[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Split AC gas charging not done and making us roam corner to corner | |||||
Sir, Last year I purchased Godrej Split Air Conditioner dated 6th May 2016. I was regularly getting problem from my product and every time a technician has to visit. On 15th of April 2017 I started using the product again as it was getting hot. Then product was not functioning properly so I registered a complaint on to which a technician visited and said that gas charging need to be done. I have been calling the customer care service for the past 5 days and getting no response as my warranty is going to expire. They are giving me phone numbers of technicians which are not responding. If possible please replace the product with new one or compensate me with an amount of Rs 34, 000.
