Godrej Appliances — I was sold a faulty Godrej microwave oven

I bought a Godrej fridge and a microwave oven on[protected] from Southern Agencies, Gopalapatnam. When the technician came to demonstrate the oven, a lot of smoke came out of the oven with a wire burning smell. The technician told me to return it. I did and they acknowledged to get it repaired or replaced. I called them many times and went to the shop and inquired but both were not done till date. I cant take it any more. It has been almost two months and now I just want my money back. My number is [protected] and the agency's number [protected].
