    I am writing to you with deep disappointment and frustration regarding the abysmal post-sales service experience I have encountered with Godrej appliances. My ordeal began when I purchased a Godrej Air Conditioner online via the Flipkart platform in February '23. Despite timely installation on 27th February '23, my subsequent interactions with the service center have been nothing short of a nightmare.On 19th February '24, I attempted to register a second pending free servicing, which was summarily declined by the service center, citing the end of the warranty period. Despite the AC still being under warranty, my attempts to rectify this issue were met with evasion and unresponsiveness. Upon visiting the service center on 23rd March '24, I was shocked to discover that my details were not updated in their records, despite providing the necessary documentation.Following multiple futile attempts to resolve the matter through conventional channels, I escalated my complaint via Godrej Appliance's Twitter handle. While this eventually garnered attention, the subsequent delay of three days in service only exacerbated the situation. To my dismay, during the servicing, it was revealed that the external unit had been improperly installed, resulting in over 50% gas leakage. This negligence, compounded by the oversight during the initial servicing in September '23, reflects a glaring lack of professionalism and competence on the part of the service provider, Expert Aircon Services.Furthermore, despite my persistent efforts to seek redress, I have been met with indifference, rudeness, and blame-shifting from Godrej Appliance's representatives. The recent interaction with Mr. Ganesh Jaiswal, the area InCharge, was particularly distressing, as he callously dismissed my concerns and attempted to deflect responsibility onto me, the customer.It is abundantly clear that Godrej Appliances has failed in its duty to provide adequate post-sales support and uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service. Their refusal to acknowledge their role in the deteriorating condition of my AC and their insistence on charging me for rectifying their own mistakes is utterly unacceptable.I implore you to take immediate and decisive action to rectify this situation and ensure that I am afforded the justice and resolution I rightfully deserve. It is imperative that Godrej Appliances be held accountable for their gross negligence and the immense inconvenience and frustration they have caused me.

    I have all the documents and all the proofs which shows that Godrej appliances is penalizing me for their mistake and not ready to cooperate in resolving the issue.

      I have opted for AMC for Godrej Washing Machine; The AMC was done for a period of 3 Years starting from 30/01/2022 till 29/01/2025. I was getting services till Jan 2024, but suddenly Godrej Service Center is denying to provide Services in the Month of April 2024. While I informed them several times about my running contract, but they are reluctant on their words.
      Request the Consumer Compliant department to take necessary action in the interest of common people.

        I got the godrej refrigerator single door 180l fridge from flipkart which has 7 days brand replacement warranty but after booking for godrej technician visit it was confirmed that the machine was faulty but now I requested for replacement but no replacement was provided..please find the technician sheet quoting faulty machine

          I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of service provided by Om Sai Electronics Sales and Service, located at Orderly Bazar, Varanasi. My experience with this company has been nothing short of appalling, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your immediate attention.
          I entrusted my refrigerator in the month of November 2023 to this service center for repair, as the cooling system was not functioning properly. Despite assurances of prompt service, my refrigerator was unnecessarily delayed for more than three months. This prolonged delay caused significant inconvenience to my research, as we were left without a crucial appliance for an unreasonably extended period.
          Furthermore, upon receiving my refrigerator after the supposed repairs, I was shocked and dismayed to discover that the interior of the appliance had not been properly cleaned. It was evident that no effort had been made to address the cleanliness of the refrigerator, as it was left in a filthy and unsanitary condition. This lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the standards of professionalism and competence upheld by the above firm.
          It is deeply concerning that despite the lengthy delay in servicing my refrigerator, the fundamental issue of addressing the cooling system malfunction was not adequately resolved. The technicians failed to comprehend the nature of the complaint lodged, and their incompetence has only exacerbated the problem, leaving me with a refrigerator that continues to underperform.

          As a paying customer, I expected to receive efficient and effective service from this firm. However, my experience with Om Sai Electronics Sales and Service has been characterized by incompetence, negligence, and a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction.
          In light of these egregious shortcomings, I demand immediate corrective action to rectify the issues with my refrigerator, including a thorough cleaning of the interior and a comprehensive assessment and repair of the cooling system. Additionally, I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience and frustration caused by the substandard service provided by your establishment.
          Failure to address these concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner will leave me with no choice but to pursue further action, including lodging a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and seeking recourse through legal channels.
          I trust that you will take this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to resolve it expediently. I await your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

            I had registered a complaint about my Godrej AC which I bought in 2017. The complaint was registered on 31.12.2023. The technician came after four days and reported that the motor of the fan in the outdoor unit was to be replaced.
            The same was out of stock and it will take 2 weeks to get the spare from the company.

