[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — new a/c first service card | |||
Hi, I have raised service request on[protected] regarding my first a/c service. The godrej customer care have accepted my request but failed to fulfill on time. The service boy has attended call on last week saturday i. E. On[protected]. I got the call from customer care but asked them why such delay. After raising request you called my on after one month. I was surprised how your customer care team handles the customer. I think these guys have not aware about responsibility. My first experience with godrej is worst.
