Dear Sir/Madam,
I raised a service request for my refrigerator (no cooling issue) on 14th May 2025. Your technician visited on 15th May and, after several discussions with his senior, informed me that the issue was related to gas leakage. He collected Rs. 550 as a visiting charge and told me that another technician would come the next day for gas filling.
The next day, another technician came and completed the gas filling, for which he charged Rs. 1600. When I asked him about the invoices for both the service charge and gas filling, he assured me that they would be sent to my WhatsApp by the end of the day. However, I have not received any invoices yet.
Besides this, even after refilling the gas, the refrigerator is still not working. I contacted the technician who did the refilling, Mr. Rizwan Khan, but he keeps postponing the visit, saying "I'll come tomorrow" every time. The refrigerator is still non-functional, and I haven't even received the invoice yet. This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poorly on the service provided by Godrej.
