Myself Natwar Bhai Photographer from mount Abu (Raj), I have purchased godrej refrigerator just because it is a trustable brand and from many years people are buying it but now we cannot trust. as my refrigerator is not working it's just 7-8 months now, also very bad customer service they give, I have called them thrice in a well but still they didn't came for the service which is unexpected, also when we call them they ask us to hold and they don't answer, this is how they treat their customer.they don't how to talk with people over the phone, they don't respect their customers, I am very old customer with godrej from 30 years and now I would suggest everyone not buy product from godrej as their customer service is not available on time.

On[protected] i had Problem with my refrigerator(Godrej Eon-double door) in cooling. Fridge was not at all cooling.I had contacted customer care of Godrej and they reacted to the complaint very soon and they sent the technician within 2hrs. The technician said the part of refrigerator(defrosting board & controller) has to be changed for which i had paid an amount of Rs.2700 on[protected]Attached the receipt in mail). I hard purchased from Godrej dealer M/S PALVE/CHENNAI VIDE INVOICE NO 703 Dt 27/11/2006, Make Godrej Wardrobe-H-1, GRAPHITE GREY COLOUR.
After receipt there was defect and replaced again, but still was not functioning properly. Complain was sent to dealer, but they had not responded properly. Meanwhile, I had shifted from Chennai to Kolkata during March 2008.
Now there is a problem in Locker and also closing system.

I get AMC for My Washing Machine Dt.3.2.2017 for 2 years. after some days ago my machine give problem I complain the service centre. Engineer come at my home and repair the machine but next day come again same problem then i call the engineer he call me i am coming next day but not coming i call many time but reply same last i call the manager the manager called me the problem is big. I give u refund your AMC charges. then after you call for service. But till date no any refund or service so kindly see the matter. my application no.2056379 Dt.3.2.2017. I had purchased godrej refrigerator model no GFE25SMGN on 7 october 2012. My complain is from last night it not working well. The cooling system may be fail. Due to which anything in fridge not cooling. I tried so many times customer care but call not done. Compressor guarantee is 5 years. Please help or send any technicuan to help me out or repair that fridge.

I am residing at 162 shastri Nagar and i have one godrej washing machine. From here begin my sad and highly bitter experience with the godrej company. The service is rendered through their service associate. Brall electronic at shastri Nagar. First the complaint arose with the wash tub motor driver which was changed and now begin the extremely bad part of the ordeal the service guy was told that the wash tub was not working properly which we were told later has been corrected. Within a few days during usage the driver suddenly came off at full speed resulting in the spin driver getting damaged and also damaging the wash tub as a result of which we had to shell out money for wash tub and were told that spin driver would b replaced soon but it never came and when i registered an online complaint after approximately one month the s driver was changed the same day no one was willing to take the point that it was because of poor service that the spin driver came off. Now within a week of spin driver being replaced the spin driver motor has developed snag.now what do we infer that when.we get our job done through godrej authorised service centre they deliberately do the service in a fashion that the other part develops snag in a few days. The amount of money we have spent in a few days is sufficient to buy a new washing machine if we add a few more rupees.WHAT I WANT NOW, IS FREE REPLACEMENT OF MY SPIN DRIVER MOTOR FAILING WHICH I MAY B FORCED TO GO TO CONSUMERS COURT AND ALSO I WILL MAKE SURE THAT NOBODY FROM OUR IMMEDIATE FAMILY BUYS A GODREJ PRODUCT AS ALSO MY FRIEND FRATERNITY SO I[censored] WANT ME TO CONTINUE STAY PUT AS A LOYAL GODREJ CONSUMER RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT IMMEDIATELY

This is Lakshmi here. Your services are just pathetic. I have taken an AC ON 16 of March 2017. It's not working from the day 1. It's been so many times I have been calling to your CC. didn't receive any help. Make it ASAP. Otherwise will be filing a claim on you at consumer court.. Really fed up with your services.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to let you know that "Servotax Services" which is an Authorized Service Center in Sec - 60 Noida for Godrej is providing pathetic service to their customers. They don't have manner to talk with the customer.

