I had purchased semi automatic washing machine in 2016, the machine has wash motor warranty of 5 years, yesterday i submitted complaint and the mechanic visited and collected rs. 350 for which he wasn't giving us receipt, on insistence reluctantly he gave it. He said the wash motor wasn't working and asked us to whatsapp the bill on his service centre number (As i was unable to find while he came) he said the motor will be replaced as it's in warranty period, i whatsapp the bill today morning itself but today evening rec'd godrej message that i will be charged 2500 rupees for the same.

      I owe godrej rt eon 331pd 4.3 silver atom refrigerator and i have 4 years extended service warranty for the same.
      This refrigerator is having the problem of excessive sweating right from the beginning. Because of this issue all the stored items are getting perished rapidly. I have registered multiple complaints regarding the same. Different technicians tried different things to fix the issue like changing the rubber casket, changing the sensor position, changing the vegetable container etc. One technician even advised to keep refrigerator switched off at least for 2 hours every week. But nothing worked.

      It's been 3 years now that all the company technicians have experimented with the refrigerator and failed miserably. After raising the issue to the higher authorities i was advised that the observation of sweating during monsoons is a naturally occurring phenomenon and to wait till monsoon is over. And if the issue persists post monsoon to contact them. When i contacted mr. Saquib (Head, service dept, mumbai) he admitted his team's inability to fix the problem. As warranty is still in force, i had requested for full refund for the refrigerator or replacement of the same. But mr. Saquib patwekar refused both refund/replacement requests.
      If the refrigerator is in warranty period, and the service team is not able to fix the ongoing issue and at the same time denying refund or replacement, doesn't it amount to dishonoring the service contract?
      I hereby, request full refund/replacement of the faulty refrigerator at the earliest.

      Thanks. Only after registering the complaint here I have received appropriate response from the service department of Godrej Appliances. A visit by quality control team from Pune was arranged. Although it took 4 weeks for the team to make the visit, the visiting officer made certain observations and recorded the temperature in different sections of the refrigerator. It was found that the temperature in upper section ( below freezer) was 2*C and that in the lower section ( vegetable container) was 10*C because of the air flow inside the fridge was not right. This might have happened due to previous modifications done by the technicians. After this the vegetable container was changed and some minor modifications were done. The excessive humidity inside the refrigerator was because of the wide temperature difference in different sections of the fridge and improper circulation of the cooler air inside the fridge. After these modifications the issue seems to be resolved for now.

      Despite of calling Mr. Sidhant Routray( Senior Manager-Service) on the number provided below he conveniently chose not to answer any of my calls. Also he has never reverted back to the emails sent to him.

      My washing machine is not working proper way.

        My name is arman osmani and i am from guwahati
        Very unfortunate to inform you all that people are doing fraud with customers in guwahati for godrej company.
        Two of godrej sales executive mr bonjit dutta ([protected]) & gopal ([protected]) had visited my place for exchange offer. There they have offered two product (Washing maching & refrigerator) and taken rs.2500 hundred as booking booking on the month of sep'19. But till i have not received my product or money back. Several time i have followed up with them for the same, but always got false commitment.
        On 16th of nov'19 i went to your ulubari office to raise by concern, there i met mr pranab and he assured me that i will get my money back by evening.
        Again false promise.
        Later, i tried to coordinate with mr nabarun ([protected]) manager over phone but he never responded and given text msgs also he never replied..

        And earlier i had purchaced on ac from the same company in intallments and against my last installment of rs.3979.00 they deducted my emi twice for which i am requesting the company to refund my amount but no resolution yet.

        Now, i am hoping that this team will help me and i will get some result.

          Sir,
          I have booked a complain of my refrigerator on dtd.14.11.19 vide call no. W[protected] regarding over cooling and depositing of ice in the ice chamber. But it is very unfortunate to inform you that the person who have came have no idea how to open the digital panel of edge digi model, rather he put force to open it and cause damage to the front panel top, which is very odd in looking. My request and demand is to rectify the mistake and take action against the person responsible for it. At the time of visit of that fellow i was not at home. When i saw and tried to contact he did not pick my phone. Pl look in to this.

            I have purchase one microwave oven from your company and loged call for demo on 11th nov. 2019 than I have received message that technician will visit on 12th nov. 2019. But no one visit for demo and again I received message that visit will reschedule to 13th nov.19 and than I received message that technician will visit on 14th nov. 19, still no one visit for demo. When I contacted to technician on 13th nov 19 he told he will visit on 14th. But no visit was done, than I called to customer care and talk to Mr. Pankaj he is not ready to registered complaint. And give me service centre head no. I called on the no. Given by Mr. Pankaj but no one received the call. Please look into the matter as I think service provided by you is not up to the mark.

