Godrej Appliances — complaint against misbehaviour of technician. | |||
The technician, named chajjan sonu saini (Mob.+[protected], you appointed to us is behaving rudely and his colleague too. They dont even have a any sense how to talk and behave to customer. They dont even know that they are not giving us free service, this is for what co. Has charged us initially. They think on their own, by sitting in the ac office and misleading their companies name and fame, that they are doing 'ehsaan' (What the word they used in between conversation) on us by giving service. He denied for providing service and also threatened us to uproot these acs and carry it away with themselves. Is this companies motto to talk to their customer at the time of service after selling any product in such a harsh way.? I have purchased 10 ac of godrej in one time for home purpose. Did i made any mistake by puchasing these acs from you? I have invoice bill, warranty card of acs being purchased in may 2019. Now tell me what should i do. I am professionally an advocate, now you tell me where should i approach. Why co. Is hiring and nurturing such a ridiculous persons to deal with customers?? In a hope that company will make an fare decision to suspend such kind of person from co.in the interest of justice and to maintain the dignity and goodwill of company.
