[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Non professional technical support

We bought 3 no's godrej ac from nandilath g mart kottayam kerala. But it's noted that after fixing ac unit in my house by your technician, it's power plug length run short to reach power plug. When brought this matter to technician, i was told to get an electrician and make a joint connection. It's felt that godrej installation team is not professional and making childish statement to customers. As myself an electrical engineer and know that joint connections are not right, godrej must send a technical person to correct the issue at the earliest. My contact is [protected].

Updated by bsc0990 The Expert from Godrej visited Apartment; but a solution was given. The AC is still not provided with Electrical power even after a period of 2 months installation.
