Dear Team,

Surprise after Surprise, Now today we have received a SMS on my parent number [protected] that we are closing the complaint no L[protected] as you have refused to pay the visit charges.

Can I get an explanation, that I have made a complaint, then your local people threaten them to withdraw complaint and then finally the local service center closes the complaint also. What kind of customer service is this????

I would request the company officials to intervene and get this matter settled as this does not reflect the true spirit of the brand Godrej that I know.

Also what is surprising is that till date no one has contacted me to understand the issue (if not understood by my detailed mail). Shame on you guy’s.

Dear Team,

It’s been three days that I last wrote. The impact of the same is that people from your local service center are calling the Sr. Citizen’s and threatening them to withdraw the complaint. As per them actual service has to be delivered by this service center and not people sitting in Corporate office Mumbai. Also told them, you may keep complaining, but now they will not repair the machine, nor change the parts.

What kind of service is this???

Please check the same internally, else for the safety of my parents I will be forced to move to local police, which might not be in the interest and reputation of the company and us also. Looking forward for senior management people to intervene.

Thanks for your revert, but since we bought the machine we were informed that this is the nearest service center that will cater to your request and hence we directly called them for any issues. Since the machine is being used by my parents who are Sr citizen, hence they follow the process that was told be the dealer at the time of machine purchase. You can get the details of your service center from the receipt shared in my trail mail.

Dear Team,
This is Vishal Gupta and I want to bring to attention to the management of Godrej, that how your local service center at Lucknow has cheated me and hence I need your help and support.
I am in possession of an front load washing machine, which we bought ~ 6-7 years back. The machine went faulty and we lodged a complaint at the local service center and Repairs done on 1 Jul 2020.
Re-fault came in Aug 1’st, we again contacted and lodged complain with service center, an engineer came and told that PCB is faulty and PCB is not available in company warehouse hence you buy a new washing Machine...Strange that for an ITEM NOT AVAILABLE we need to buy a new machine.
With no other option, but to try my luck, we showed the machine to an outside technician, and he confirmed that the PCB is absolutely fine, the DRAIN MOTOR is faulty. Here comes a bigger surprise since on 1’st July when the engineer visited he had replaced the DRAIN MOTOR only. Now we called back the service center and enquired where is the discrepancy in the whole thing. The service center again sent the same engineer who came to our place opened the DRAIN MOTOR from the washing machine and took it on an assurance that he will replace it with a new one.. he also said that due to corona pandemic supply chain is affected hence it will take time... Now it is October and still the washing machine has not been repaired and we are unable to use the same in spite of investing so much money in this machine.
Need your support to get the part replaced, as we had already paid for the spare and still waiting for 3 months now. The machine is being used by my parents who are Sr Citizen 72 years of age. Hope you understand the pain they must be going thru.

    I purchase Godrej air conditioner order 40101701SD00853 and they promised me to provide 3 free service in every 3 month and they were about to come in every 3 month without calling them but when i called them on [protected] number on Monday 2nd oct to confirm this and there was a person with Dinesh talked to me very rudely and said jisne kaha usase jaker pucho i asked him that this is not the way to talk customer he said thats how he talked with customer he didn’t even say sorry and hang up the call i tried once again and got Shukla surname person i asked him many time to transfer call to manager or some higher authority but he denied and said no one is available he was also rude to i was feeling so much insult by calling them so i didn’t called them again and i request everyone to not purchase anything from Godrej. Let their employee learn how to talk with customer first.

      Hello,

      I'm Pratik from Lar, Deoria (UP) pin code: 274502

      I bought a Godrej washing Machine on 07/03/2018 from Lari & Sons. On it's Belt issue taking up the follow up since 7th of July this year, where everyone kept on passing their responsibility. After 4th Month of continuous follow up when I called the Godrej Service IN charge, He said we can not serve you because company is not providing up with the accessories supply and rather asked me to go to the Court and take legal assistance. The Dealer says they can not help coz service is companies responsibility, Company Service In charge says they can not help as tools and accessories are not in supply. Concerned people are not taking the matter seriously and mocking at us with abusive language.

      Request assistance in the matter.

          Refrigerator was purchased on 29th sept 2030 delivery was given after 8 days with a dent on either side complaint lodged the next day technician visited took pics n confirm ed replacement but till date neither it is replaced nor anybody attending my complaint I keep on calling 8 to 10 times a day but no response Godrej was once the leading manufacturer of refrigerator but now it is detoriating in its Products n service very bad

            This is to inform you that we have purchased and gifted a Godrej 260 L 4 Star Refrigerator (Model RF GF 2604 PTRI Steel Yam silver B07VNL3JX3) on 19-May-2020 invoice number IN-SLKB-1642 from Amazon.in. to Shibya Pandey and Riya Pandey Chitaipur, Varanasi UP (221106). Please find the invoice attached with this mail.

            The above mentioned appliance has not been working since 16-Oct-2020. So we have contacted your customer care to complain and he registered that complaint. But due to one or other reason the resolution has not been provided to us. So, we raised the same complaint on 20-Oct-2020 (Complaint Number: L[protected]) so a service man (Rahul Patel, [protected]) visited to resolve this issue and he informed us that the company has sent the wrong replaceable item and perhaps we provided with the wrong information that the company has sent the wrong replaceable item.

