Godrej Appliances — second free service of my window ac | |||
This is to inform you that we had purchased godrej window air conditioner on 27/04/2019, having product code 40101701sd00754 and model gwc 18dtc5-wsa from m/s sahu electronics, sector-16, rohini, delhi-110085. The same is eligible for 2 free services. First dry service was done during winters, 2019 and second service was due by 27.4.2020 which was not provided due to lockdown imposed by the government. However, we had made phonecalls to the consumer care call centre numbers in the month of april, 2020 and we were only getting automated reply that due to lockdown staff is not coming service shall be provided after the lockdown when staff joins. Now when we have lodged our service request on 4th july through mail, we were given address of a site where we can lodge service request. As we are not aware about the technicalities of logging on service request on your site and today only we have been able to log on our service request on the system and our request reference number is d[protected]. But, to our utter dismay and shock, we received a call from a representative mr ravi, phone number [protected] who informed us that since we had not logged our request in the system before the lockdown we shall have to pay for the service which should actually be free of charge. Without getting into the technicalities the fact remains that second service has not been provided due to lockdown.
