[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — refrigerator/customer care service | |||
I bought a godrej eon refrigerator on 28/08/2016. It was not functioning. Therefore, i registered a complaint on 6th august vide call no k[protected]. The technician checked it on 7th august and pointed out that p. C. B to be changed. But till date nothing happened. From customer care centre one lady (Phone no. [protected]) informed us that there is no stock of spare parts. It will take 10 days to complete the job. Even after 10 days they failed to replace the same and i contacted mr. A. Bhattacharya (Phone no. [protected]) on 17 th august as the lady mentioned above send me the no. Through sms. He said the problem will be solved by saturday. On saturday myself and my wife tried repeatedly to contact mr. Bhattacharya as noone visited our place to solve the problem nor any one ontacted us, on the same no. But noone replied our calls. Now we feel that we have done a terrible mistake by choosong your product. I don't even expect that the problem will be solved very soon. I also don't expect that company will take any action against the staff who caused so much suffering of their customer. May i hope that necessary action will be taken immediately.
