Sir i purchase godrej fully automatic washing machine in fabruary and unboxing in august after 2 days it is not running i complain 8 to 10 times in a month now today 20 november more than 2 months arive but no will repair it, my complain was automatically closed i am very angry and last time complain today if problem was not solved i will complain to cm helpline or high court you have to pay panalty for for every day... So please take seriously...

    Greetings!

    This is with regards to our recent purchase of a godrej eon refrigerator. We are highly disappointed with the product received as it was a damaged one. There is a dent in main door of the refrigerator and also, there was no lamination cover over the product. The lamination coat was already removed when we received the product.

    We kindly request for a replacement of the product as we bought the product not to get a defective one. We are a regular customer to godrej as we use many of your electronic appliances and hoping to get complete assistance from you.

    We expect a speedy resolution in this matter and hoping to get a new product at the earliest.

      I have a godrej washing machine, which i purchased 1.5 years back and also i took companies amc service for maintainence. But from last few weeks i started getting problem with the machine. So i registered a complaint (Complaint no b[protected]) so they sent technician mr. Anand pawar for the service but instead of helping me with the issue he started blaming me only that i have kept the machine in wrong position, his behaviour was so rude that he was not even ready to wait. Then i called mr. Shravan sharma and mr. Ankur ved the area manager of godrej appliances kharghar and they assured me that they will look into this matter seriously and they gave me the number of the owner mr. Rajesh yadav for the service, he assured me that he will send a senior technician to me and rectify the problem. But nothing happened no one came, they are even not answering my calls and everything in vein. I tried to contact them multiple times and in the mean while the company also closed my complaint. I infact called head office godrej vikroli but no one answered. If the company can't provide service why do they keep amc? I think its not for free or company is not doing any favour by providing it. It was not expected from a company like godrej. I will never recommend it to anyone. Service is worst.

        I had purchased godrej 1.5ton ac from amazon last december... Since it was cold during december we didn't used much later in march we started using the out door unit was making huge noise... For which we complained to service centre... Technician from ept service centre visited and said there is a installation fault and need to re install which chargeable... For which i denied again the complained was raised and same technician visited and kept a piece of paper near the mesh covering which reduced the 30-40% with in few days again the noise got increased... This time same ept service centre technician denied to come unless i pay him the service charge... Later in i complained twice again... Were the technician used to close the complaint.. Me with out sharing the 3digit code which has to shared once the is done.. Few months later water strated sprinkling from the indoor unit... This time i raised complained and tweeted on twitter abouth the pathetic service from the godrej team.. And now the same old technician from ept visited... And said it is chargeable 2800/- and refilling the gas is free... Which irritated me and called the service centre in front of him.. The smart technician started explaining the ac had to fitted in bit slide manner.. But it's not a installation fault it's a common human error for which you can't claim warranty... Later came the sery manager venkatesh... And told he will be sending the guys who have installed so that they will only provide the service... Next comes the service centre guys from sri ramanauja ac services... Who's service men were quit humble and were able to slove the outdoor unit noise... But water sprinkle didn't stop... Again i raised the complaint thrice... First the they refilled refrigerant and did some welding... Second time they said some coolant was leaking and heat condenser was not working properly... Third time they changed the pcb as it was faulty... Now i have raise dthe complaint for the fourth time... Yet to see the result... Now the warranty is about end with in month.. And sad part could not use the ac from past 11 months... I think godrej has to replace the full faulty ac...

          I have bought a godrej refrigerator (Refdc185chtma4, 2rd) edge silver eternity last year from cherthala (Alappuzha dist), kerala it was said that there are 10 years rust free guarantee for this model and the same information is printed on the door also. Now the door is full of rust in less than two years. I have contacted the customer support and a technician has contacted me saying that the door will be replaced for which i will have to pay around 1000 to 1500 rupees as service plus traveling charge. But how can this be fair when the company has given a rust free guarantee and it is rusted, it becomes their fault. Why should i pay an additional 1500 rupees for their fault? If at all i pay money and replace the door what if it get rusted again. I will have to pay another 1500 again. So if this continues for all the 10 years which is the guarantee period i will have to pay rs. 15000/- as service charge where the refrigerator has cost me only10, 900/-.

