Godrej Appliances — Complaint about a faulty refrigerator | |
I have bought a godrej eon convertible refrigerator in Feb'21. Since I bought it there are issues. It's freezer doesn't makes ice but the lower portion has lot of ice which destroys freshness of vegetables and even I'm milk we find ice. I have made almost 7 complaints. Every time a mechanic or an engineer visit they do something and assure that it will be fine but nothing happens. They adjusted gasket, sensors, temperature, fan setting but it's becoming worser. It seems a total wastage of my hard earned money. Even when I contacted an area manager he said we will send a senior engineer or a trainer but no one has yet come. I believe they are just waiting for the warranty to be over. The last engineer assured that they will replace it on 2 occassions but no one does it. I believe I was mis sold the faulty product. Some of my complaint reference numbers are D[protected], D[protected], D[protected], D[protected]. These complaints were closed from your end without being resolved. I feel I am being harrassed and penalized for buying your product. It may force me to complain it to consumer court if no resolution is provided.
