Ur product gonaa dead within 3 days after purchase i have called many times to ur customer care and technicians also but m not provided ur service properly till now todays date so i have registered complaint in consumer court against ur company

Court warn me call again u and give details i[censored] still not cooperating us then court will be take action against you

    Sir i have godrej refrigerator single door model no.- gde1954. I have a warrenty in door change. Today 20/12/2018 i call godrej coustomar care rise a complain for change door. Complain no.- [protected]. First service representative told me 375/- charge to pay for visting charge. Than technician call me and told me 375/- + 150/- =525 rupees pay. 150 /- pay for door send to other service center for paint and this rupees burden by me. And the maximum time to paint is 30 days. But if you see the warranty card there is maintion that there is no charge to pay in warranty. Please solve the issue immidiately. My contact no is [protected]. I attached my refrigerator warranty card and bill. Date of purchesed 31/05/2010 and door replace warranty for rust 10 years.

    today they call me and told me there is no mention service charge 375/-+150/- transportation charge in mention on warrenty card. i want to know why this not mention. they told me i have to pay and concesion 50/- from transportation charge. i give him the refregetar to solve but i have to pay. i think this is very bad service. plese look the matter.

      Godrej Refrigirator Service Customer Care number [protected] seems to fake .
      Firstly, I did not get a ticket number when I booked a complaint .
      But a technician had arrived the same day I booked to investigate the problem as he claimed and did nothing to fix the issue.
      The technician claimed that the freezer timer needs to be replaced and quoted the price 1800 RS for the repair the part costed 160 RS in the local market .
      The technician ph # [protected] promised to provide his services if I procure the part myself too if I pay him Rs 350 /- service charges and that it would be valid for 1 month.

      I purchased the part myself when I called him in the morning he said he would come down in the evening . I waited till the eving and called the customer care when the technician wasn't picking my call .

      The customer Care very rude and asks me to go ahead and file complaint and argues with me for not paying him 1800 and got the part replaced.

      Please advice.

        I have purchased a godrej refrigerator around 2 years before, and it got damaged on nov 2nd 2018. I registered the complaint on 3rd and an executive came with in 2 days. After all inspection he told that an internal part need to replace to fix the problem and he told it might take a week to receive the part on their service center. It’s been almost a month the issue is not fixed, and they are saying like the part is not yet reached.

        I don’t know why godrej not taking a customer complaint seriously, they could have been arrange a alternative if it taking too much delay. Very pathetic service and poor product from godrej.

          We booked the godrej refrigerator edge pro in august. The representative didn't say that we have to pay cash during and requests finally when it the delivery men reached during that period all atms were closed for 3-4 days, hence it was not possible to complete the deal and we had to rearrange the old refrigerator, which was to be exchanged and based on the delivery man's telephonic instructions we simply removed everything stored.

          Further against a call from the marketing / service section we requested the representative to come on 2nd nov 2018 to come and collect the cheque, with a condition that they would deliver the refrigerator on 13th nov 2018. The cheque was credited but they failed to deliver, rather the local marketing division people started asking unethical questions that why we can't wait for 3 more days. The point is we don't stay and travelling a lot. It's difficult to adjust our schedules. Godrej people didn't fail to collect the payment on the given date but when we need they have lots of excuses. Another important thing is the representative had collect the cheque from dr snigdha chakraborty but he didn't write anything on the application booklet except payment details and payment mode. He was indrajit soam (But illigible). When we raised this issue over phone the godrej person on the other side of the line started challenging that it was our duty and not the representative's task.

          Finally we got the refrigerator delivered on 23rd november 2018. Technician came, opened from the sealed pack, fitted, demonstrated and got the secret code. His instruction was to wait for ay least 2.5 hours so we couldnt check anything.

          After the suggested duration we put all our stuff inside and on the next morning we noticed milk, mutton, all cooked food and fruits got damaged as the refrigerator didn't work. Then launched a complain, further a technician came and did something. He had shown that the refrigerator started working. Also said the compressor is ok. Took the secret code.

          Then i left for patna and already my wife was there in dhaka for her job. Today i reached a couple of hours ago and thought there was a sealed pack of milk whether i can consume that. I found the refrigerator is not working, there is bad smell, ice tray is full of water and no ice.

