I am writing to you with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal post-sales service experience I have encountered with Godrej appliances. My ordeal began when I purchased a Godrej Air Conditioner online via the Flipkart platform in February '23. Despite timely installation on 27th February '23, my subsequent interactions with the service center have been nothing short of a nightmare.On 19th February '24, I attempted to register a second pending free servicing, which was summarily declined by the service center, citing the end of the warranty period. Despite the AC still being under warranty, my attempts to rectify this issue were met with evasion and unresponsiveness. Upon visiting the service center on 23rd March '24, I was shocked to discover that my details were not updated in their records, despite providing the necessary documentation.Following multiple futile attempts to resolve the matter through conventional channels, I escalated my complaint via Godrej Appliance's Twitter handle. While this eventually garnered attention, the subsequent delay of three days in service only exacerbated the situation. To my dismay, during the servicing, it was revealed that the external unit had been improperly installed, resulting in over 50% gas leakage. This negligence, compounded by the oversight during the initial servicing in September '23, reflects a glaring lack of professionalism and competence on the part of the service provider, Expert Aircon Services.Furthermore, despite my persistent efforts to seek redress, I have been met with indifference, rudeness, and blame-shifting from Godrej Appliance's representatives. The recent interaction with Mr. Ganesh Jaiswal, the area InCharge, was particularly distressing, as he callously dismissed my concerns and attempted to deflect responsibility onto me, the customer.It is abundantly clear that Godrej Appliances has failed in its duty to provide adequate post-sales support and uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service. Their refusal to acknowledge their role in the deteriorating condition of my AC and their insistence on charging me for rectifying their own mistakes is utterly unacceptable.I implore you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation and ensure that I am afforded the justice and resolution I rightfully deserve. It is imperative that Godrej Appliances be held accountable for their gross negligence and the immense inconvenience and frustration they have caused me.
I have all the documents and all the proofs which shows that Godrej appliances is penalizing me for their mistake and not ready to cooperate in resolving the issue.
Godrej Appliances customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