          This kind of negligence on the part of after sales service is not at all expected from a company like this. I am not going to try any of their products anymore and i am fed up of this nonsense.

          On[protected] at 12:11 AM I recieved an sms from Godrej which read as follows "We attended to you appliance. In case of pending work, please give a missed call within 7 days on [protected]" when they have not come at all and on the same day at 4:02 AM I recieved another sms from godrej stating as follows "Your service call [protected] is completed THANK YOU for your payment of Rs. NIL to our auth. Service provider, ref Godrej Helpline [protected]"
          I was wondered recieving this message at 4 AM in the morning when nobody had attended my complaint
          Such a bad service and experience from Godrej. I will never recommend it to anyone.

            Godrej appliances godrej group i have this 1 ton split a/c from godrej which is only 3 months old now, doesn't look so in the pictures though... After repeated attempts of calls, emails, messages, tweets and what not, this is what the condition of my a/c and the outdoor unit is right now.. There are numerous leakages in the condenser and yet they are saying they will check if this can be repaired and let me know in a week's time... How pathetic can godrej appliances and the customer service be.. I would like to alarm everybody to not buy godrej a/c's as i would'nt want everybody else to go through the same pain that i have been through.

              Dear sir,
              I am a resident of kolkata and own two window acs of your company. One of them is under annual maintenance contract. Earlier when a technician came for dry servicing, we came to know that the filters of both the acs are broken and require replacement.in addition, one of the ac remote was not working. The technician asked me to book another complaint. So, on 5th oct., 2018, i booked another call with your company. Then i got a call from your service centre asking about the problems. Here, i was told that ac filters are never provided by the company and i have to purchase it from the open market. Regarding the remote, i was asked to send a photograph of the same and the company will arrange another one; the charge of the remote i have to pay, which i agreed and duly send the photograph of the remote. She closed the complaints giving the reason that the customer had refused to pay. The person convinced us to tell her the secret code, which i did and it proved to be a big mistake on my part. The executive never got back to me.
              Now, my question to you is why i did not get the proper response and services from the company, even after having paid a hefty amount for amc. For the non amc ac, i was ready to pay.
              In this context, i would like to request your good self to look into the matter sympathetically so that we will get the legitimate service from your company and will restore the reputation of the company.

                I booked an order on 31.10.2018 for golden orchid microwave (Gmt 720 cf 1 pm) of 20ltrs. Against exchange of my old godrej solo micro under appli. No.2234127. While negotiating with your sales executive (Code:924665-amit) at my residential place he endured to hv.1) a set of 8 plastic microwave wares costing abt.₹800/-.2) two glass bowls costing ₹1000/- & 3) sp. Diwali gift scratch voucher under your "dipotsava" scheme for ₹1000/- & or ₹5000/-. I received delivery of microwave on 1st nov. (Sales invoice. No.341/11038647 dt.31.10.201) with no.2&3 above but not no 1. On https://mdindiaonline.com with abovementioned sales exe., he said that the said scheme was discontinued and that he was unaware of the same which is not at all convincing as i dealth with your co. Directy and not through any retailer. I therefore request you to kindly resolve my complaint by way o fproviding the said set and or refund me ₹ 800/-. Thanking you,

                  I booked an order for the purchase of golden orchid model of microwave vide my application no.2234127 on 31.102018 through your co. Represantive (Sales exe. Code.924665 mr. Amit) on 31.10.2018. While discussing the offer he has ensured us that we shall receive 1) normal plastic microwave set of 8 wares costing ₹800/-.2) two glass bowls worth ₹1000/- &3) diwali offer voucher under your "dipotsava" festivals to be scratched prizing either ₹1000/- (Slab - b) or ₹5000/- (Slab-a). We received no.2& 3 but not received no.1 item valuing ₹800/-. I received the delivery on 01.11.2018 of the ordered article. But don't received ensured item no.1) above. On inquiring with the representative on this regard, he said that the scheme has been discontinued but he was unaware. This is quite rediculous as co. Represantative unaware of the discontinuance and ensures about the same. I therefore request you to resolve this issue by make me available the set or refund ₹800/- for which i am eligible.