              I have purchased godrej wt 650 cf fully automatic top load washing machine in the year 2015.in the year 2018 it started giving h9 error code and i have raised a complaint in the godrej customer care, their service engineer came and inspected and informed to put a stabiliser (The moment he saw h9 issue) and same have provided by the service engineer at a cost of 2300 (Godrej stabiliser) and it started working. Stabiliser was having 1 year warranty and exactly at 1 year 1 month time frame the stabiliser stopped working. Again i raised a complaint in the service centre and service guy came and informed stabiliser went bad because of water went inside and asked me to take a new stabiliser. I have told him that, i will take a better stabiliser and took a v-guard stabiliser (Rs.3000) which is built for washing machine same as godrej stabiliser specification. When i connected to washing machine with v-guard stabiliser it is not working again. When i called back to godrej team, they are asking me to take only godrej stabiliser to resolve this problem. Even, godrej company executive came from bangalore and checked and telling to buy only godrej stabiliser (Which is not even available in the market).
              My complaint is, first of all i have never seen anybody using a stabiliser for the washing machine.
              Second, why i should buy only godrej stabiliser and washing machine is not working for any other stabiliser with similar specification?
              I am paying yearly roughly around 2-3 thousand rupees for maintaining this washing machine.

                The technician, named chajjan sonu saini (Mob.+[protected], you appointed to us is behaving rudely and his colleague too. They dont even have a any sense how to talk and behave to customer. They dont even know that they are not giving us free service, this is for what co. Has charged us initially. They think on their own, by sitting in the ac office and misleading their companies name and fame, that they are doing 'ehsaan' (What the word they used in between conversation) on us by giving service. He denied for providing service and also threatened us to uproot these acs and carry it away with themselves. Is this companies motto to talk to their customer at the time of service after selling any product in such a harsh way.? I have purchased 10 ac of godrej in one time for home purpose. Did i made any mistake by puchasing these acs from you?
                I have invoice bill, warranty card of acs being purchased in may 2019.
                Now tell me what should i do.
                I am professionally an advocate, now you tell me where should i approach.
                Why co. Is hiring and nurturing such a ridiculous persons to deal with customers??
                In a hope that company will make an fare decision to suspend such kind of person from co.in the interest of justice and to maintain the dignity and goodwill of company. And provide the ac maintenance service on time.

                  We bought a new godrej bero from godrej dealer (Magnoteck). We haven't received the locker key from them and the shop is closed permanently now and owner mobile number is also not reachable.

                  We tried reaching to rectify the issue but there were no proper response from the dealer.

                  Later, i raised complaint in godrej and they told they are not responsible for the issue has happened as the magnoteck owner is not reachable.

                    I have purchased Godrej washing machine vide bill no. 960 dated 28/10/2019 from Godrej authorised dealer PARIDA BROTHERS, SUNDARGARH (ODISHA) on 28/10/2019 i.e during your festive sale.At the point of sale I was told that from 29th September to 31st October the appliances bears a valid comprehensive warranty for 5 years on body and all other parts and 10 years on motor of that appliances. There was hoardings also displaying during that sale regarding these warranty.But to my utter surprise I was provided with a warranty card which speaks that "THE GODREJ FULLY WASHING MACHINE COMES WITH 24 MONTHS COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY AND 5 YEARS MOTOR WARRANTY FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE."

                    Charged 3500 rs next day it's not working again. Godrej had vendor management issues i blame u. And when we call to chexk again they want 1200 rs again. Name is a.S. Service center ramanthapur its norhing but loot. I will never buy godrej again and will share my ezperiance on social media. Thanks!!!

                      This is to draw your kind attention that few days back 2 of your executives came to my home to sell godrej appliances. I have placed an order for purchasing wf eon 6010 paec washing machine by paying rs. 500/- to them in your prescribed application form on 27.10.2019. From that date no communication has been made by your executives and the product was supposed to be delivered on 30.10.2019. On that day when i contacted your sales executives they denied the fact of delivery by saying there was a no entry near your warehouse at dhulagarh and they promised to make the delivery by 01.11.2019. Yesterday suddenly i got a call from your warehouse that the product is out of stock. It is highly regretted on the part of the company like godrej. I am using godrej appliances from long and have never faced such an issue, you are requested to look after the matter so that this kind of incident may not happen again. It is actually damaging the reputation and trust on godrej.

                        My name is rohit navlani, i was purchased a godrej semi-automatic washing machine (Model no.- gws7002 ppd & serial no.[protected]sw01435) on november 21, 2018.
                        We were complaining on[protected] from registered mobile no. [protected] you can also cross verify from this, for some defect related to water not came out after drain. Your employee came and checks but he said it's a rodents causing obstructions to the functioning of the product and i am not agree that statement and he said we are not responsible for this. He also ask some irrelevant charges.
                        We thought this is a workmanship defect. A hole below your product which clearly indicate this is workmanship defect. We are showing clearly your workmanship defect in picture which are attach below. So we are requesting you to come and repair your product as soon as possible.
                        If you not do that then replace your product with new one.

