[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — non receipt of a/c remotes

Called godrej customer care aug 10 to order 2 a/c remotes. Rep came 2 check remote, placed order, said would be delivered in 2-3 days.

Collected visit (Not requested by me, was forced upon me) charge of rs 400. Initially asked rs.800 because i asked for 2 remotes.

Haven't received remotes till date. Followed up twice. It is over 1½ months now.
