    Dear sir,
    A representative of godrej visited my house on 11.08.2020 and took an advance of rs.500.00 for supply of a refrigerator. Since that refrigerator is provided to me by my employer company (Sbi) the gstn no of sbi has to be available on that bill which could not be managed by your bhubaneswar office, hence i requested them by tele calling and by email several times to cancel the transaction and for refund of my money. For that i have provided the photo copy of a cancelled cheque but till today on 22.09.2020 i am yet to get back my money. Kindly arrange for the refund at the earliest.

        Not getting any response from the visiting officials for a defective refrigerator as informed earlier :
        We have purchased a refrigerator rt con 366 b h 6t code from m/s. Kulkarni bros, yadnyavaikya, 73, gokhle road (North), dadar (W), mumbai-400028 vide receipt no. 2345 on 28/07/2020 for rs. 30, 000/-.
        From day one the said refrigerator is not working and on complaining to the customer care number the representatives are visiting without any solution.
        The representative visited is mr. Irfan (Mobile no. [protected]), who in turn gave the number of mr. Zeeshan (Mobile no. [protected]), who then gave the number of mr. Prakash (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected]) who is only promising us to replace the same but till date no one has came and replace the same.

          We negotiated and paid for a 2020 model fridge, but the sales people delivered a old stock with manufacturing dt as 2018, when contacted, they are just not responding.

            I had registered a complaint regarding my microwave cum convection oven in the last week of may. The grill and convection part was not working.. Since 3 months the service provider is sending technicians.. Ordering different parts.. Replacing... 2 times replaced.. Once taken my appliance to their centre.. Kept for more than a week... Till now they are not able to rectify the problem... And the response of the technician is quite rude... Iam extremely unhappy with your services... Earlier i had an lg microwave which i used for 7 years... Their services were extremely good.. But when i had to replace a part.. It was difficult to get it as the model was no longer available... So i thought as godrej is an indian company i will get the parts easily and will not have any issues... Extremely unhappy with service and technician

                Hello sir! My refrigerator is rusted and in warranty for 10 years and my service center of Muzaffarpur always push me to buy new refrigerator .But my refrigerator is in warranty so why I m buying new refrigerator

                  I had purchased a washing machine of godrej in november 2019 through vijay sales bhandup, as per the policy i was informed that the machine has 1 year warranty and i can extended that for another 4 years by paying some extra money which i did as requested by the representative of vijay sales but now when asked for some technician to come and repair the machine which is under warranty i was informed that i need to pay 1200 rupess as that part is not under warranty i told the technician that is was not informed to me when i purchased the machine he said he cant help me.

                    I had purchased the above referred microwave on 06/07/2016. It is currently under amc. Lately the penal display started working erratically. I have repeatedly lodged request for carrying out repairs but no proper response is coming from the authorized repair centre. At one point of time i was advised to get the repair done locally myself as the spares for this model are not available. Why did the company offered me the amc when it is not able to provide the spares. This is total violation of the amc contract which is valid till 07/07/2023. At the time of selling the product and subsequent renewal of amc the sales representative did lot of sweet talk but now is unapproachable. This does not speak well of the reputed company like godrej which i have patronizing over more than four decades.

                      Please refer complain godrej call no is b[protected] regarding repairing of washing machine covered under annual maintenance contract. My washing washing is not working since 6 months and complain was lodged before mumbai lockdown. But my wasing machine is not repair till date. M/s godrej technician coming and going but problem could not resolved till date. After contacted with higher official of m/s godrej proper reply not given. Even now then didnt picked my call.. I am mentioning two mobile no. [protected] customer excecutive no and other one is [protected] godrej tecnician no.
                      I am a customer felt being cheated by company. They called me for twise for extended warranty but its funny they are not coming to fix. And my washing machine could not repair till date. My faimily is facing mental, physical and fanancial harasment.

                        I was gifted with a goderj washing machine & some how the bills and other manuals got misplaced. And my appliance is still in gurantee period. So i am hereby requesting for a duplicate bill. Kindly do process it.

                        Hello,

                        I had purchased godrej 1.5 ton inverter ac in october 2018.

                        Invoice is available.

