I bought an AC last year, since then I have been calling the customer service and telling them the ac is not working properly. Tried numerous times even though technician visited but they said they can't do anything because I stayed at the top floor which I confirmed at the time of purchasing. Nobody is helping me nobody is listening to me. I got stuck with the pathetic AC. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM GODREJ THEY ARE GOOD FOR NOTHING....

I'm Facing Issue with Godrej AC I'm Having AMC raised more than 7 tickets for the same issue but due to unskilled technician my issue was not resolved. Initially one technician said may be compressor or board in compressor was a problem so first they changed board in comressor which took 15 days to replacement but the technician took the CSN no but even after replacement still AC not cooling then they said Gas was not there but...

Ac purchased on 15 April 23 via Amazon and on 15 July 23 ac stopped working with error code F9. We called many times to service center but didn't find any fruitful response. This is very painful and annoying with this type of service. This shows company has delivered bad stuff.
Kindly look into this matter and arrange to repair or replace this....

Hi,

The problem what you are telling in the above mail was not told by your technical support in his first visit.
In his first visit, he thoroughly checked everything and told us that the puncher in the freezer has caused the gas leakage.
So for proper working of refrigerator, he need to replace the freezer and has to refill the gas. For both these works, he told the final price to be 3800/- which was accepted...

I have purchased a godrej eon fridge before 2 year, but in two year there are many complain about cooling, all the time it is resolved temporary. now it is compressor not working, i called your service center, but he charge 1750 after change compressor now Fridge is working but if godrej product fridge compressor is loss in 2 year so i can not suggests any one to buy this product. it is very bed product ....

We bought godrej 1.5 split ac in 2021 and they mentioned that first 2 services will be free of cost. I connected with the customer care and they said they will allign the service person for the same.

I had a word with Ramesh (service guy) next day and he connected me to Ishaan from Mehta Refrigeration, jalebi gali, mahabir chowk, narnaul, haryana. Ishaan was really rude and shouting that they will charge...

Bought a new godrej fridge for 33000, full cash paid 3 days before, after delivery they took a day time to install. Technician do not have proper equipment to install. Only was 2 minutes to install. We only did all unpacking. He was watching u tube videos. Stabilizer dint give output he said this is the start button and went off in two minutes. Handling new fridge very roughly. I have godreg edgedigi 192 l silver model refrigerator. It stops cooling now and its front panel lights are blinking i. E. Frost free mode, defrost control and turbo chill.