              I had purchased Godrej eon ac a year and half ago. I serviced it correctly as they offered free services, which went fine. Two weeks back the ac stopped functioning properly. The ac stops suddenly after about 10 min with an error code and no cooling at all. I called the service centre. I was surprised to hear that it needed board replacement and it will cost me around 10-12k. It all happened in a year almost immediately after the free service and 1 year warranty is just finished and that too with a 5 star ac with a considerably good reputed brand name. Sorry to say, I am really disappointed to experience this from a top brand like Godrej. Also many of my friends who bought other brands during the same time hadn't this issue. I use ac only at night and that too for 3-4 hours and also only during hot times. Air conditioners is an long term investment and I opted for more costlier inverter AC instead of the ordinary ones, due to its power saving and environment friendly features. This is a massive investment as far as I am concerned. One puts a reasonable amount of money and expects a well working product, which can give high RoI in the years to come instead of something like a trash. I somehow feel I am cheated and I am now planning to replace the ac with another brand and also will caution my friends about the same. If you plan to go for this product, please beware this.

                Hi this is regarding the wet service that my AC had, we used AC only for one month and while using it cooling power of ac was going down day by day.
                As per my knowledge, gas can only be leaked by mishandling of the technician during wet service. But the technician is giving reason that some chemical accumulates on the AC pipe due to which the pipe got destroyed and gas got leaked, if that is the case then there is a compromise in the quality of product. They are charging 2650/- for no fault which I did.

                Kindly do the needful from your end and provide me with a satisfactory result.

                      We have purchased 6.2 kg GWF 650 FC, and we must have replaced its board minimum 4 times in these years, Yes, it was covered under warranty but why do a machine or a board behaves like this. I purchased this machine trusting Godrej brand and the outcome is pathetic. We received 2 years normal warranty on top of that we have taken extended warranty of 2 more years. Four times the service provider changed its board saying it will last for ever. The same guy comes back next year with a new board saying sorry, it goes wrong next year again. What kind of a machine is this??? Now the warranty is over and again the board goes and started behaving weird.

                      Why are you making these low quality machines?? Why do you cheat a customer giving a false product. Godrej should not think that the warranty is over, now we started claiming. Please go through the complete service cycle of my machine and you yourself get convinced. I am having invoices and additional warranty invoice

                        Sir i have godrej fridge model no GDE 23 BI CG, on 08/08/2020 i raised coplain about not formation of ice with spicw Cool Refrigeration RZ 40 site 1 B Block Bindapur commercial complex ground floor weat Delhi 110059 and they send engineer name Sandeep he done everything and he make a bill of 2500 hundred bill no 4149 but now last 4 days it seems same problem and i call to this company and he said i will send engineer, after that he is no responding my call and nobody has come here. He had given three months warranty but till now nobody has come plese help me.

                          Refund Request

                          I booked a 240 ltr refrigerator from Godrej Appliances on 11th October, 2020 by making full payment. The same was suppose to deliver on 13th October but i understand from them the design which I selected is not available any more. So i want to cancel by purchase and need the full refund of my money. But i am not getting proper response from Godrej company regarding the refund....

                                  Dear team,
                                  On 23th august 2020 i have purchased double door godrej refrigerator (Product serial no:[protected]fr00175. Model: rx eon 260 b25 hi. Product code:52141501sd01903), through your local godrej campaign.in this regard on 23th august 2020 your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) visited to my home & gave me exchange offer for my old godrej fridge with a new double door godrej refrigerator. He said that this is a direct sales from godrej company. I accepted his offer & on 28th august 2020 the new double door godrej refrigerator delivered to my home. On 30th august 2020 godrej technician came to my home for demonstration. Let me tell you one thing that all this things are coordinated by your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) & he also sold me a trolley for rs.1500/- for the refrigerator. The fact is that i have blindly believed your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) in this deals. But after using the refrigerator for few days, from 18th september 2020 evening my new godrej refrigerator stopped cooling (Mainly refrigerator portion). I have booked a service call (Call no:k[protected]). On 19th september 2020 technician visited to my home & found ice blockage in cooling pipe, technician also advised that this a manufacturing defect & any how he fixed it for that moment. I have informed the same to your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) & he assured me that if this happen again, i will get a replacement. And after 4days same problem started again & my godrej refrigerator stopped working. Now this time when i am trying to contact to your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) for the help, he is ignoring me for last 3days. Now i am in helpless situation & now i am sure a very poor quality godrej refrigerator sold to me by your sales executive mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651).

                                  As i have a good faith on godrej brand for many years. Requesting you to kindly replace the poor quality defective godrej refrigerator with another model or refund my money, i want to cancel the deal. Your sale executive like mr. Sumit chatterjee (Code: 928651) misguiding customer in the name of godrej brand & selling poor quality defective godrej product.

                                    1. I buy all electronic consumer products from godrej, having the trust and satisfaction from godrej products, but i am very disappointed by the consumer service you offer.
                                    2. I wanted to get replaced the refrigerator relay (Spare part) in my refrigerator, so i contacted the godrej smart care.
                                    I asked him the address from where i can get the product from godrej.
                                    The person firstly agreed to provide the refrigerator relay product and gave me the address.
                                    Then, he denied quoting that we do not provide the product directly to consumer.
                                    How devastating and dis-satisfying service.
                                    3. Firstly, i called the godrej service centre for my refrigerator repair, so they said it will take 4-5 days time for the person to visit.
                                    So i approached local technician and he said he has local spare part for it. But, i having trust on godrej, wanted to buy only godrej product (Even spare part), but the person at godrej smart care refused to that.
                                    Where shall i go. How can you not provide the customer with the godrej product if he wants to buy.
                                    I will go to consumer forum. How can you refuse to sell a product to the consumer even if you have the product in stock and you first agreed to it and then denied.

                                      Hi very bad service of the technician after geeting the payment tge are no listing to us cutting the phone call and misbehaved with me technician behavior is very bad i called and then he switched off my phone i got the delevry on 22 sep at 6 and waiting for the techinician he is keep ignoring me and mis behaved with me name of the technician mohit godrej should terminate these people who behave like that he asking with me for the addresh multiple time and not reponding to it
