Dear sir,
I have purchased a refrigerator on aprail 2017 @38500, now it is showing crack in the inner area of fridge. I called call center lucknow and have received negative response that my warranty is over. Can you please tell that quality you are giving to the customer that cannot sustain 5 year. Sir we are using godrej product from past 20+year. Really you broke my trust. Some people told me to switch to other company but i sticked to godrej but i was wrong

    Front pannal tuch pannal problem

    Dear team,

    But from morning on its display that three buttons (Frost free, defrosting, turbo chill) are getting on and off in sequence. After getting unplugged also it is like that only.

      I have brought a refrigeratorof godrej company. On the door, it is writtenas 10-year rust guarantee. Looking that i bought thefridge. Now when my door isrusting, and i complained to the company, the service centre issaying me that the door can’t be replaced and you can’t do anythingto the company. i file a complaint onconsumer court but the complaint also closed stating that we had chat with the customers. Grievance number:1917284. No such conversation happened. what level of fraud isdone by such reputed companies? #godrej also when what theservice centre offered me please have a look. You buy a new fridge fromus (#godrej) and we will give you 10% discount of the value of the fridge onthe mrp of the fridge 1st of all, who sells thefridge on mrp, go to market and have a survey man, all online/offline storeprovide much much less price than mrp. 2nd thing is that, whyshould i sell my fridge. It’s my choice, it’s your fault, not my. My fridge ion working condition and working fine. Should any of the middle-class family sell the fridge just due to rusting on door? Tomorrow let say ifmy house got seepage problem you will ask to sell the house in 10% value of the house. What a humour you have. 3rd thing is are us a junkyard company that buying that evaluated my working condition fridge 10% cost ofits value. i am a middle-classperson, thanks for your suggestion and marketing strategies to sell new product. Please please get my doorreplace, that the heartiest request. It's not that i am asking anything againstyou policyit's written on the fridgethat 10 years rusting door replacement warranty.           We have a godrej air conditioner (Split) installed at our home.

          Initial installation
          During initial installation, the personnel from godrej did not install it properly. When it rained outside, water would trickle through the leaks and gaps of the pipes flooding the room.

          Repairing and servicing
          On 20th march, 2020, we logged a request for getting this installation issue fixed. Since it was past one year, we were ready to pay for the fix (Although the original issue was from godrej side). We paid rs. 2530/- which included this fix as well as related servicing. However, the problem actually aggravated.
          Now, when the ac is kept running for an hour, stream of water is flowing right into the room (Even when it is not raining outside). The situation is so bad that we have to put a bucket to collect the stream of water which is flowing in.

          Totally disappointed with the work and service provided by godrej. I will think multiple times in future before buying any godrej appliance.

                We bought this godrej eon marron color for 30 k on june 2019. Initially it was working well. After 2 months it started automatically gets shout down during the mid light. After 6 months when we contacted customer service one tech said said that this ac has lot of problems every year so better to take amc. That time i dint have any clue about it. Now during march when i stiched on the ac again there is no cooling effect, when we again contacted the tech said there is a gas leak and coil problem. He changed it yesterday even after that also there is no cooling effect. Still working badly. Now we think why did we buy such a bad ac. Not even warranty period is over we are facing lot of issue. Please people don't ever invest your hard earned money in this

                  The electrician visited my home and confirmed leakage in the coil which was later taken for replacement.
                  Initially i was asked to wait for 3-4 days as the part was ordered from the factory however now they are saying it will take 2 weeks which is just not acceptable.
                  On the sidelines the electrician is asking me to get it done privately by paying some amount and that will happen within 24 hours.
                  I just don’t understand if this a new hack for earning money within the amc period whereby troubling the customer the service is prioritised only upon a private request.
                  We are using godrej products since decades as this was the trust bestowed to us by our grand parents.
                  Just unacceptable approach towards customers and i expect a quick response or any senior escalation support.

                    We have semi automatic washing model ws700 ct having trouble of drier not working, after lodging complaint with your call center, technician was deputed at our location.. After opening washing machine he immediately confirmed that spin motor is damaged & necessary replacement of parts has to b done & estimate of rs 1800 was given. He took the sevice charges of rs 350 vide his tcr no 331 dt. 28.02.2020.

                    The washing machine was left open with out screwing the back, while placing the machine in its position, we have found that steel rod connecting lid is broken which technician never briefed us as per his estimation slip scanned one.
                    Highly apprehensions seems not to disclose actual part and deliberately broke the rod and spin motor was declared faulty,
                    Pls. Look into the matter and resolve

                    There has been no response on godrej's part to resolve the issue. I m forced to take this matter to the higher authorities
                    There is a water leaking issue in my split AC. And Godrej serive team is saying this service would be on chargable basis. However, my AC is under warranty period.

                    I dont know what they cover in the warranty and what will they do for any hardware failure.

                    Godrej appliances and service both are pathetic.

                      As per my request i got a assiged technician from godrej care. His name is karthik (Ph:[protected]). He came and damaged the running machine and not even responding proper if we called him fornfixing it. He came for drain over flow issue but he damanged drain port and now machine is not draining the water out. If we ask anything to him he is saying i am not responsible i didn't did anything... Please take a right action on him.

                        I bought godrej rb eon 380 nxw double door almost two years back. However since than it is not working properly. It gets stopped working intermittently. But now it has completely stopped working. Initially it was apparent that line taking cool air to upper portion was getting clogged, however now it seems that fan is not at all working. The bottom deep freezer is still working however upper portion (Chiller /fridge) is not working i. E there is no cooling.

                          Address: Sri Ganesh Appliances, Raichur, Raichur, Karnataka

                          I had booked 2 ton 5* ac on 7.01.2020 with sri ganesh appliances, raichur. So far they have not installed the ac. I have paid the amount in ful. If i enquire they are telling on or the other reason. Kindly let me know what is the problem. Please make arragements to install the ac at the earliest.

                            The godrej refrigerator is not working when switched on. The voltage stabilizer that came along with the refrigerator as a package indicates 6v and stops instead of reaching to 220v. Also there is some "tik tak" sound from the stabilizer. The refrigerator is not getting the power supply from the stabilizer.
                            Few months before a godrej authorized service engineer has visted to rectify a complaint on the same product and cahnged a electronic chip in the product and said there will be no complaints for next 5 years.

                              Dear team,
                              We logged our compaint for the issue while spinning the top load washing machine.
                              The executive came for checking and found that button panel and outlet motor not working.
                              However, i informed them not to repair it as of now, and told them will inform when to change the parts, but now whole machine is not working.
                              This is really unexpectable, that the machine was partly running it's stopped. Now if we are calling the executive to make the machine how they found they are not answering our calls. This is how, goodrej company provides their services to their customer?

                              After warrenty product shows poor performance.I serviced more than 3 times and spend above 7000 rupees and also poor service and shortage of spare parts.

                                I have registered for service of my washing machine 2 months back and the service centre named rohon enterprise kolkata near dum dum air port. Isnstead of repairing my washing machine giving excuses that part is unavailable i have paid rs 350 as visiting. Now today he misbehaved with me when i told him to repaire thd same pleade look into it so that it can be repaired.

                                We have purchased godrej ref Rd edgezx 195 pds 5.1. Date of purchase is 12/10/2014 and engineer is asking for money as it has 10 year of compressor warranty right.

                                While using dryer water goes to washer . technician visited & put a piece of thermacol & said dont run water while spinner moves. It is a designing defect .I am using semi automatic washing machine since 20 yrs. but not faced such a problem. Pl get back your product at any cost.
