[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — change of gasket | |
My name is Kamini Barua. I have purchased a refrigerator RT EON 350 P 3.4 silver 20.07.2017 from m/s Electronic city A unit of Shaloo Sales corporation, D-77 Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110017. After installation on 20.7.2017 a authorized person from your company came on 23/07/2017 for demo and he found that Gas Ket of the refrigerator is not working properly. He after taking photo of the same sent to the concern department of your company as said by him and also stated Gas Ket would be changed within 15 days, I have also lodged complaint to your company on 24/7/2017 for change of gasket. Thereafter I contacted shri Rakesh Godrej, Siddharth and Shri Dheeraj the concern persons of the company several times for gasket but all in vain. They only gave new date for visit of representative for change of gasket. Complaint No is 167725. It is regretted that no action has been taken in this regard.