Today I went there with my Voltz G500 VDS stabilizer which was not functioning properly. The employee there told me that Godrej don't provide any service for stabilizer after warranty. I should take my stabilizer to some local technician.

After some arguments he said we will try fixing it. I am really surprised if Godrej authorized service center can't fix my stabilizer then who can?

After such experience I will never suggest any of my friends, relative or known to buy Godrej appliances. I my self was planning to by a Godrej split AC for my room but sorry after such experience I will never go for Godrej.

For your reference I have attached the challan copy. I sure they will not fix my stabilizer.

Hi Team,

I had purchased window AC in 2013 and also paid AMC charges for 3 years warranty extended .however now my ac had gas filling issue and complaint at customer care hence Servotex employees come took at their service center .

Today I got a call from them and told, me that their is issue with leakage of AC and demanding to pay 4500.00 rs ..

So told me if my AMC is not expired yet so why should I pay 4500 rs .If you are not resolving this then I am going consumer court for matter sort out

I have made an telephonic complain for the servicing of my washing machine on 19/12/2016. A technical person from Godrej Service center Varanasi have visited on 21/12/2016. He identify the problem and told to replace the wire harness of the machine and provide me a cash memo of Rs. 344.

After this i have not get any response from the service center they also not receive my telephone.

i want to get repair the machine .

I have purchased washing machine of godrej from reliance digital on 15.08.2016

Within 6 months time period i found technical problem in it

I called godrej customer care and lodged complain about product

Later technician has visited my home and said that this is purchased from reliance digital and hence godrej will not entertain it. Pls ask Reliance digital to resolve it

I have lodged complain to reliance also but it is also not resolved till date saying they r not getting required parts from godrej

MY QUESTION IS THAT WHY GODREJ IS NOT COMMUNICATING TO CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THAT THEY WILL NOT PROVIDE SERVICE FOR SUCH PURCHASE. THIS SEEMS CHEATING FROM COMPANY THAT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THEY R SAYING FOR WARRANTY AND SERVICE BENEFITS. BUT WHEN THERE IS ANY ISSUE THEN COMPANY IS TAKING AWAY HANDS.

This is pending since last 7-8 days and nobody is taking care of complain

Hi,

I called Godrej customer care at [protected]. A person called Sachin answered the phone.
He was extremely rude. He didnot listen or he pretended not to listen. He kept asking me questions without even listening to the issue. He asked me to repeat my name. He was extremely rude when I was trying to speak.
I dont even know if he is the real customer service guy or somebody is playing prank under the Godrej helpline brandname.
This was the most pathetic experience I ever had. If Godrej is hiring such people I wonder what is happening.

Sir I have purchased Godrej refrigerator 18 June 2016 but next day after installation my fridge was not cooling so I complained to shopkeeper he said that technician will fix the problem and problem was fixed I thought that may be this would be a normal problem. But after some time again same problem came so I again complained to godrej and shopkeeper both and asked for replacement but they just made repair and assured that problem will not come again and it is just minor problem but till now many times same problem appeared and this time again I complained on 15 feb 2017 technician of godrej named Rajkumar arrived and without making repair he went by assuring that he will return and repair it but he closed the complaint without notifying me and without any repair l. Meanwhile this I mailed to godrej for repair and described the problem but they replied me and showed me that I am satisfied and repair is done .After this I replied them and told that still no repair is made and I have not shared the satisfaction code then on 17 th again new complain was registered but no one came for repair but instead they called from different number and forced to give that satisfaction code. Even today sometimes refrigerator cools and sometimes not it is just a box of godrej sold to me instead of refrigerator. I complained on few news channel online forum but when I didn't got any response I approached this portal. May be I can get defect free Refrigerator in replacement because I have paid full for new and defects free Refrigerator.

