    Hi Sir/Madam,
    I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a Godrej 1.5 Ton Split Inverter AC (3 Star) that I recently purchased from Vijay Sales, Vikas Marg, Delhi – 110092 on 11th April 2025. The unit was installed at my residence on 14th April 2025.
    Unfortunately, the AC unit is faulty from the start — the compressor is not working. A Godrej technician who visited on 18th April confirmed that the compressor is defective and recommended a complete replacement of the unit. He also mentioned that only Vijay Sales can issue a new unit and the current one must be dismantled first.
    Since then, we have been trying to coordinate the dismantling, but the technician who installed the unit is now not responding to our calls. Neither Godrej nor Vijay Sales has provided any concrete support, and we are left completely helpless. This is causing tremendous mental stress, especially after having paid in full for a brand new product that turned out to be defective.
    I hope this matter is resolved urgently and amicably. Kindly treat this as urgent and respond as soon as possible.

      I actually called customer care of Godrej to ask how to fix my ac remote which was stuck in test mode...but no one actually knew English or Hindi or kannada...the representative told me in English that he dosent understand English he can only speak in Telugu...they were transferring my calls again and again they made me Waite for 2 hrs and they used to cut the call no one actually asked which model was my AC unit and what I needed to resolve...

      My Dishwasher out of order Complaint booked by 26th Feb 2025 they closed it by 1st April 2025 but problem not solved during this technicians and company officed visited even technician changed 2 no of spare parts one Inlet valve and One PCB. Even i have send mails to smart care but did not get a single reply except automated mail that they received mine. When ever they were unable to solve the issue under extended warranty their officer blaming for hard water even not giving any answer what for 2 times changed PCB if there no manufacturing defects where PCB last more than 20 years plus. I am useing other appliances too like washing machine, ac, fridge, microwave, ro uv based water purifier. So i claimed machine replacement because this machine giving trouble from 4 times braked down but to avoid this blaming me and now their service centre not co operating properly not giving any proper answer.

      I[censored]nder Extended warranty customer will not get any proper service then what for advertising for extended warranty. Is it only for show off where not going to solve the problem.

      I just need proper feedback through official mail as a consumer its my right to ask you when ever i paid for it not gifting me anything.

      If you cannot solve the issue you should refund extended warranty cost yourself which i paid to Godrej directly by transfering mony.

      Godrej authorised service centre KN3 - 3HX000048 - M/S ROY SERVICE not solving my Dishwasher problem even not getting any proper answer from their end i have asked so many times but no written feed back through mail. My dishwasher under extended warranty but no servicing other side Godrej company insist for extended warranty. what does it mean if after purchasing extended warranty their no servicing.

        We purchased a godrej eon washing machine (7.5 kg topload) 3 years ago. From the time of purchase we had been facing issues of drum balancing and banging sounds. During the warranty period we registered complaint a couple of times but the service executive who came said that it's due to low water pressure. Since we had no technical knowledge of such matters we believed him. Since the water speed was normal and we had nothing more to do about the issue we continued using it as it was. After the warranty period it developed more severe noise and spinning issues. We got the help of a local repairmen who inspected and said that the problem was a of part inside. We got multiple repaimen to inspect and they all pointed to the same issue. So we realised that the problem was never about the water pressure or speed. We should have insisted on the problem being fixed during the warranty period itself. Now it will take nearly half the original price of the washing machine to fix it. Though we decided to do it the repairman who tried to acquire the spare part from the company did not receive it either. We are at a point where we have to buy a new washing machine after using this only for 3 years.
        I would like to know what can be done about this.

              Service request has been booked on 25th July 2024 for an Air Conditioner brought on 2022. As there was an issue with the motherboard, the initial response cost was Rs. 650 which is a mandatory payment by the Godrej charges officially. And added on with a spare change costed Rs.350 along with the motherboard warranty claim with took 2 workings days. Later they issue was not with the motherboard, they examined and provided feedback on the AC outdoor motor with additional 2 working days and provided to take an Extended Warranty which could be helpful which costed around Rs. 6800. Still the issue was not resolved and the technician escalated to the Senior technician who later started blaming the previous technician provided the wrong connection causing the short circuit.

              Now it has been Day 11, still no one is answering the call and even the customer care team is not even having service logs of what have they tracked so far and doesn't even know the operating timings of the respective warehouse and the service center details they have assigned.

                This is regarding the rude and disrespectful behavior of one of your Service Engineers at your Smart Care service center in Cuttack, Odisha. His name is Mr. Khan.

                First of all, your products are good, but your after-sales service is very poor, especially the behavior of your service center staff, which is highly unprofessional. I registered a complaint about my refrigerator on July 7th because the fan was not working, and it was not getting cooled in the main compartment. The next day, on July 8th, Mr. Khan came to check the issue.

                Before checking the issue, he demanded a service charge of 550 rupees. After paying the charge, he checked the fridge and told us everything was okay. He did something and said he had restarted the system and that the fridge would work after 2 hours. However, the fan was still not working. When asked about it, he rudely told us that he is an engineer and knows more than us. He then took the OTP from my father and closed the ticket.