                        After installation for a period of 1 year, the gas was leaking and was replaced for more than 4 times. So till october 2019, since there were multiple complaints about no cooling, the gas was replaced 4 times by your service partner via dg aircon.
                        This clearly shows that either the installation was not done properly or the ac was damaged from the factory (Or do you think it is a norm with godrej ac's to have the refrigerant leaking and to be replaced 4 times a year?)
                        After this, i was out of town for work and only returned back in august this year (Due to lockdown, my returning was delayed from march to august).
                        On checking again when i returned back home, found there is no cooling again (Seems no surprise here) which confirms that the ac is defective or not installed correctly.
                        I want this ac repaired or replaced without cost as this is due to a defective ac machine or poor installation which is done by godrej authorized partner.
                        Check this and let me know when will this machine be replaced/repaired. I also want an amc but first, need the ac needs to be in a condition where it provides cooling.
                        I really hope this issue is looked into and solved as per the request above, so as to avoid further hassles on both sides and i am not forced to take legal recourse such as lodging a complaint with consumer court.

                            Dear sir/ma'am,

                            I am the owner of a Godrej fridge which I've bought earlier since the past 10 years. I registered a complaint with regards to cooling and freezing of the refrigerator herefore on 25 August at your toll free number [protected], the complaint ID being X[protected] and they arrived on 28 August.
                            During the first visit, he couldn't solve the problem as he hadn't brought with himself a gas kit or the required set for rectifying the prevailing situation against which the complaint had been lodged and had taken 550 already. Anyways, day after that, other guy shows up, filled up the refrigerant and mentioned we had three leaks which had been alerted out and took away the requisite 1700 rupees, no problems till here.
                            But the next day, after a mere night, the fridge's cooling is gone again, the symptoms being exactly like the last time, infact even worse. The cooling had completely shut down and things have been spoilt since. On 3rd Sept again after repeated calls, mostly being on wait or not picking up, another set of technicians decided to show up and offer other remedies which were uncalled for. They tried to fix it up again but again after a night, the fridge has stopped cooling up. The matter has become worse than ever before.
                            We have been repeatedly calling the custoner service, both the toll free and personal numbers to raise issues o[censored]nsatisfactory performance and would like to raise a complaint against the service center who were assigned to tackle our problem.
                            Is this the type of consumer service one should expect from a reputed company like yours?When I decided to go for your product, it wasn't because you guys were offering some discount or anything like that. I chose Godrej because i was under the impression that you people offer good after sales service but if this is the type of service you were offering, I see no sense going for your products ever again, or even recommending them.
                            Your customer care representatives dont have the sense of politely responding to queries, your customer care center assigned to us didn't address the issue properly, infact have spoilt it, making the fridge worse, and if they do, they supply us with junk that only compounds the problem. I have paid Rs. 2250 to end without a working fridge! Do you guys seriously think that we customers are dumb and have no idea what might the problem be? If this matter is not sorted out, I am afraid I would have to consider legal options.

                              Worst service centre authorized by Godrej. - no bill provided. no service provided
                              They sent a technician, Akbar ( [protected]) to check the Washing Machine, told the machine needs replacement and charges are 2600/-. Akbar charged 450/- DID NOT PROVIDE Bill or Acknowledgement. Next day they sent vehicle for pickup (Aug 27). The next day there was a call from their call center[protected] and told that both motors need replacement and the cost will be 6800 + taxes !!. i asked for the return of the washing machine. they said they will send if the vehicle has to come towards this side.
                              After 6 days i did not get my washing machine, i called the service centre, now they said that since i did not get the service done, the return charges are 1500/- from Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
                              the owner of the service centre ([protected]) was very rude and said that he would give 10% discount if service is done. I refused to get the service done. Now they have stopped receiving my calls. My washing machine is with them. I dont know if they are going to return. Also they have not provided me any acknowledgement .

                                    I purchased the following product from flipkart (Godrej 1 ton 5 star copper gwc 12 utc5 wsa window ac (White) on 23rd july 2019, delivered, 29th july 2019, installed 29th july 2019.
                                    During installation, when the packing box was opened, there was no remote control inside. The technicians informed me that the remote is never included in the package and would be delivered by the service centre, even though it is mentioned in the packing list and the owner's manual.
                                    Thereafter, when the technicians did not get back to me, as promised, i have been in touch with godrej customer service on[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] requesting repeatedly that the missing remote control should be delivered to me. The request number of 22nd september 2019, the first request, was 201924.
                                    Each time, i just received a call promising a remote control for the ac, then nothing else.
                                    It is now over a year since the purchase and i find it incredible that post sale customer care has been so inefficient and callous that a customer's request has not been fulfilled for so long.
                                    In addition, the swing mechanism (Cover) is defective and the flaps keep falling out as they do not fit neatly into the slots/ holes.
                                    I am resorting to this portal in sheer disappointment at the attitude of the company.

For misguiding the price details of the product I cancel the order and ask for refund the advance amount. How can I refund the advance amount?
