Water is leaking from the air conditioner, i have raised the complaint, more than 10 days over. No service person visited. When i contacted the customer service for status, they are telling my complaint is closed.

We have purchased 6.2 kg GWF 650 FC, and we must have replaced its board minimum 4 times in these years, Yes, it was covered under warranty but why do a machine or a board behaves like this.
