I have purchased godrej inverter ac last year on 18 may 2019 and installed in on 02 june 2019. But just after 15 days of installation i was facing cooling issues and ac was not working properly so i raised the complaint and they repaired it after one month by giving the reason the it was a gas leakage issue. Then we haven't used ac in monsoon and winter season. Now this year same thing happen i stated it and its not cooling. From last 3 months i am chassing the company customer care and technicians but they were not responding.
Even the technicians are not well equipped and they don't have proper knowledge of fixing the issues.

This was not expected from the brand like godrej.

          So i have requested a online service about my refrigerator on 13th may 2020. On that day one of your service boy came and said that the refrigerator has loss of gas in it and asked for 1500 rupees to fill the gas in refrigerator the next day that is today... But the man had not come yet. He had given a number and when we called on that no that guy was saying he was not the one we are seeing for. The service boy had given a bill and i had attached it with this.
          If possible then please return our money or fill the gas in our refrigerator without taking extra money from us.

            Myself ashish from delhi. I had purchased a godrej ac and using it. For the past 4 months, my ac is down. After raising multiple requests it is not attended so far. Considering peak summer now, we are struggling a lot in night time as well as in hotty days without ac. Therefore request you to make arrangement to get it sorted out as soon as possible.

                Dur to poor installation my AC leaked out the gas which makes it not ready to be used.
                To refill the gas it costs more for the mistake commuted by the company

                And now they are not being responsive to the complain and fail to offer solution for my problem

                  I m badrinath from chennai. I had purchased two godrej acs and using it. For the past 2 months, both my acs are down. After raising multiple requests it is not attended so far. Kindly note that both acs are under amc. Considering peak summer now, we are struggling a lot in night time with out ac. Therefore request you to make arrangement to get it sorted out immediately or extend the amc by one more year. If nothing can be done then please return the amc amount.

                        Dear sir,

                        With a lot of regret and disappointment, i am writing this letter to you. I brought a fridge, godrej rd eon vesta 485 mdi 3.4 with a capacity of 470 liters from g-mart kottayam, kerala dated february 23, 2020 and received it on february 24, 2020. I was using a samsung fridge and at this time thought of going for an indian brand and i went for godrej.

                        I received delivery of the fridge on february 24, 2020 and the demo was held on february 25, 2020. From day #1, we felt the cooling was not right and we thought being a new fridge and it will take some time, even 470 l capacity was high.

                        Within one week, we noticed that the cooked food in the fridge began producing bad smell and the freezer producing no ice. I informed mr. Antony, the sales advisor, under whose advice we took the fridge. He told it will be alright and he will file a complaint to godrej soon. Nothing has been filed and time went by and we noticed the cooling has been deteriorating.

                        Day before yesterday, we noticed that the cooling was very low and lot of moisture content in the fridge. Yesterday, i personally called godrej customer care and filed a complaint.

                        I have a big family and that’s why we went for a fridge of 470 liters at a higher price range. A lot of things are there in the fridge and i am too much depressed regarding this in this lockdown time. I trusted your organization and felt the service that i get will be great.

                        Sir, i had complaints on this fridge from day #1 and we informed the shop too. I really don’t want the defective product that was delivered to me. Since, it is under warranty period, i request you to kindly send someone to replace it as it seems to have some manufacturing problem.

                        Hoping to hearing from you soon. Please take this matter as urgent.

                          I have purchased a refrigerator on aprail 2017 @38500, now it is showing crack in the inner area of fridge. I called call center lucknow and have received negative response that my warranty is over. Can you please tell that quality you are giving to the customer that cannot sustain 5 year. Sir we are using godrej product from past 20+year. Really you broke my trust. Some people told me to switch to other company but i sticked to godrej but i was wrong

                              I have brought a refrigeratorof godrej company. On the door, it is writtenas 10-year rust guarantee. Looking that i bought thefridge. Now when my door isrusting, and i complained to the company, the service centre issaying me that the door can’t be replaced and you can’t do anythingto the company. i file a complaint onconsumer court but the complaint also closed stating that we had chat with the customers. Grievance number:1917284. No such conversation happened. what level of fraud isdone by such reputed companies? #godrej also when what theservice centre offered me please have a look. You buy a new fridge fromus (#godrej) and we will give you 10% discount of the value of the fridge onthe mrp of the fridge 1st of all, who sells thefridge on mrp, go to market and have a survey man, all online/offline storeprovide much much less price than mrp. 2nd thing is that, whyshould i sell my fridge. It’s my choice, it’s your fault, not my. My fridge ion working condition and working fine. Should any of the middle-class family sell the fridge just due to rusting on door? Tomorrow let say ifmy house got seepage problem you will ask to sell the house in 10% value of the house. What a humour you have. 3rd thing is are us a junkyard company that buying that evaluated my working condition fridge 10% cost ofits value. i am a middle-classperson, thanks for your suggestion and marketing strategies to sell new product. Please please get my doorreplace, that the heartiest request. It's not that i am asking anything againstyou policyit's written on the fridgethat 10 years rusting door replacement warranty.                                   We have a godrej air conditioner (Split) installed at our home.

                                  Initial installation
                                  During initial installation, the personnel from godrej did not install it properly. When it rained outside, water would trickle through the leaks and gaps of the pipes flooding the room.

                                  Repairing and servicing
                                  On 20th march, 2020, we logged a request for getting this installation issue fixed. Since it was past one year, we were ready to pay for the fix (Although the original issue was from godrej side). We paid rs. 2530/- which included this fix as well as related servicing. However, the problem actually aggravated.
                                  Now, when the ac is kept running for an hour, stream of water is flowing right into the room (Even when it is not raining outside). The situation is so bad that we have to put a bucket to collect the stream of water which is flowing in.

                                  Totally disappointed with the work and service provided by godrej. I will think multiple times in future before buying any godrej appliance.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have bought a split ac during the month of june 2019 from a dealer at chengalpattu, tamil nadu. The company name is jotheeswari company. I have bought a split ac of gsw 18 rgn model for rs.30, 500/-bill no.451 dated 17-6-19. For the several days the ac is not giving sufficient chillness. Presently it is showing df code. Please help me.
