[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — pathetic service by godrej | |||
My refrigerator stopped cooling due to gas leakage technician mr shiv kr gupta mobile no. [protected] from godrej care visited and checked. He told to replace freezer and gas refilling on next day on dated[protected]... And also took rs 500 with the commitment to repair the fridge.. But next day service centre called us talked rudely with my old parents and refused to come to repair the fridge due to some nonsense issue of moisture in air... And also talked in abusive language to us like 'behes mat karo aaj nahi ho payega bas'... This sort of pathetic service was not expected at all from godrej care... I have never faced such service issues from any company... Is this the way godrej treats its customers? Was this information helpful? | |||
