On sunday 12th january 2020, washing machine after a period of more than 1 month was delivered to my house. But till dated i. E. Today 16th january 2020, your technician have not turn up to show the demo. Twice i'd phone your toll free number and no one is bother to receive the call.
I request you kindly provide a technician to show the demo, as soon as possible.

    I bought a godrej fridge 4 months ago from reliance. One month ago it stopped working. Service engineers replaced the compressor. Since then the fridge is making a loud whirring sound almost continuously. This noise is very disturbing and it is disturbing my sleep. I am a senior citizen who cannot afford any deprivation in my sleep pattern. Kindly have the fridge replaced.

      Your sales person name mr. Nand lal, mobile no. [protected], had come to my house on 6th december 2019, for an exchange of washing machine of semi-auto to fully auto. & the application form no. (Invoice no.) 2275767.
      I had even paid him rs. 1000.00 as a advance amount.
      But till dated that is today been 11th january 2020, he has not brought the machine. Whenever if i call him, he promise that he will bring today from past 1 month.
      Sir, what is this going on. Have recruited such a # type person in your sales department.
      I request you to take necessary action on this person and try to dispatch my machine asap.

        Refrigerator complaint no. 116354 registered on 30th of december. Cooling system failure. Technician visited on 30th december evening and said it is a gas problem and problem will be corrected on 2nd january. Post no communication on 2nd january, we called technician provided mobile number and were informed that part needs to come from company. Today, it is 8th january and there is no communication from technician. We have an amc and still we are not provided with fast & reliable service as a fridge is a necessary appliance. Kindly expedite.

          Had bought a fully automatic washing machine 2.5yrs old. From the beginning your delicate machine would show problem if we use powder detergent so your great educated technician suggested to use liquid detergent. Do you know my previous lg washing machine we used for 10 yrs in washing powder and it showed no problem. But godrej is godrej. Well that's an old issue. Right now my issue is for a complaint that we have given in your aluva (Cochin) customer care two months back and till now the status is not resolved. Your four technicians came and could not understand the problem so they took the washing machine in their service centre one week back and till now the there is no response from there and when i called them today they still have the same answer, they don't know what's wrong with ur product. What product you have made that your team is not able to understand the problem itself. I regret the day i took the decision of buying godrej product and i will try my level best to share my experience to as many people i can so that people will think twice before wasting their hard earned money on buying your products.

            I am facing a issue with my double door refrigerator which was bought in 2016. For the past 10 days all the milk packets kept in refrigerator is getting broken and milk is spilling. I have tried with different packets/different brands of milk multiple times but this issue persists. Godrej technicians visited twice and unable to solve the issue. They didn't even investigated the problem and just complains the milk packets. I have tried multiple brands and packets of milk. I didn't expect such a worst customer service from a company like godrej. I very much regret for my purchase from godrej. I need help to take this issue strongly with godrej and sort out.

                  I have brought Godrej Edge Refrigerator in July 2019.In Nov 2019, the amount of ice got accumulated in whole fridge.I called customer service and they came and did something and left.Its rubber was also came out.So they fixed it.Again in Dec 2019, the refrigerator stopped cooling.When customer service people came, they said they need to change compressor.I asked him to replace the refrigerator as within 5months, i have raised issue thrice.Customer care team are saying in call, that they will replace but when any service guy is coming, they are forwarding it to supervisor who is directly saying no for replacement.I have brought it for 14, 000 rs and it didn't work properly for 14days also.Please help me to replace the refrigerator.

                    Have ordered godrej smart aer matic on 11.12.19, through a prepaid mode of payment online. After my money was deducted, there has been no positive communication from their side stating the delivery of my order. On 19.12.19, I mailed "godrejcp.com" asking about the status for my order. On 20.12.19, I receive a mail from "godrejcp.com" stating that my order has been cancelled without informing me about the reason. Being a reputated brand like godrejcp.com, it is very sad to know that they do not treat their customers properly.
                    Till today, i.e 29.12.19, I have not received my money back, which is Rs 719.

I would like to bring to your notice that we have done complaints 2 times and one is very recent on 21st November, 2019. The complaint number is [protected]. The technician came charged Rs. 375/- and changed one equipment the charge of which was separate but only after 5 days the refrigerator started showing the same error again.

                        I registered my complaint for washing machine using toll free number of godrej company.
                        The technician attended my residence on 07/12/2019. He replaced in tek valve to resolve complaint.
                        The technician charged rs.1650/- for in tek valve and rs.350/- service charge.
                        On verification price of in tek valve on godrej web site the price is shown as 349/-.
                        Thus technician has charged heavy price for in tek valve and take undue advantage of our ignorance.
                        The company should initiate actions to enquire in the matter and ensure that the excess price charged be refunded to me.

                            I had purchased semi automatic washing machine in 2016, the machine has wash motor warranty of 5 years, yesterday i submitted complaint and the mechanic visited and collected rs. 350 for which he wasn't giving us receipt, on insistence reluctantly he gave it. He said the wash motor wasn't working and asked us to whatsapp the bill on his service centre number (As i was unable to find while he came) he said the motor will be replaced as it's in warranty period, i whatsapp the bill today morning itself but today evening rec'd godrej message that i will be charged 2500 rupees for the same.

