Ac purchased on 15 April 23 via Amazon and on 15 July 23 ac stopped working with error code F9. We called many times to service center but didn't find any fruitful response. This is very painful and annoying with this type of service. This shows company has delivered bad stuff.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to repair or replace this....

I had purchased a fridge on 18th October, 2017.

Now it's compressor got failed and need to be replaced for which I need duplicate copy of the bill.

We purchased an Air Conditioner from Godrej a few days ago and it got delivered today and the installation process was also done on the same day itself. I need a duplicate urgently...

I had lodged a complaint on telephonic customer care helpline on 16 April (L[protected]) for replacement of broken vegetable compartment cover in my Godrej Eon Twin door refrigerator. The next day I got a visit from sevice engineer to whom I paid 550/- and obtained receipt of the same. Service engineer informed that the part should arrive in 10-14 days time. On 11 May I received a message that my service request had been closed due to non-payment...
