[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — F[protected], Fraud Attempt by Godrej Customer Service | |||
I am writing to escalate the matter of fraudulent attempt with us on the subjected complaint number raised on 29/01/17 The Engineer visited our home and inspected the Microwave. After careful inspection he suggested that the Magnetron (used for heating) will be replaced as the existing one is not working. The suggested part was not handy with the technician so we asked him to bring it the next day for replacement. Next day I received a call from the service center that Magnetron will cost me Rs. 2150 and that will come loose, without godrej packing. This is something which was not acceptable for me and I was not ready for this deal and denied replacement of the part without packing. Another day passed and surprisingly I received another call from the same number that the part is available in Godrej packing. when the technician got the part, it was a Magnetron from a different company (Galanz) forcefully packed in a Godrej box. I have the pictures of the box and the Magnetron. Please stop fooling the customers with such attempts and deliver the service which you are supposed to deliver. Was this information helpful? | |||

I got a call from Godrej representative on my complaint but after hearing different versions from Godrej customer service representatives I have lost trust in the brand itself and after sales service.