                          I had booked the above mentioned almirah from Delhi Preet Vihar show room on 2.10.2019 and made full payments. They told me that item will be delivered within 7 days.
                          But item was delivered on 11.10.2019.on 13.10.2019 technician visited to assemble the item but on checking he told me some wrong part is delivered and asked me to lodge complaint.
                          I lodged a complaint vide SCCM No 596360 and they told me that it will be resolved within 7 days.But since 13.10.2019 I am making all contact from Delhi to Bombay but no body is bothered to resolve my problem.
                          Kindly help me, if possible.

                            We purchased a double door goderaj refrigerator in 2017 june. Within 2 year we changed its freezer fan 3 times. And now its complaint. We have to change it for the fourth time. This company providind cheap product. There is no quality and guarantee for the fan. Each time we have to pay1800 for the repairing without any guarantee for the huge amount.

                              Good Morning Sir,

                              Sir I have purchased AC Godrej from SOUTHERN AGENCIES on 11th January 2019, AC got well for 4 months. After 4 months I feel smelly getting from AC inside.

                              I called customer service and called technicians and he reported as this smell problem is encountered from many customers. He asked me recheck the same issue and verify Stabilizer and wiring smell was encountered or not.

                              But now the smell is coming everyday. Now I am unable to ON AC. Sir I need replacement of AC or if they won't I need to recommend to provide me cash Amount which I paid to SOUTHERN AGENCIES.

                              Sir I am Getting bad swell from AC when i switch on and while it was running after 15 to 30 minutes and my daughter 22 MONTHS BABY health is getting affected and getting damaged (AFFECTING LUNGS WHILE TAKING AIR). i DON'T KNOW WHAT SMILE THAT IS while switching Godrej AC

                              l contacted Suppliers and customer care technicians but saying it was done only by the suppliers only

                              Again I consulted Suppliers SOUTHERN AGENCIES they were saying you only saying such problems we never find this issue.

                              I can't take further this AC and I need replacement or my money back.

                              As a customer I am not satisfied with the Suppliers response and I spoke with manager.

                              please help me.

                                Good morning sir,

                                Sir i have purchased ac godrej from southern agencies on 11th january 2019, ac got well for 4 months. After 4 months i feel smelly getting from ac inside.

                                I called customer service and called technicians and he reported as this smell problem is encountered from many customers. He asked me recheck the same issue and verify stabilizer and wiring smell was encountered or not.

                                But now the smell is coming everyday. Now i am unable to on ac. Sir i need replacement of ac or if they won't i need to recommend to provide me cash amount which i paid to southern agencies.

                                Sir i am getting bad swell from ac when i switch on and while it was running after 15 to 30 minutes and my daughter 22 months baby health is getting affected and getting damaged (Affecting lungs while taking air). I don't know what smile that is while switching godrej ac

                                L contacted suppliers and customer care technicians but saying it was done only by the suppliers only

                                Again i consulted suppliers southern agencies they were saying you only saying such problems we never find this issue.

                                I can't take further this ac and i need replacement or my money back.

                                As a customer i am not satisfied with the suppliers response and i spoke with manager.

                                Please help me.

                                    My AC is not working since last 17 days. Inspite of it being under warranty, the comapany has not resolved the issue by giving the reason that the concerned part is not available. Its been over 15 days since the issue, still they have not arranged the part and installed it. I have called the customer care umpteen times. They guided me to the concerned service manager who gives me non committal answers. How can a customer be expected to wait for 15-20 days just for a small part. Is it not the responsibility of the company to expedite the service request ASAP especially if the product is under warrant? Pls assist me in the resolution of the aforesaid problem.

                                    The freezer chamber is giving extremely high humming sound like generator since 1 week. The refrigerator was bought from local Godrej dealer about 6 months back.
                                    Earlier it was just a normal sound like other fridge.

                                      We brought the new fridge from godrej company on 8th september 2019 on installment basis. But that fridge having some faults like vegetable getting spoil, lassi bags bulges with air. We have already given three complaint. Technicians not giving satisfied answers. I recomend every one dont purchase godrej freeze. Very worst service and dont follow ur complaint our site. Every day i will give complaint but dont solve this. Very bad experience.

                                        We bought new fridge from godrej companies on 8th september 2019 on emi basis but that fridge having some faults like vegetable getting spoil, lassi bags bulges with air we already given 3 complaints and technicians not giving satisfied answers. And i am not satisfied product thats why i want replace but they not replace. I am frustreted in purchase godrej product. I recommend dont purchase godrej home appliance products.
