I'm purches a godrej ac for your distributer shop name of mobile world at kakdwip dated 12/07/2020. Thats day install ac with your staff, first time it is start, but next day when i start the ac then it was not working. Then i contact distributor (Mobile world) and i had been two times warranty docket for you company, docket no is "k[protected]", "k[protected]".
But sir, your company are not responding for our problems....

We have called customer service and booked complaint for no cooling and your service guy came to our office and did the cleaning of the filter alone and says that much service alone he can do and he has insisted to call the customer care once again and lodge complaint for full service...

If this is the way you are going to provide service, I am afraid you can satisfy a customer...

My washing machine was damaged in transit, I have been requested for repair but service center not responding positively and forcing to replace machine on exchange offer which price is more than actual price in online market. I.e. they are not helping customers but want to loot customers.even senior officials are not replied properly....

2 months back i purchased godrej fridge with in one month it was not getting cool, and i register complaint, iam waiting from 2 months they are not responding, so please don't buy any products from godrej....

I bought an air conditioner from nandilat g mart shop attingal, kerala two years ago. The board of the purchased air conditioner went bad two days ago. The mechanic says it will cost rs 2300 to repair. I bought it out of faith in godrej and now it seems to have gone wrong....

Brought this model from local southern agencies anakapalli in may 2018, and since day 1 it had issues. Twice mother board was replace, where for one i paid 5k. Every now and then cooling stops or gets over cool. We demanded to replace it when mother board was replaced during first one year warranty period, but it didn't happen, we still believe that godrej is a good brand but this particular piece must be having issues. This is to inform you that we had purchased godrej window air conditioner on 27/04/2019, having product code 40101701sd00754 and model gwc 18dtc5-wsa from m/s sahu electronics, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110085. The same is eligible for 2 free services.

This is the first time i am facing issue by godrej service. Service agent took money for change the compressor of my fridge but never came back.
I tried to all him many time but he is not responding.
I have attached the invoice for payment i made.
Customer care is not taking any action.