                                I owe godrej rt eon 331pd 4.3 silver atom refrigerator and i have 4 years extended service warranty for the same.
                                This refrigerator is having the problem of excessive sweating right from the beginning. Because of this issue all the stored items are getting perished rapidly. I have registered multiple complaints regarding the same. Different technicians tried different things to fix the issue like changing the rubber casket, changing the sensor position, changing the vegetable container etc. One technician even advised to keep refrigerator switched off at least for 2 hours every week. But nothing worked.

                                It's been 3 years now that all the company technicians have experimented with the refrigerator and failed miserably. After raising the issue to the higher authorities i was advised that the observation of sweating during monsoons is a naturally occurring phenomenon and to wait till monsoon is over. And if the issue persists post monsoon to contact them. When i contacted mr. Saquib (Head, service dept, mumbai) he admitted his team's inability to fix the problem. As warranty is still in force, i had requested for full refund for the refrigerator or replacement of the same. But mr. Saquib patwekar refused both refund/replacement requests.
                                If the refrigerator is in warranty period, and the service team is not able to fix the ongoing issue and at the same time denying refund or replacement, doesn't it amount to dishonoring the service contract?
                                I hereby, request full refund/replacement of the faulty refrigerator at the earliest.

                                Thanks. Only after registering the complaint here I have received appropriate response from the service department of Godrej Appliances. A visit by quality control team from Pune was arranged. Although it took 4 weeks for the team to make the visit, the visiting officer made certain observations and recorded the temperature in different sections of the refrigerator. It was found that the temperature in upper section ( below freezer) was 2*C and that in the lower section ( vegetable container) was 10*C because of the air flow inside the fridge was not right. This might have happened due to previous modifications done by the technicians. After this the vegetable container was changed and some minor modifications were done. The excessive humidity inside the refrigerator was because of the wide temperature difference in different sections of the fridge and improper circulation of the cooler air inside the fridge. After these modifications the issue seems to be resolved for now.

                                Despite of calling Mr. Sidhant Routray( Senior Manager-Service) on the number provided below he conveniently chose not to answer any of my calls. Also he has never reverted back to the emails sent to him.

                                My washing machine is not working proper way.

                                  Very unfortunate to inform you all that people are doing fraud with customers in guwahati for godrej company.
                                  Two of godrej sales executive mr bonjit dutta ([protected]) & gopal ([protected]) had visited my place for exchange offer. There they have offered two product (Washing maching & refrigerator) and taken rs.2500 hundred as booking booking on the month of sep'19. But till i have not received my product or money back. Several time i have followed up with them for the same, but always got false commitment.
                                  On 16th of nov'19 i went to your ulubari office to raise by concern, there i met mr pranab and he assured me that i will get my money back by evening.
                                  Again false promise.
                                  Later, i tried to coordinate with mr nabarun ([protected]) manager over phone but he never responded and given text msgs also he never replied..

                                  And earlier i had purchaced on ac from the same company in intallments and against my last installment of rs.3979.00 they deducted my emi twice for which i am requesting the company to refund my amount but no resolution yet.

                                  Now, i am hoping that this team will help me and i will get some result.

                                    I have booked a complain of my refrigerator on dtd.14.11.19 vide call no. W[protected] regarding over cooling and depositing of ice in the ice chamber. But it is very unfortunate to inform you that the person who have came have no idea how to open the digital panel of edge digi model, rather he put force to open it and cause damage to the front panel top, which is very odd in looking. My request and demand is to rectify the mistake and take action against the person responsible for it. At the time of visit of that fellow i was not at home. When i saw and tried to contact he did not pick my phone. Pl look in to this.

                                      I have purchase one microwave oven from your company and loged call for demo on 11th nov. 2019 than I have received message that technician will visit on 12th nov. 2019. But no one visit for demo and again I received message that visit will reschedule to 13th nov.19 and than I received message that technician will visit on 14th nov. 19, still no one visit for demo. When I contacted to technician on 13th nov 19 he told he will visit on 14th. But no visit was done, than I called to customer care and talk to Mr. Pankaj he is not ready to registered complaint. And give me service centre head no. I called on the no. Given by Mr. Pankaj but no one received the call. Please look into the matter as I think service provided by you is not up to the mark.

                                        I have purchased godrej wt 650 cf fully automatic top load washing machine in the year 2015.in the year 2018 it started giving h9 error code and i have raised a complaint in the godrej customer care, their service engineer came and inspected and informed to put a stabiliser (The moment he saw h9 issue) and same have provided by the service engineer at a cost of 2300 (Godrej stabiliser) and it started working. Stabiliser was having 1 year warranty and exactly at 1 year 1 month time frame the stabiliser stopped working. Again i raised a complaint in the service centre and service guy came and informed stabiliser went bad because of water went inside and asked me to take a new stabiliser. I have told him that, i will take a better stabiliser and took a v-guard stabiliser (Rs.3000) which is built for washing machine same as godrej stabiliser specification. When i connected to washing machine with v-guard stabiliser it is not working again. When i called back to godrej team, they are asking me to take only godrej stabiliser to resolve this problem. Even, godrej company executive came from bangalore and checked and telling to buy only godrej stabiliser (Which is not even available in the market).
                                        My complaint is, first of all i have never seen anybody using a stabiliser for the washing machine.
                                        Second, why i should buy only godrej stabiliser and washing machine is not working for any other stabiliser with similar specification?
                                        I am paying yearly roughly around 2-3 thousand rupees for maintaining this washing machine.