My new freeze 290 liters double door bought form Vijay sales just 4 month, suddenly today it is not working i called Vijay sales they say call Godrej customer care i do last 4 hour, try to send online request there also they have sent OTP number to go next menu but last 1 hour trying my mobile number [protected] it never came even one OTP.

i would i trust Godrej company for any product which is not working and i could not register even complain to solved it is not long.

We have purchase refrigerator on 24th apr;2016 since the date of purchase we have made 5 complaints about defected refrigerator piece. Compl details are as follows.

Now we ask company to replace the refrigerator;but they deny and said there is no any major fault; and also charge the fees.

I had purchased a Godrej Eon double doir refrigerator in the year 2010. Without fail every year in summer the fridge breaks down. And we have to contact your customer care. And after a wait of about 2 days your technician.come and repair. We had to take extended warranty every time, every year. And this year without fail again the fridge has broken down. Im really end of my patience. Much as I had trust in your products, does this say much of the quality of your products. Not to say about the spoilt goods we had to tthrow away.

I have bought godrej single door refrigerator on 2010, which is having a warranty of ten years. The door started rusting and it increases in other parts of refrigirator also. i make a complain but no further action is taken by the company.

My machine suddenly went through a problem, on calling the authorised service center of Godrej, my machine gets serviced where a part is changed for which I have paid the asked amount as my machine wasn't in warranty. After 4 days my machine goes through the same problem, and on being serviced by the mechanic from the authorised service center (ASC) another part gets changed and I'm charged on it again . Yet again within a weeks time the problem arises and the ASC repeats the same story . Thats when as per the company claims a Senior technician comes in to visit and asks me to change another part which will cost me another Rs 4000/- approx. In total I have already paid Rs 4000/-, and now they asking for Rs 4000/- to replace other part that too with no assurance . in total an expenditure of Rs 8000/- is coming up which I would be half the amount of a new machine .On top of this amount every visit I am charged a Visiting Charge amount which is just another expenditure as my machine just doesn't get repaired . On speaking to the authority of Godrej Complain Center Mr. Neelkanth and telling him that we would complain about this in the consumer court, he in return asks us to go ahead and file a complain . Later we get a call from Mr. Subrata SenGupta senior of Mr. Neelkanth asking us why are we wanting to complain in the consumer forum as he is present to resolve issues on behalf of godrej and asking us to purchase another machine from a retailer or his suggested retail store VIJAY SALES and he shall provide us a discount of over and above of what we getting from the store. On visiting the store to purchase another machine we get to know that an amount of Rs.1250/- shall be deducted from the total bill. Thats the amount offered to us as a further discount .

I am writing to escalate the matter of fraudulent attempt with us on the subjected complaint number raised on 29/01/17
The Engineer visited our home and inspected the Microwave. After careful inspection he suggested that the Magnetron (used for heating) will be replaced as the existing one is not working. The suggested part was not handy with the technician so we asked him to bring it the next day for replacement.
Next day I received a call from the service center that Magnetron will cost me Rs. 2150 and that will come loose, without godrej packing. This is something which was not acceptable for me and I was not ready for this deal and denied replacement of the part without packing.
Another day passed and surprisingly I received another call from the same number that the part is available in Godrej packing.
when the technician got the part, it was a Magnetron from a different company (Galanz) forcefully packed in a Godrej box.
I have the pictures of the box and the Magnetron.
Please stop fooling the customers with such attempts and deliver the service which you are supposed to deliver.

Hi,
I had purchased a Godrej Fully Automatic washing machine on 15/11/2015. from Jan 2016, its intake valve has gone faulty 5-6 time & this has been the only problem with the washing machine, but very frequently. I am afraid that after the warranty gets over I will have to pay for a part that is going faulty because of the faulty product.
So I request Godrej to resolve this issue on permanent basis.