                      We had refrigerator problem and it was getting ice cold. We complained to phone number [protected] then they have sent person name Mr. Naveen his contact number is [protected], he came to our house and start repairing . He checked and told us that some parts are got damaged and to be replaced . We had given approval to do and he had brought the parts and he above to start repair . We had asked him to show the parts . In that there was no price sticker which he has removed and charging us abnormally. We had the doubt on him and asked his boss number then he had called Mr. Ganapathy [protected]. When we told about Mr. Naveen he was telling he dont know about this person. we got surprised about the issue. After that he had disconnected the call telling wrong number. After that he had corrected back whatever he has removed the parts fitted it back. the copy of the Job sheet of the Quick Tech attached with this complaint. Kindly verify this and corrected back the system and services. It seems to be fraud service providers.

                        We have purchased a godrej interior in your t. Nagar showroom last year. Right from the beginning the door alignment are not good in the supplied one, whereas the display pieces are perfect in alignment. Due to work pressure, we compromise ourselves for the said complaints. Yesterday i noticed that the doors are fixed with hinges with screw in some places and revit in some places. The revited portion of the hinges got peeled in one place. Now you can imagine were the problem is. Please set right the complaint immediately.

                          I have double door refrigerator which is giving me problems every 6 months.
                          This time the technician Mr. Raj Kumar Yadav couldn't detect problem so he was suppose to send another technician. Mr. Yadav charged is advance Rs 1750/-
                          Another technician Mr. Faizan Sheikh visits and says coil needs to be changed at ur own risk at Rs 1500/-which will be deducted from advance payment.
                          Now he replaces coil and tells us to pay more Rs 1460/-for which we ask the reason and he answers "u should use ur common sense " that gas filling I did.
                          N that ' can't u see I was filling gas " ?
                          My complaint is this the way to speak to a customer.
                          I[censored] have to fill the gas isn't it ur duty to inform the customer??
                          Isn't it ur duty to let the customer know separate charges for coil replacement and gas filling total will be 2960/-??
                          N how can a person... A technician talk to a customer like this..such harshly.
                          Use ur common sense.
                          If I knew this was the way a gas is filled.. I would have done it myself.. Why will I call a fridge technician from GODREJ??
                          After hearing to all this I lodge a complaint with customer care.. Mr. Shubham provides me senior supervisor Mr. A. k Guptas number when I contact him, I come to know Mr. Gupta has left Godrej company.
                          Then they make me talk to another senior executive Mr. Ankit Mahajan who makes me talk further to senior most Mr. Hiralal
                          who is more bothered about his technician rather than the customer.
                          This technician warns me that no Godrej technician will come to solve the problem anytime.
                          If this is the service I better not buy only any Godrej product nor recommend to anybody.

                            Dear Sir/Mam,

                            This is to inform you that, I have logged a complaint on 04th Oct'18 regarding AC not cooling Issue. Technician has visited & said faulty part need to replace but since then i have not get any call from Service center when faulty part get replace. Every time Customer care representative saying that we have escalated issue to higher authority & thereafter disconnecting the call.

                            I'am very much disappointed regarding Service & will suggest all my Friend don't Purchase product because of poor quality of Service.

                              We had leakages from fridge and called service man from godrej service centre, pune. He came and changed parts and gave bill (Old bill of another person with correction, said right now i don't hv new bill n my centre is very far) of 2150 rs. After 8 days again problem came, i called him more than 10 times he never came.
                              Service centre name is samarth services karve nagar pune ph no. [protected], [protected] and person name is sandeep ph no. [protected].
                              Please don't use this service centre and never buy godrej products as they don't have good services.

                                My dual washing machine was not working working properly due to the belt that had become loose. Technician came and said belt needs replacing and it will cost rs260 when in actual fact the belt costs rs50-60. The service centre in nanded maharashtra and the so called technicians are taking excessive money for parts. I called godrej main customer service number and even they too conceal information on how much parts cost. It's a shame i already have a godrej machine otherwise i would never have brought it knowing what you people are like, money greedy people, try doing an honest days work rather than stealing from customers!
                                Disgraceful company should be shut down!!!