            It's nearly 3 months. The complaint is not yet rectified. It is getting hotter day by day and I regret purchasing a Godrej product with their pathetic service response.

            Remains unresolved. The complaint remained open for the last three months and no service official bothered to enquire why it was not closed. Unfortunately there is no way to connect with the Service Regional Manager. I will not go for godrej products hereafter and also advise my friends and relatives about their pathetic service, especially when there is a replacement of spare parts.

              I purchased Godrej 6.5 Kg 5 Star I-Wash Technology Fully-Automatic Top Load Washing Machine 3 months ago. Since then I have been facing lots of issues. they are as follows:
              1. Washing time takes 3 to 4 hours, its going in a loop, keep washing and rinse then go for washing.
              2. It sounds like it's going to blast.
              Last 10 years I was using whirlpool and never faced this problem. I believe its a very good product unfortunately facing this problems. I am attaching the videos and kindly have look into it and help please.

                Below complaint mail sent on 28/11/23 marked to all relevant people, is still unresolved and godrej / zopper / snahanjali executives are not responding at all. Long history of repeated CAREless behaviour:

                [protected]: godrej eon valor 291 lts 2-door refrigerator purchased from snehanjali electronics & trading pvt ltd. 4, heena gaurav heights, s.V. Road, kandivali (w). Mumbai 400067. Invoice no: 304280/kt/20-21

                [protected]: also purchased extended warranty of zopper for the product at same time for 4 years post company warranty. Serial no: 816352

                [protected]: first complaint raised as refrigerator was making loud humming sound

                [protected]: second complaint raised for fridge door gasket coming out repeatedly

                5) mid-aug’2023: same gasket issue reported - zopper tech rohit yadav visited and informed both doors damaged and would be replaced within 7 days free of cost under the extended warranty!!

                6) on 7th day from above, after follow-up with afreen from snehanjali / zopper call-centre: sajida madam called to state that if we took replacement of the doors, the extended warranty would lapse!!! we disagreed to this – sajida madam said “will speak to senior and call back”

                7) ‘till 31st august 23, no call received despite trying to connect with sajida madam mANY TIMEs – calls not picked!!! on 31st aug’23 stinker message sent to miss sajida on whatsapp but that too was totally ignored!!!

                [protected]: raised complaint on twitter to godrej appliances, whereby they replied on 7th sept’23 that zopper had informed them already my complaint was resolved!!! infurated, i sent very stringent message to sajida on wa, again totally ignored!!!

                9) same day, i.E. 7th sept’23 CONTACTed kalpesh at snehanjali, kandivali who informed mr.Richard was the branch manager and he would be back in couple of days, so to raise the complaint to him. In his absence, CUSTOMER has to suffer silently as no one else is competent enough at the store

                10) 11th sep’23 – frustrated, yet without any other option, CONTACTed mr.Richard who promised boldly to get the issue resolved – all ### as we learnt later on

                11) since then till today, multiple medium and multiple people including so called “escalation heads” raj srivastava and partha ghosh chowdhary from zopper and a persistently idiotic “lisa” from godrej appliances twitter account, and intermittent on-call fake promises by service centre head raj singh, the complaint is still not resolved completely – we had to accept half resolution as your so called “competent” staff came with one door that too without shelves and old door’s shelves do not fit the new door!!!

                12) ‘till date the door has been affixed without shelves and our old door is still kept in out home as piece of junk because we are not sure of zopper’s copetence whether the shelves when sent would fit the overall appliance or not!!!

