Receipt number: 17971 No. F: 91060. Hello, I am professor rk panda, dean r&d, iit bhubaneswar. I purchased goods worth rs 1.34 lacs from the godrej store in kalpana chak area, bhubaneswar. Out of the purchased items, the wardrobe and sofa are defective and despite repeated complaints over the last several months (I have visited the store 3 times, and have personally intimated the store manager amitabh samantray several times over the phone) and multiple assurances from the store, no one has come to my home to fix the defected products. I have been a loyal gudrej customer for several years but i am so disgusted at the store manager's utter disdain for consumer satisfaction, that i have decided never to buy godrej products again. I request you to escalate this issue to the highest authority possible and ensure a speedy redressal to the complaint, saving me of months of mental trauma. My phone number is [protected].
