as A/C is not working from last days & i complained many times but godrej customer staff is miss behaving & doesn’t want to resolve my complaint as i am very fed up from all of these please..!!
Request to authorities look my matter &
resolve as soon as possible...!!!
If they cannot provide services for new brand A/C please give my money back so that i can purchase a new one..

Sir i purchased a split ac in may 2019. This year from march, my ac is not working. So complaint at customer care no. (Request no. 279104) in march. But that complaint closed without any resolution. So i complaint again on 24 may 2020 (Req no. 225127). At this time again, my complaint colsed again without any resolution. On 28 may last month, i complaint again that's request no. Is 290207. But again no response till now. From 15 may onward, i called in company for my issue daily, but every day their response is same that he or she escalate my issue and soon someone call me. But no call till date.

Respected sir, as i mentioned above i am complaining from last three months. But no response from company side till now 14jun 2020.

Lodged a complaint to [protected]@godrej.com on 27.5.2020 under ticket reference b[protected] and there were no response from customer care/support from the appliances divn.
Your customer care number is useless. Neither answering nor getting.
Many emails were sent to your office and no responses/ reply
Yesterday also sent a email stating that one service engineer named mohd. Khan came on 9th june and checked that gas is to be filled and also pipe to be replaced. He assured to come on 10th and he has not turned up as of now.
Again i lodged a complaint b[protected] on 11.6.2020 at 8.20hrs and no reply recd.
A few minutes back i spoke to mr. Shailesh of your customer care office number[protected] and explained all my difficulties and again as usual replying to me that we will look into.
You may appreciate that fridge is an essential equipment to store the daily essential needs, such as milk, vegetables and fruits beside other things.
I am ashamed of godrej company name and the services.
My fridge not working - due to gas leakage or so

Washing machine produces burning smells and e4 on the display.

We have a double door refrigerator, while opening the door it is making sound. Please send someone asap for looking into it.
We are having the service contract with your organization.

To give you the context, i am using godrej appliances at my home since long time. This escalation or complaint is regarding a fraud and cheating being done under the godrej brandname.

I have a godrej 345ltr refrigerator which i have been using since last 8 years now. On 15th march 2020, the fridge suddenly stopped cooling and there was water getting accumulated in the chiller tray. I reached out to customer care at [protected] and lodged a service complaint. After that i got a call from local number saying we are from godrej and this is regarding your service request. I provided my address and a person was at my place within 2 hrs. He diagnosed the fridge and said few of the parts are not working. Considering these are genuine godrej person i asked to replace the parts which costed me 2700.

On 29th may 2020, again same thing happened and a service person came to my house and said, now the heater is not working properly and i need to change it. I changed that again which costed me 2500 again.

Now again on 3rd june 2020 i lodge a complaint with customer care and this time a new service person comes to check my fridge. I told him all the issues that i have been facing since 3 months. On showing him the bills and receipt of the parts replaced, to my surprise he says that the bills are not valid and hence i would need to pay him again. Please note as per the service terms and conditions, the service and other parts repalced carry a warranty of 6 months.

I am attaching the bills here for your reference and i need a complete reimbursement of the cost that i have paid at the earliest please before i take this with higher forum and legal consumer tribunals. I need a solution of this and also a valid explanation of this kind of negligence from you. I never expected this kind of service from a company like godrej.

Hello sir/mam,
I have bought split ac last year and as per company guidelines, they have promised to provide two free service within a year. I have availed one free service in the moth of november. I have one free servicing pending by month of may 2020. I have raised the request for that however the technician who have assigned this work has denied and demanded for any proof (As i have recieved message regarding pending free service).
Kindly do the needful in this matter.

Hello team,

This is to bring to your notice that i had bought one window ac on saturday 23rd may from noida sector 18 branch.

And it got delivered on tuesday and a false commitment was made that it would get installed by wednesday.

I can understand the covid situation and delayed because of this, but the sales should also be restricted to 1 or 2 ac per day in order to meet the expectations of the customers.

I reside in noida and just to make you aware the summers have arrived and the temperature rising high how could anyone keep their cool after the false commitments and so unprofessional behaviour.

Please resolve this asap.

The problem is my ac is not working properly.. The problem is ac not properly colling. That i will try godrej customer number before last 1 week but my problem not solve by company. I called 30 time customer care number but the company executives not respond my call. Than i called mr. Pawan verma (Sr. Filled executive) this is the person who increase my (Amc)
He told as...ac repair executive are come my home after 1 day but no executive come and he not respond my call last 2 days.. I want to now that you are not corporate with as. I also request for an solution to my problem because this is very urgent..

On 29 april, at around 10pm the freeze suddenly took fire from the bottom side and the fire have burned our total one room and the electricity board, as you can see in the images.

We have been through a high panic situation that day..
If somebody's life was in risk who was responsible for it.?

And the freeze have been bought only 2 years back..

We only want new replacement of the freeze as soon as possible.

As it's an critical case if we didn't got any action from the company
We will further take the necessary quick actions..

Till now none of your member have been came to see the situation?
We know that these is the lockdown period,,
But you must attain the critical cases..

As soon as possible look into this case and solve it as soon as possible..

My self m. Krishna. I have sold ac in baja emi. Now my ac not working. Beside of my home technician seen and told it's gas leakge problem. It's under warranty. So please see back into this matter as soon as possible.

Employee who came for work at my home is well and good he did an amazing job.

But the service provider who is providing this godrej service of refrigerator and air-conditioning from bhimavaram andhrapradesh india is misbehaving with us.

The way of talking with customer and way of behavior is too worst. Playing a politics with us.

I just brought a ac on 19 may 2020. First 3 year old manufactured ac was delivered after 2 days it got replaced. Today 22 may 2020 the service man cam to install the ac but refused to do it after installing the indoor unite he refused to install the outdoor unite just because he has to climb 2-3 inches more, he asked us to pay rs 700 for extra pipe to be used just 4-5 inches. Then the service man left without finishing the installation and without saying anything.

I purchased godrej refrigerator on 20/05/20 from raaj music and electronics in rangia, guwahati, assam. But refrigerator is not working.
I waited for one day thinking that it must be taking some time to start up but nothing happened after 24 hours.
I complained to shopkeeper and demanded replacement but he denied saying that he have lodged complaint with godrej.
Now my question to godrej is why should i suffer for trusting godrej.
I request for immediate replacement.
Please look into the matter n resolve my problem.