                13) and neither raj srivastava – the so portrayed omnipotent escalation senior nor the high and mighty raj singh bother to answer calls! in fact raj singh has the audacity to reply to my wa message that since he was driving didn’t take my calls for 4 days in a row – is he service centre head or a tour driver????

                on 1st december 23 after much follow-ups and goof-ups by supervisor raj singh of jogeshwari service centre new door was delivered and fixed without shelves! old door shelves did not fit the new door and we were again promised new shelves within 7 days, 'till now no such shelves received and now no one is responding!!!

                now, we demand compensation for the suffering ordeal undergone by us for last over 4 months and thoroughly callous and CAREless behaviour of zopper, snehanjali and godrej consumer products employees and agents!!!

                we have all the proof needed to substantiate the above mentioned ordeal.

                15/12/23: Mr.Raj Srivastava from Zopper’s (The extended warranty partner of Godrej & Snehanjali) escalation team called to offer commercial settlement as the parts (worth Rs.14, 000) are not made available by Godrej Appliances. However, for settlement in lieu of the parts and foreclosure of the extended warranty, the offer paltry sum of Rs.8, 100/- because they are taking into account “depreciation @25% plus p.a.). We do not accept this as what is the logic in charging us depreciation, when we are not selling them the asset and the actual cost that we will have to anyways bear for the parts, according to their own submission, is Rs.14, 000/- Hence, the proposal defies their own logic and also flouts approved taxation standards whereby only 10% flat rate can be applied for depreciation of any such appliance, even if that was acceptable.

                KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND UPDATE ME AS EACH PASSING DAY WE SUFFER DUE TO INCOMPATIBLE PART INSTALLED!! WE NEED COMPENSATION FOR ALL THE DELAY AND TOM FOOLERY THAT HAS TRANSPIRED SO FAR LEAVING US FRUSTRATED AND SUFFERING MENTAL AS WELL AS PHYSICAL AGONY!!!

                  I purchased a double door Godrej Make Refrigerator for my domestic use from an authorized dealer of Godrej at Coimbatore in December 2022. The refrigerator was duly installed in the kitchen on the ground floor of my house by your dealer and it remains there till date. While choosing this refrigerator, your dealer vociferously claimed that this refrigerator is most efficient and trouble free.

                  It was observed that due to some defect in the gasket fitted on the door of the refrigerator, the cooling effect was badly affected leading to overconsumption of electricity. I lodged a complaint. with the Godrej's Customer Care Cell vide Service Number E[protected] during last week i.e. well within the prescribed warranty period.

                  Since there was no update or response on my complaint, I called up the Customer Care Cell again and again and finally, a technician turned up on 11.12.2023. After inspecting the defective refrigerator, he called up his office and I overheard him saying that the gasket problem may be due to defect in the door of the refrigerator.

                  Thereafter, he suggested to me to remove the gasket, wash it in boiling water and dry it in bright sunlight and reinsert it in the door and it would work perfectly well. Sensing that this suggestion is not only impractical, but also a diversionary tactic, I turned down this suggestion straightaway.

                  In view of the above, I appeal to you to arrange for immediate replacement of the defective refrigerator and put an end to my woes of paying huge electricity bill.

                    I am a customer of Godrej and the services this time Godrej had provided to me was not even expected by any single customer of the brand... Godrej is the only brand serving 1.1 billion people across world but the services are getting worse and only sales are getting increased..

                    I am a customer in Godrej and Boyce and there is a issue in the my refrigerator door which was covered under 10 years rust free warranty but while I contacted to Mr Manoj(B.S.M) of Patna, Bihar then I didn't know for what purpose he is demanding for the
                    charges from me to get it to be replaced... I am really very disappointed and even shocked but these kinds of things are not expected from such a reputed brand like Godrej... And I can't even complain to this issue to anyone even while the B.S.M is behaving like that and unwillingly I had written this thing here and to you..

                    Now, my last hope is you and I hope that you will take this issue seriously and try to resolve it as soon as possible..

                      This is Lakhan Rijhwani from Pari food products.I am a Ice cream manufacturer in Indore. I am writing this email because of non service of the 3 deep fridges (capacity- 600 litres) I purchased back in February 2023.

                      One of the 3 deep fridges stopped working on 3rd November 2023. I complained of the same and they changed the compressor after 10-12 days. After changing compressor, it's not giving proper cooling as it used to give earlier. I literally called 100 times to your service center but they're not ready to listen my problem. They're constantly saying that it takes time to get cool. No one is ready to pick the phone. When I complain on toll free, they close the complain even without visit. Such a poor service I am getting. It's literally shameful.

