[Resolved]  Godrej Appliances — Invoice not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I humbly request to respected senior service manager, Board of Directors to read my concern carefully, On 26.05.2025, I emailed you regarding my complaint (Previous email attached as Attachment No. 1), and within an hour, I received a call from Mr. Saud Hussain (Mob. No. [protected]), representing Godrej. I informed him that I had already raised my concern regarding the invoice and refrigerator cooling issue through the following numbers:

1. Mobile No. [protected] – This number belongs to the Accounts Department of Godrej Bareilly. It was provided to me by the Toll-Free customer care on 18.05.2025. (Call log screenshot attached as Attachment No. 2)

2. Mobile No. [protected] – I received a call from this number on 19.05.2025, and I reiterated my concern. (Call log screenshot attached as Attachment No. 3)

3. Mobile No. [protected] – This number belongs to a technician who filled gas in my refrigerator. (Call log screenshot attached as Attachment No. 4)

Despite this, Mr. Saud Hussain refused to acknowledge the fault on the company's part. He instead blamed my mobile device or SIM card for the issue, claiming that I may have deleted the invoice message. Mr. Saud Hussain still refuses to acknowledge that the invoice was not issued. For your reference, I am attaching the recording of our conversation (Attachment No. 5), along with the message I received from Godrej (Attachment No. 6).

On 26.05.2025, another technician visited to inspect my refrigerator and informed me that three components – the Timer, Heater, and Bimetal – needed replacement. He charged me Rs. 1232 for these parts. At that point, I felt like my refrigerator was being treated experimentally.

Till date, I have paid a total of Rs. 3282/- to the Godrej Bareilly Service Center for repairs, as detailed below:

1. Rs. 550/- as a visiting charge paid to Mr. Arya Kashyap on 15.05.2025

2. Rs. 1600/- for gas filling paid to Mr. Rizwan Khan on 16.05.2025

3. Rs. 1232/- for Timer, Heater, and Bimetal paid to Mr. Akram Merzu on 26.05.2025

However, I have not received any invoice for any of these payments. When I called the number [protected] on 26.05.2025 to request the invoices, my calls went unanswered.

Additionally, I am attaching a copy of the job sheet from 26.05.2025, where the customer satisfaction column was left blank, and my signature was taken without explanation. When I inquired, the technician responded that they would fill it themselves. I regret signing it, but I have documented the sheet with a photograph to report what is happening at the Godrej Bareilly Service Center (Picture is attached as Attachment No. 7 & 8)

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by the Bareilly Service Center. I humbly request senior management and the Board of Directors to review my concerns seriously, take appropriate action against the Bareilly branch, and assign a competent representative to resolve my issue.

Please also arrange to provide me with all pending invoices for the payments I have made.