                I was not aware of any of this as I was not at home. After 2 hours, the issue persisted, and the fan was still not working. Upon contacting the office again, the service center sent Mr. Khan the next day, on July 9th. He came and directly changed the fan. I was at home this time and asked him why the fan kept failing, as we had already changed the fan 3 months ago at the service center. He rudely replied, "How would I know? It is working now, " and literally said, "Show me proof or receipt."

                Is this the way your so-called professionals are trained? After confronting him about his behavior, he misbehaved and rudely asked for 1200 rupees for the fan, created another ticket, took the OTP, and left. Is this how you interact with your customers?

                My refrigerator is just 5 years old. I would be happy to sell it and buy a refrigerator from another brand if this is the way you provide after-sales service.

                I don’t need any sort of apologies. But your team must take this feedback positively and get in touch with the Cuttack, Odisha service center management along with your engineer Mr. Khan.

                It's not always about the service; behavior and professionalism also matter a lot. My original service request number was W[protected].

                It doesn’t matter how good your product is if your after-sales service will be like this.

                    Worst air conditioner

                    I bought an AC last year, since then I have been calling the customer service and telling them the ac is not working properly. Tried numerous times even though technician visited but they said they can't do anything because I stayed at the top floor which I confirmed at the time of purchasing. Nobody is helping me nobody is listening to me. I got stuck with the pathetic AC. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GODREJ THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING....

                    Purchased Godrej Qube(Chotta Cool) from Amazon on 30-May-2023. Unfortunately it was not working from 2-April-2024 same day i have raised complaint to godrej customer. Home service has been offered for initial inspection they said like internal spare failure has to replace it and took they around 20+ days to replace the spare even after that it was not working as expected means cooling temperature is not expected for the product ideally 8-10 degree it should achieve But it only working temperature 23.5. I have reached godrej customer care raised multiple complaints from May1st week to till now No one cares. I have attached Warranty & Invoice for refference. Appreciate your help on this. Thank You!

                      godrej ac - amc - not working for 40 days in summer - multiple tickets-unskilled technician

                      I bought an air conditioner in 2023. This time I got it serviced; however, it still was not cooling properly. After multiple complaints, the service center informed me that it requires a replacement as both the external as well as internal units have leakage. Post that, I have filed complaint for the same issue multiple times (on 4 Apr and 30 Apr). Till date, it has not been resolved. The complaint is pending for almost a month now. I have tried calling the service center in vain. I have called customer care center; the executives have not been able to resolve the issue. Finally, after much effort, when I was able to talk to a senior customer care executive, it was informed that the model size is not available and that is why the delay is there.
                      As a customer, I am really disappointed in the customer support provided by Godrej.

                        I have purchased an AC which was delivered to me on 15 th April 2024.
                        I was told that I would receive a call from the technical team of godrej for the installation but it's been two days and they have not called yet. I call the customer service every day more than five times but all they say is they have escalated the matter and asked me to wait for another day. I was also given the supervisor and the manager number but when I called them I was told that it will take a week or two to get it installed. I don't know what to do now. It's really pathetic to customer service.

                            I am writing to you with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal post-sales service experience I have encountered with Godrej appliances. My ordeal began when I purchased a Godrej Air Conditioner online via the Flipkart platform in February '23. Despite timely installation on 27th February '23, my subsequent interactions with the service center have been nothing short of a nightmare.On 19th February '24, I attempted to register a second pending free servicing, which was summarily declined by the service center, citing the end of the warranty period. Despite the AC still being under warranty, my attempts to rectify this issue were met with evasion and unresponsiveness. Upon visiting the service center on 23rd March '24, I was shocked to discover that my details were not updated in their records, despite providing the necessary documentation.Following multiple futile attempts to resolve the matter through conventional channels, I escalated my complaint via Godrej Appliance's Twitter handle. While this eventually garnered attention, the subsequent delay of three days in service only exacerbated the situation. To my dismay, during the servicing, it was revealed that the external unit had been improperly installed, resulting in over 50% gas leakage. This negligence, compounded by the oversight during the initial servicing in September '23, reflects a glaring lack of professionalism and competence on the part of the service provider, Expert Aircon Services.Furthermore, despite my persistent efforts to seek redress, I have been met with indifference, rudeness, and blame-shifting from Godrej Appliance's representatives. The recent interaction with Mr. Ganesh Jaiswal, the area InCharge, was particularly distressing, as he callously dismissed my concerns and attempted to deflect responsibility onto me, the customer.It is abundantly clear that Godrej Appliances has failed in its duty to provide adequate post-sales support and uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service. Their refusal to acknowledge their role in the deteriorating condition of my AC and their insistence on charging me for rectifying their own mistakes is utterly unacceptable.I implore you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation and ensure that I am afforded the justice and resolution I rightfully deserve. It is imperative that Godrej Appliances be held accountable for their gross negligence and the immense inconvenience and frustration they have caused me.

                            I have all the documents and all the proofs which shows that Godrej appliances is penalizing me for their mistake and not ready to cooperate in resolving the issue.

                              I have opted for AMC for Godrej Washing Machine; The AMC was done for a period of 3 Years starting from 30/01/2022 till 29/01/2025. I was getting services till Jan 2024, but suddenly Godrej Service Center is denying to provide Services in the Month of April 2024. While I informed them several times about my running contract, but they are reluctant on their words.
                              Request the Consumer Compliant department to take necessary action in the interest of common people.