                      I talked one of your members named Manish Patel. He talked in such a rude way that I can't express you. He's saying that he can't do anything about it. Go and talk to the one from whom you purchased the fridges and don't call me again. He is saying your issue is not a issue for us.

                      I am facing literally severe issues as I am not able to store my stock because of lack of storage capacity as you're not providing the service.

                      Therefore I request you to take all the 3 deep fridges return and give me the money back.

                        My sister had a very bad experience with the goodrej service centre( S.S technical solution, thalassery, Kerala, PIN:670102, PH:[protected]).
                        2 months ago this service centre repaired our refrigerator on[protected], he said the sensor is damaged and he repaired sensor, fan motor, heater and was asked to pay 2500 rupees.
                        The same issue happened to cooler last week and food items inside the refregerator got damaged. When the person arrived my sister mentioned him about the food items is getting damaged, He made a joke of that mentioning if you put food for more than 5 months food will get damaged and he started shouting at my sister and father. This time he was like belt of the fridge is damaged. We told him not to repair, could some take up this issue and see what exactly is the issue.

                          I have purchased a godrej refrigerator and have been taking extended warranty from brand regularly but the brand is not bothered to provide service. I have issues with my refrigerator and have been complaining since long time but they say just technician will call but nobody is calling back. Pls get this resolved at the earliest or will take this to legal authorities as I have my extended warranty proofs.

I was purchased Godrej Refrigerator on dt:-20-April-2022 unfortunately our Refrigerator is not cooling from on dt:-30-September -2023.So I was complained to customer care executive on dt:-30/09/2023 & booked a complain & Complaint no:-W[protected].On dt:-01/10/2023 two Techinician came to house & check it they said Compressor problem & will be replace with in 2/3 days but after that no one came to solve the problem.On 08/10/2023 I was called to Customer Care executive & said your complain was closed that's really very disappointed by Godrej Customer care executive & once again I complained & Complaint no:-W[protected] on )8/10/2023.So far no one came & the supplier also avoid to solve the Godrej Refrigerator and it just was not right.                                     Did my Ac installation through Godrej in month of July.It was a very bad experience .They took many days to finish installation but at end of it they did not do it correctly.From first day itself water started falling inside the room from the indoor unit.They made assessment they faulted in ding proper installation because of which the pipe election was incorrect which made water drip inside. They gave a stop gap solution and told me to call again when the water problem comes again since 1 month the water dripping has become worse for which I have to keep a container and empty it daily . The godrej local head(Banoj samal[protected]) and the technician(Anil umar Sonu-[protected]) are not lifting my phone. This needs urgent fix Attaching the whats app message with technician on agreement to fix it.I have lost my confidence on Godrej.
                                    Hope you take care of my issue .

                                      It all started with no cooling in one fine day (previous day it was cooling well), The service center Leon Aircon representatives came and without doing any troubleshooting, they said this is an aluminum coil and it is the problem, This was scheduled to change in spite of me asking several questions that what troubleshooting you did, This was convinced "sir we have come across this several times"

                                      IF THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE, WHY GODREJ IS NOT RECALLING THE ALUMINIUM CONDENSER COILS?

                                      With no other go as a poor consumer, we waited for the coil to be changed. They changed a coil with no proper gas welding which led for leakage in the coil.

                                      Again we created a case and on 13th July Godrej changed the second condenser coil after the first one was not fitted correctly. (costed about 9800 rupees)

                                      Gas refilled and they gave 6 months warranty (ref:C[protected]) and within days we found the issue that after cutover the cooling is not happening again. We complained again,

                                      This time they said some sensor in outdoor unit was loose and fixed (Rupees 650 charged),

                                      This stuck in couple of days and again the cooling didnt happen, This time they came and removed some sleeve in the external censor and didnt charge anything.

                                      Now while am writing I had sleepless night because of faulty AC and now the am clueless whether its a problem with the Godrej Product or the Inability of the proper customer service by understanding the troubleshooting. No times, the root cause is found.

                                      Now the 9800 i spent looks unnecessary. Why should i keep spending every week with no resolution.

                                      with huge ping pongs, am literally humiliated and am ready to stop buying any Godrej product now.