          Complained the company in their toll free number and they said their technician would call me in 4 hours and come within next 24 hours. I need to tell the technician about my problem and the person attended the call in the toll free number can't help more.

          But i already have plans to go to hobar danga, which is 50 km away and i have some works there. Not supposed to return before 2nd december evening and again on 3rd december leave for ahmadabad.

          In this condition what should i do? Should i have to compromise my schedule everytime because of the faulty device? How long should i have to bear with this? I mean today i am waiting for the technician to call me and then he will do something, again i will face the same trouble tomorrow, complain in the toll free number and wait for another technician! Is there any someone in the godrej company itself to take some strong measures to stop harassing customers in the name of customer care? I don't have time even to go and lodge a complain to the consumer affairs. We have lots of other commitments.

            I had booked godrej eon – double door fridge on 23rd november, 2017. The fridge was delivered to me on 25th november, 2017 and commissioned on 26th november, 2017.

            There was a power failure in my building on 24th november, 2018 evening. I switched off the main power supply of my room. After the power was restored, when i switched on the fridge, it was not starting. Immediately the same day i contacted godrej customer care and complained about my fridge not working. The person who answered the call assured me that if the service centre is working on sunday then they will put my request on priority. Through sms i was sent call no. B[protected].

            On monday 26th november, after numerous calls, the engineer visited my place at 2.30 pm. On checking the fridge he informed that some part had to be replaced. He also mentioned that i have to pay for the part as it was not in warranty period. I informed him that though the fridge was booked on 23rd november, 2017, it was delivered only on 25th november, 2017 (Proof shown to him) and it was still under warranty period. The engineer then informed that he had to speak to higher-up authorities and get the sanction from them.

            Today morning (27/11/2018) i got a call from the engineer that as a special case they had waived off the charges and that the engineer would come to my residence by 2.30 pm to replace the part and set the fridge in working condition. Your engineer came to my residence around 6 pm and replaced some part and informed that the fridge will start cooling after 3 hours.

            I again complained that the fridge is not cooling and was told that they will send the engineer. Your engineer visited my residence at around 12 pm on 28/11/2018 and could not rectify the mistake.

            It has been four days since my refrigerator is not working and the engineer cannot rectify the mistake. Everyday a new engineer visits my residence.

            Till date (28/11/2018 – 1.00 pm) my fridge is not working.

              There is no cooling in lower part of the refrigerator as the freezer is very cold the cool air does not passed from freezer to lower part and also there is so much frost freezes in the freezer. We have complaint so many times mechanic came and then it works for few days, but, again it started creating problems. After few months of buying, we complained and company's mechanic changed some parts of the refrigerator. Please provide us the solutions asap.

The greatest service incharge is there mr. Ravi[protected] his lazyness is disturbing me. Irresponsible person of india.

                  Sir i purchase godrej fully automatic washing machine in fabruary and unboxing in august after 2 days it is not running i complain 8 to 10 times in a month now today 20 november more than 2 months arive but no will repair it, my complain was automatically closed i am very angry and last time complain today if problem was not solved i will complain to cm helpline or high court you have to pay panalty for for every day... So please take seriously...

                    This is with regards to our recent purchase of a godrej eon refrigerator. We are highly disappointed with the product received as it was a damaged one. There is a dent in main door of the refrigerator and also, there was no lamination cover over the product. The lamination coat was already removed when we received the product.

                    We kindly request for a replacement of the product as we bought the product not to get a defective one. We are a regular customer to godrej as we use many of your electronic appliances and hoping to get complete assistance from you.

                    We expect a speedy resolution in this matter and hoping to get a new product at the earliest.

