I purchased a 6kg automatic machine in june 2016. During the warranty period their is some problem found. A few months ago the belt of the machine was changed because off improper working. At that time i saw that the rust has been caught. The bottom of the machine is completely rusty. Within a short time, the cost of the machine is corrupted so kindly replace this product or solve this problem immediately

    Hi i had bought a 1 ton godrej ac in march 2017 from chandra traders in sembakkam chennai tamil nadu. I have misplaced the original bill during shifting. Also have been trying to get in touch with the customer care but have not received any reply yet. Kindly let me know if i could get a duplicate bill copy to avail the warranty in the future. Thanks

      The fridge is getting on, but it's not getting cold. We have just bought a new stapalizer as per the advise of the technician who came before 2 days but it's not working.

        Like temperature settings,
        Power,

          My ac remote had gone during the flood in kerala on august 2018. I registered a complaint and one called me and told it would be delivered after one week. After that he did not even picked the call. Worst ever experience from godrej and the employee. Please don't cheat others with this kind of service and useless employees. 100% unsatisfied. Dont give jobs to this kind of employees. He did not even called me after that. It has been around 5 months above since i complained about the remote. I must get a new remote otherwise i will be forced to buy a new duplicate one. Im telling you again, that employee of yours is the worst one you could give the job.

          I have contacted customer service because my washing machine was having some spinning and drainage issues but the company could not recognise the H6 fault ... probably 2 technicians came but till now the customer care is just assuring us I. Am really disappointed!!!
          I m complaining about for godrej refrigerator not cooling.i bought in 8 mounth pass away.my in under warranty.i m not satisfied of godrej company for warranty, dealer, repair system, and serviced are very weak. thanks for the nice communication.

            Dear, i was purchased a washing machine on 25 dec 2018. Machine was making extraordinary noises during washing. I have been made 2-3 times call on your customer care number but nobody has came to rectify/attend my complain. Every time i got reply that my engineers will attend your request shortly. This is very pathetic or shameful. Please look into this matter urgently and resolve immediately.

              Cinthol original buy4 and get 1 free in bold letter after we checked in house
              One shop 75gm only we believe human nature same quaintly free

                I got amc done a month back for my godrej refrigerator. Soon after that a technician came for service. He just inquired if refrigerator was working okay, and when we said yes, he said service was done! When i asked why he was not doing any checks or cleaning, etc., he said nothing was to be done.
                Does service for godrej mean just inquiring if product is working? If so, what is the need to visit? They can ask over phone and say service is done.

                Further, i have been writing to [protected]@godrej.com but the guys are not even acknowledging my mails. Why? Then why has godrej given an e mail id to consumers? Seems like a big fraud by godrej along with their agents.

                    1. My godrej refrigerator went faulty on 27 dec 2018 and i lodged a complaint on godrej customer care no. [protected], the same day.
                    2. Mr. Vinod (Techn), from their service centre franchisee, nanak service centre, new delhi, came on 28 dec 2018 and repaired the refrigerator by replacing two parts and charged us rs. 975 (Including rs. 375 as visiting charges) and asked my mother to save his mobile no. And next time onwards, call him directly / privately, as he'd charge less and will only charge rs. 200 as visiting charges.
                    3. Our refrigerator went faulty again on 29 dec 2018, in less than 24 hrs after repairs. Though i've registered complaint again with godrej customer care (Complaint no. D [protected]) but no one has come today and we are again suffering and all our eatables in the frig had to be taken out and some of the stuff have gone bad already.
                    4. I'll request godrej to immediately send their authorised technician instead of franchisee, as most of these franchisees have made it a business to harass people by creating faults in the equipment in a way that it goes faulty again after the visit and they can charge more money by charging us again and again. I've had many bad experiences earlier from franchisees of other brands/ equipment as well and this franchisee business has actually become a racket to fleece people.
                    5. Pls take suitable action against the above-mentioned franchisee and help urgently

                        refrigerator mode change problem

                        Iam having godrej edge digi 212 ltrs refrigerator.. It is having mode problem means from "frost free mode" to "defrost control" and then "turbo chill mode". So please suggest the solvable solution to the problem. We are frequently facing this problem. We are try to reset the problem. But it takes some time to reset. So please suggest the best solution for this problem...

                          Sir i have godrej refrigerator single door model no.- gde1954. I have a warrenty in door change. Today 20/12/2018 i call godrej coustomar care rise a complain for change door. Complain no.- [protected]. First service representative told me 375/- charge to pay for visting charge. Than technician call me and told me 375/- + 150/- =525 rupees pay. 150 /- pay for door send to other service center for paint and this rupees burden by me. And the maximum time to paint is 30 days. But if you see the warranty card there is maintion that there is no charge to pay in warranty. Please solve the issue immidiately. My contact no is [protected]. I attached my refrigerator warranty card and bill. Date of purchesed 31/05/2010 and door replace warranty for rust 10 years.

                          today they call me and told me there is no mention service charge 375/-+150/- transportation charge in mention on warrenty card. i want to know why this not mention. they told me i have to pay and concesion 50/- from transportation charge. i give him the refregetar to solve but i have to pay. i think this is very bad service. plese look the matter.

                            Godrej Refrigirator Service Customer Care number [protected] seems to fake .
                            Firstly, I did not get a ticket number when I booked a complaint .
                            But a technician had arrived the same day I booked to investigate the problem as he claimed and did nothing to fix the issue.
                            The technician claimed that the freezer timer needs to be replaced and quoted the price 1800 RS for the repair the part costed 160 RS in the local market .
                            The technician ph # [protected] promised to provide his services if I procure the part myself too if I pay him Rs 350 /- service charges and that it would be valid for 1 month.

