the problem which we were facing, hearing upon which he said that he will solve our problems immediately. But unfortunately, till today no response or any initiation as come from your side to solve our crisis.

                                For Your kind Information, during 29th September 2020, we were facing the same above-mentioned issue of the washing machine not discharging the water and not working, upon which we registered a complaint to your service on 30th September 2020 and your technician came to our house on 1st October 2020. During the time, he said that the washing machine was not discharging the water due to the damaged {WASHER}, which he did change, but after this the washing machine used to function very loudly and this was a problem which we did not face before. Maybe, while changing the damaged washer, the inner drum was moved from its required alignment, (as he did move the drum here and there while changing the WASHER).
                                Also please remember that our machine is under AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) which is valid till the date of 8th September 2022 (Contract No.: [protected]).

                                So kindly do the needful at the earliest and also please inform us the further procedure for repairing the washing machines, while remembering your duty to us ‘loyal’ customers and our dignity as customers.

                                  We bought a Double Door Fridge from Nandilath G-Mart Thrivalla Kerela. Fridge Door is not completely Closing. we have asked Godrej Technician to come and see. They came and they are not repairing the fridge. In the night the doors are opening automatically since it is not closing properly. Could you please ask Godrej people to resolve this? They are not responding to us.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I have purchased Godrej Fridge on 10th Jul 2020 from Leo International 2020-21 Shastri Nagar Kanpur. I have paid 28, 000 rupees for the fridge but it seems the fridge which i have got has a manufacturing defect or design fault .

                                      We are facing a lot of issues with the new fridge within less than six month. It clearly shows the quality of the product is not up to the mark. As it was repaired thrice so far. Every time customer care team/ technician changes the faulty part. Recently motherboard has burnt as confirmed by godrej technician.

                                      This fridge we have purchased mainly for my parents who are in their seventies(70+) to keep their injection and drugs. I believe we have already lost 21000 worth of medicine and drugs so far.

                                      Issues faced so far

                                      Compression was not working now and then

                                      A lot of ice is accumulated in the freezer and defrosting is not working.

                                      Also water leaks after a regular interval. I tried all settings as per the product manual.

                                      Every month the cooling effect is lost and I need to get it repaired.

                                      Motherboard has been burnt and only given only 3 months warranty on the new motherboard .

                                      It started making noise and wasn't working properly

                                      Sensor changed

                                      It was not even able to cool my vegetables and water bottles.

                                      Perious complain numbers: L[protected], L[protected]

                                      Even Service technician also has no idea why this is happening.

                                      Now the problem is happening now and then. If motherboard issues happen in future 4000 rupees will be charged as confirmed by the technician.

                                      My parents are retired and in old age. They do not have time and energy to log faults every month and wait for weeks to resolve the issue. Even within six month we have faced the above mentioned issues which is not expected from a reputed company product like Godrej. Once warranty is over (after one year). I have to pay for the charges in future for repairing or changing faulty parts and services which will be an over burden for me.

                                      I strongly believe the issue with this model and request you to please replace the product or refund my hard earned money .
                                      Godrej Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