                      I have a godrej washing machine, which i purchased 1.5 years back and also i took companies amc service for maintainence. But from last few weeks i started getting problem with the machine. So i registered a complaint (Complaint no b[protected]) so they sent technician mr. Anand pawar for the service but instead of helping me with the issue he started blaming me only that i have kept the machine in wrong position, his behaviour was so rude that he was not even ready to wait. Then i called mr. Shravan sharma and mr. Ankur ved the area manager of godrej appliances kharghar and they assured me that they will look into this matter seriously and they gave me the number of the owner mr. Rajesh yadav for the service, he assured me that he will send a senior technician to me and rectify the problem. But nothing happened no one came, they are even not answering my calls and everything in vein. I tried to contact them multiple times and in the mean while the company also closed my complaint. I infact called head office godrej vikroli but no one answered. If the company can't provide service why do they keep amc? I think its not for free or company is not doing any favour by providing it. It was not expected from a company like godrej. I will never recommend it to anyone. Service is worst.

                        I had purchased godrej 1.5ton ac from amazon last december... Since it was cold during december we didn't used much later in march we started using the out door unit was making huge noise... For which we complained to service centre... Technician from ept service centre visited and said there is a installation fault and need to re install which chargeable... For which i denied again the complained was raised and same technician visited and kept a piece of paper near the mesh covering which reduced the 30-40% with in few days again the noise got increased... This time same ept service centre technician denied to come unless i pay him the service charge... Later in i complained twice again... Were the technician used to close the complaint.. Me with out sharing the 3digit code which has to shared once the is done.. Few months later water strated sprinkling from the indoor unit... This time i raised complained and tweeted on twitter abouth the pathetic service from the godrej team.. And now the same old technician from ept visited... And said it is chargeable 2800/- and refilling the gas is free... Which irritated me and called the service centre in front of him.. The smart technician started explaining the ac had to fitted in bit slide manner.. But it's not a installation fault it's a common human error for which you can't claim warranty... Later came the sery manager venkatesh... And told he will be sending the guys who have installed so that they will only provide the service... Next comes the service centre guys from sri ramanauja ac services... Who's service men were quit humble and were able to slove the outdoor unit noise... But water sprinkle didn't stop... Again i raised the complaint thrice... First the they refilled refrigerant and did some welding... Second time they said some coolant was leaking and heat condenser was not working properly... Third time they changed the pcb as it was faulty... Now i have raise dthe complaint for the fourth time... Yet to see the result... Now the warranty is about end with in month.. And sad part could not use the ac from past 11 months... I think godrej has to replace the full faulty ac...

                          I have bought a godrej refrigerator (Refdc185chtma4, 2rd) edge silver eternity last year from cherthala (Alappuzha dist), kerala it was said that there are 10 years rust free guarantee for this model and the same information is printed on the door also. Now the door is full of rust in less than two years. I have contacted the customer support and a technician has contacted me saying that the door will be replaced for which i will have to pay around 1000 to 1500 rupees as service plus traveling charge. But how can this be fair when the company has given a rust free guarantee and it is rusted, it becomes their fault. Why should i pay an additional 1500 rupees for their fault? If at all i pay money and replace the door what if it get rusted again. I will have to pay another 1500 again. So if this continues for all the 10 years which is the guarantee period i will have to pay rs. 15000/- as service charge where the refrigerator has cost me only10, 900/-.

                          This kind of negligence on the part of after sales service is not at all expected from a company like this. I am not going to try any of their products anymore and i am fed up of this nonsense.

                          On[protected] at 12:11 AM I recieved an sms from Godrej which read as follows "We attended to you appliance. In case of pending work, please give a missed call within 7 days on [protected]" when they have not come at all and on the same day at 4:02 AM I recieved another sms from godrej stating as follows "Your service call [protected] is completed THANK YOU for your payment of Rs. NIL to our auth. Service provider, ref Godrej Helpline [protected]"
                          I was wondered recieving this message at 4 AM in the morning when nobody had attended my complaint
                          Such a bad service and experience from Godrej. I will never recommend it to anyone.

                            Godrej appliances godrej group i have this 1 ton split a/c from godrej which is only 3 months old now, doesn't look so in the pictures though... After repeated attempts of calls, emails, messages, tweets and what not, this is what the condition of my a/c and the outdoor unit is right now.. There are numerous leakages in the condenser and yet they are saying they will check if this can be repaired and let me know in a week's time... How pathetic can godrej appliances and the customer service be.. I would like to alarm everybody to not buy godrej a/c's as i would'nt want everybody else to go through the same pain that i have been through.

