[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — received damaged product | |
Greetings! This is with regards to our recent purchase of a godrej eon refrigerator. We are highly disappointed with the product received as it was a damaged one. There is a dent in main door of the refrigerator and also, there was no lamination cover over the product. The lamination coat was already removed when we received the product. We kindly request for a replacement of the product as we bought the product not to get a defective one. We are a regular customer to godrej as we use many of your electronic appliances and hoping to get complete assistance from you.
