I have purchased godrej wt 650 cf fully automatic top load washing machine in the year 2015.in the year 2018 it started giving h9 error code and i have raised a complaint in the godrej customer care, their service engineer came and inspected and informed to put a stabiliser (The moment he saw h9 issue) and same have provided by the service engineer at a cost of 2300 (Godrej stabiliser) and it started working. Stabiliser was having 1 year warranty and exactly at 1 year 1 month time frame the stabiliser stopped working. Again i raised a complaint in the service centre and service guy came and informed stabiliser went bad because of water went inside and asked me to take a new stabiliser. I have told him that, i will take a better stabiliser and took a v-guard stabiliser (Rs.3000) which is built for washing machine same as godrej stabiliser specification. When i connected to washing machine with v-guard stabiliser it is not working again. When i called back to godrej team, they are asking me to take only godrej stabiliser to resolve this problem. Even, godrej company executive came from bangalore and checked and telling to buy only godrej stabiliser (Which is not even available in the market). My complaint is, first of all i have never seen anybody using a stabiliser for the washing machine. Second, why i should buy only godrej stabiliser and washing machine is not working for any other stabiliser with similar specification? I am paying yearly roughly around 2-3 thousand rupees for maintaining this washing machine. Was this information helpful? | |||