                              I am a resident of kolkata and own two window acs of your company. One of them is under annual maintenance contract. Earlier when a technician came for dry servicing, we came to know that the filters of both the acs are broken and require replacement.in addition, one of the ac remote was not working. The technician asked me to book another complaint. So, on 5th oct., 2018, i booked another call with your company. Then i got a call from your service centre asking about the problems. Here, i was told that ac filters are never provided by the company and i have to purchase it from the open market. Regarding the remote, i was asked to send a photograph of the same and the company will arrange another one; the charge of the remote i have to pay, which i agreed and duly send the photograph of the remote. She closed the complaints giving the reason that the customer had refused to pay. The person convinced us to tell her the secret code, which i did and it proved to be a big mistake on my part. The executive never got back to me.
                              Now, my question to you is why i did not get the proper response and services from the company, even after having paid a hefty amount for amc. For the non amc ac, i was ready to pay.
                              In this context, i would like to request your good self to look into the matter sympathetically so that we will get the legitimate service from your company and will restore the reputation of the company.

                                I booked an order on 31.10.2018 for golden orchid microwave (Gmt 720 cf 1 pm) of 20ltrs. Against exchange of my old godrej solo micro under appli. No.2234127. While negotiating with your sales executive (Code:924665-amit) at my residential place he endured to hv.1) a set of 8 plastic microwave wares costing abt.₹800/-.2) two glass bowls costing ₹1000/- & 3) sp. Diwali gift scratch voucher under your "dipotsava" scheme for ₹1000/- & or ₹5000/-. I received delivery of microwave on 1st nov. (Sales invoice. No.341/11038647 dt.31.10.201) with no.2&3 above but not no 1. On https://mdindiaonline.com with abovementioned sales exe., he said that the said scheme was discontinued and that he was unaware of the same which is not at all convincing as i dealth with your co. Directy and not through any retailer. I therefore request you to kindly resolve my complaint by way o fproviding the said set and or refund me ₹ 800/-. Thanking you,

                                  I booked an order for the purchase of golden orchid model of microwave vide my application no.2234127 on 31.102018 through your co. Represantive (Sales exe. Code.924665 mr. Amit) on 31.10.2018. While discussing the offer he has ensured us that we shall receive 1) normal plastic microwave set of 8 wares costing ₹800/-.2) two glass bowls worth ₹1000/- &3) diwali offer voucher under your "dipotsava" festivals to be scratched prizing either ₹1000/- (Slab - b) or ₹5000/- (Slab-a). We received no.2& 3 but not received no.1 item valuing ₹800/-. I received the delivery on 01.11.2018 of the ordered article. But don't received ensured item no.1) above. On inquiring with the representative on this regard, he said that the scheme has been discontinued but he was unaware. This is quite rediculous as co. Represantative unaware of the discontinuance and ensures about the same. I therefore request you to resolve this issue by make me available the set or refund ₹800/- for which i am eligible.

                                      We had refrigerator problem and it was getting ice cold. We complained to phone number [protected] then they have sent person name Mr. Naveen his contact number is [protected], he came to our house and start repairing . He checked and told us that some parts are got damaged and to be replaced . We had given approval to do and he had brought the parts and he above to start repair . We had asked him to show the parts . In that there was no price sticker which he has removed and charging us abnormally. We had the doubt on him and asked his boss number then he had called Mr. Ganapathy [protected]. When we told about Mr. Naveen he was telling he dont know about this person. we got surprised about the issue. After that he had disconnected the call telling wrong number. After that he had corrected back whatever he has removed the parts fitted it back. the copy of the Job sheet of the Quick Tech attached with this complaint. Kindly verify this and corrected back the system and services. It seems to be fraud service providers.

                                        We have purchased a godrej interior in your t. Nagar showroom last year. Right from the beginning the door alignment are not good in the supplied one, whereas the display pieces are perfect in alignment. Due to work pressure, we compromise ourselves for the said complaints. Yesterday i noticed that the doors are fixed with hinges with screw in some places and revit in some places. The revited portion of the hinges got peeled in one place. Now you can imagine were the problem is. Please set right the complaint immediately.
