Godrej Appliances — Regarding Faulty refrigerator and replacement | |||
I purchased Godrej Eon refrigerator on September 2020. 2 weeks from purchased i noticed an over cooling problem. The fridge compartment along with the freezer compartment was overcooling along with frosting. On contacting Godrej service centre, we had temporary resolution of the frosting issue. But intermittently we had similar issues. From December 2020 the problem started to worsen and it's been 4 months, the service centre guys show up every week and take photos and they sent them to higher authorities. We have enough proof for the faulty working of the appliance. Finally the company accepted for replacement of the fridge. Its been 3 weeks since their of vow of replacement and i didn't receive a new fridge. I contacted the customer care 3 days back and they replied that they do not have a stock of the particular refrigerator. You people boast that the model didn't receive any complaint from any one and it s a best model and yet you don't hav a single stock of that particular model. We cudnt use the refrigerator for 4 months and your service towards customers are pathetic. A higher authority was insisting after replacement of the fridge i must not be complaining again. Issuing a faulty machine and you expect the customer to stay silent while facing issues. Very pathetic response from your authorities.