                                  I had called godrej customer care on 17th oct for service as my fridge did not cool properly. The customer care person registered and said i will get call back within 4 hours and technician would attend on the same day.
                                  I called at 8 am, however i did not get any call from technician the whole day and i called them 4 times. Finally i was told that at 630pm the technician would arrive.
                                  Unfortunately no one arrived, when i called they gave me a number of one manager called mr. Ravi shankar, when contacted he said the whole team is going for a toour and won't attend for the next 3 days till saturday.
                                  I again got a number of mr. Sivaram, he said the franchise which does sercice for omr road is entirely out due to tour and difficult to make service. He offered to help by checking other franchise and today being 18th no response so far.
                                  This is one of the worst experience i face from godrej, is customer least priority for you, only tour is important, how awful it is for you to ask customer wait for 3 days and saying such a reason?
                                  I have paid amc and it is valid till 2019, i am planning to go to consumer court if you don't attend service today.

                                    I suspect that the good knight silver mats are now no longer effective. I have the electric mat unit with silver mats from good knight.

                                    Despite i smell the fragrance of the repellent in the air, i still find mosquitoes trying to bite me.

                                    I think mosquitoes have now developed some sort of resistance towards these repellents and these products fail to hide you.

                                    Godrej industries should take this feedback seriously and try to improve their product.

                                      I am a 78 old senior citzen- D. Suryuanarayana, 33 BHEL Enclace, Tadbund Secunderabad. Mobile [protected].
                                      When my Godrej Refrigerator was not functioning OK, I rang up Godrej service cente Secunderabd, around 25th July. Technician came after two days, made a perfunctory examination, pocketed Rs 300/- fee & said compressor needs replacement. I agreed for replacement.. Man for replacement came on 3-8-18, nearly 4 days after. He di'nt give bill, although I paid full amount of Rs 5600/-. Compressor worked with high noise and stopped dead after few hours. When I rang up Raju, technician who replaced, he says it is not his duty & suggested that I contact service center . When I contacted them on 4/8, they did not send anybody till 5-8-18. I had to leave for USA on 5-8-18, but my housekeeper was available. A technician came around 8-8-18, and did some work and compressor started working without control, continuously. When my housekeeper again contacted him, he came and said thermostat needs replacent. He refused to replace thermostat unless she paid Rs 1960 down payment. She did not have such large sum.
                                      Refrigerator was was working 24x7, witout control till I reached India on 3-10-18. I made frantic calls, but the technician came on 7-10-18 and replaced the thermostat. On 7-10-18 only I got receipts for Compressor ( backdated) and thermostat. He charged me Rs[protected]+ service charge).Three main issues that stand-out are-
                                      1. An incompetent man comes and makes perfunctory exam for 5 minutes. He is more interested in pocketing service charge than making a thorough exam. If he had told me Compressor and thermostat need replacement and it would cost me Rs 7500/- I would have opted fot a new refregerator.
                                      2. After noticing compressor is working without control& not replacing thermostat, shows that the service center and its sub-contactors, dont care a hoot what happens to customer's equipment. They are more interested in money. I retired as a General Manager in BHEL till 1999. Our motto was service first.
                                      3. Godrej need to critically examine the criminal behaviour of their subcontractors and their service staff. These people do not attend compaints thoroghly and quickly.Their paperwork is shoddy. Their behaviour is attraciuos
                                      I have receipts for all the work done so far and I am sending scans.

                                        Fed-up of my ac's not working upto the mark and fed up of the pathetic customer customer service provided by the godrej team.

                                        This is the second time i am lodging a complaint for my ac's not working upto the mark.

                                        I have recently bought a flat with nl aryavarta in dahisar east.. And have received 2 ac's as a complimentary thing/offer fitted in my bedrooms.

                                        Now both the ac in the bedroom are not working upto the mark. One in the master bedroom is not cooling at all.

                                        The problem is i don't have a registered number or a registered email id since the ac's have been fitted by the builder.

                                        I have also attached the product details for both the ac's in this email for your reference.
