Godrej Appliances — repeated defective motor of washing machine | |||
Hello sir/madam, Its been a high time that i had to lastly write to u to solve our problem.. We had purchased godrej edge machine in march 2018 from rahul electronics in borivali east. Within one month only we had an issue with the motor, which was not expected but we thought that may be one in hundred, there can be a defected piece.. But within 6 months we again faced the motor problem.. I want you to let know that we are a joint family of 10 members and you can understand how much badly we need a washing machine.. Here we lodged the complaint with the service center hoping to get resolved within 2-3 days. But with repeated calls to the service center the technician came on the next day telling us that the motor is not working and it has to be changed.. After 4-5 days and our repeated calls the technician came and told us that the motor did not fitted properly and so it would take some more time. We accepted that but as the days passed and we didn't got any updates.. We got only one answer that the part which is needed is not available.. We are totally fed of listening the same answer again and again.. It has been 15 days and now it looks like the problem cannot be solved in near future.. This kind of treatment is not expected from a big and trustworthy company like godrej.. We are mentally tortured because of such a behaviour and response from the service center, and hence we want you to look in this matter and get our machine replaced as we cannot bear this problem again and again..
