Godrej Appliances — not receive storwel legs | |||
I had purchased your product STORWEL MODEL -2, from your franchisee - godrej interior in thousand lights, chennai on 4th June 2015. On purchasing I had paid an additional 300 rs for the storwel legs. This was promised to be sent with my wardrobe on the day on delivery (6/6/15). On receiving the wardrobe, the delivery person informs me that he was not aware of the billing of the legs and as such it should have been provided to me on the day of purchase. I immediately called to the shop just to receive a very rude and irresponsible from the sales executive Ms. Ranjeetha. I was very unhappy with her response and at a loss of 300 rs. The wardrobe is very heavy and I cannot fix it by myself. I hope you take this complaint seriously and do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