                            I purchased the part myself when I called him in the morning he said he would come down in the evening . I waited till the eving and called the customer care when the technician wasn't picking my call .

                            The customer Care very rude and asks me to go ahead and file complaint and argues with me for not paying him 1800 and got the part replaced.

                              I have purchased a godrej refrigerator around 2 years before, and it got damaged on nov 2nd 2018. I registered the complaint on 3rd and an executive came with in 2 days. After all inspection he told that an internal part need to replace to fix the problem and he told it might take a week to receive the part on their service center. It’s been almost a month the issue is not fixed, and they are saying like the part is not yet reached.

                              I don’t know why godrej not taking a customer complaint seriously, they could have been arrange a alternative if it taking too much delay. Very pathetic service and poor product from godrej.

                              My godrej refrigerator is not working from 3rd december, I complained on 4th December C No.-211834, but not any response till date, plz inform us why it's so late, we discussed customer care about that but no any response rec'd., Plz confirm otherwise I complained in consumer foram within 2 days...

                                We booked the godrej refrigerator edge pro in august. The representative didn't say that we have to pay cash during and requests finally when it the delivery men reached during that period all atms were closed for 3-4 days, hence it was not possible to complete the deal and we had to rearrange the old refrigerator, which was to be exchanged and based on the delivery man's telephonic instructions we simply removed everything stored.

                                Further against a call from the marketing / service section we requested the representative to come on 2nd nov 2018 to come and collect the cheque, with a condition that they would deliver the refrigerator on 13th nov 2018. The cheque was credited but they failed to deliver, rather the local marketing division people started asking unethical questions that why we can't wait for 3 more days. The point is we don't stay and travelling a lot. It's difficult to adjust our schedules. Godrej people didn't fail to collect the payment on the given date but when we need they have lots of excuses. Another important thing is the representative had collect the cheque from dr snigdha chakraborty but he didn't write anything on the application booklet except payment details and payment mode. He was indrajit soam (But illigible). When we raised this issue over phone the godrej person on the other side of the line started challenging that it was our duty and not the representative's task.

                                Finally we got the refrigerator delivered on 23rd november 2018. Technician came, opened from the sealed pack, fitted, demonstrated and got the secret code. His instruction was to wait for ay least 2.5 hours so we couldnt check anything.

                                After the suggested duration we put all our stuff inside and on the next morning we noticed milk, mutton, all cooked food and fruits got damaged as the refrigerator didn't work. Then launched a complain, further a technician came and did something. He had shown that the refrigerator started working. Also said the compressor is ok. Took the secret code.

                                Then i left for patna and already my wife was there in dhaka for her job. Today i reached a couple of hours ago and thought there was a sealed pack of milk whether i can consume that. I found the refrigerator is not working, there is bad smell, ice tray is full of water and no ice.

                                Complained the company in their toll free number and they said their technician would call me in 4 hours and come within next 24 hours. I need to tell the technician about my problem and the person attended the call in the toll free number can't help more.

                                But i already have plans to go to hobar danga, which is 50 km away and i have some works there. Not supposed to return before 2nd december evening and again on 3rd december leave for ahmadabad.

                                In this condition what should i do? Should i have to compromise my schedule everytime because of the faulty device? How long should i have to bear with this? I mean today i am waiting for the technician to call me and then he will do something, again i will face the same trouble tomorrow, complain in the toll free number and wait for another technician! Is there any someone in the godrej company itself to take some strong measures to stop harassing customers in the name of customer care? I don't have time even to go and lodge a complain to the consumer affairs. We have lots of other commitments.

                                  I had booked godrej eon – double door fridge on 23rd november, 2017. The fridge was delivered to me on 25th november, 2017 and commissioned on 26th november, 2017.

                                  There was a power failure in my building on 24th november, 2018 evening. I switched off the main power supply of my room. After the power was restored, when i switched on the fridge, it was not starting. Immediately the same day i contacted godrej customer care and complained about my fridge not working. The person who answered the call assured me that if the service centre is working on sunday then they will put my request on priority. Through sms i was sent call no. B[protected].

                                  On monday 26th november, after numerous calls, the engineer visited my place at 2.30 pm. On checking the fridge he informed that some part had to be replaced. He also mentioned that i have to pay for the part as it was not in warranty period. I informed him that though the fridge was booked on 23rd november, 2017, it was delivered only on 25th november, 2017 (Proof shown to him) and it was still under warranty period. The engineer then informed that he had to speak to higher-up authorities and get the sanction from them.

                                  Today morning (27/11/2018) i got a call from the engineer that as a special case they had waived off the charges and that the engineer would come to my residence by 2.30 pm to replace the part and set the fridge in working condition. Your engineer came to my residence around 6 pm and replaced some part and informed that the fridge will start cooling after 3 hours.

                                  I again complained that the fridge is not cooling and was told that they will send the engineer. Your engineer visited my residence at around 12 pm on 28/11/2018 and could not rectify the mistake.

                                  It has been four days since my refrigerator is not working and the engineer cannot rectify the mistake. Everyday a new engineer visits my residence.

                                  Till date (28/11/2018 – 1.00 pm) my fridge is not working.

                                    There is no cooling in lower part of the refrigerator as the freezer is very cold the cool air does not passed from freezer to lower part and also there is so much frost freezes in the freezer. We have complaint so many times mechanic came and then it works for few days, but, again it started creating problems. After few months of buying, we complained and company's mechanic changed some parts of the refrigerator. Please provide us the solutions asap.

                                      We are from srinivasa electronics vijayawada. From the date of 24.09.18 we are raised our stock set complaints with 2 no's. Service providers could not attending the calls even today. The greatest service incharge is there mr. Ravi[protected] his lazyness is disturbing me. Irresponsible person of india.
                                      Please suspend him otherwise wa cannot accept him.
