[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Split ac : no cooling | |||||
I am having 1.5 ton split ac which is under extended warranty up 2019. It is having no cooling problem since last 15 days and when we lodged complaint of it on 10/06/17 (B[protected]), till now it not resolved even after 10 days. This is totally disgusting and very poor services by godrej brand. I am making followups by so many calls to the toll free number but there is no proper response so far, even the engineers don't know the exact problem of it. On 12/06/17 one engineer (Kishan kumar) came and told us about gas, and ensured that tomorrow some body else will come and top up the gas, that's it. Till to day no body has come for gas top up and to day one engineer came for checking again and told us that compressor is hang leakage problem, that is after 10 days some body is coming and telling us that compressor is leakage. This is totally unacceptable and strange that your engineers are not having proper knowledge of the problem. How you people are giving services like this. Even after today's visit no action is taken by you, the engineer told me that this machine we have to take it our service center but till now no body has picked up, this is the quality you providing in your services. It is really bad and now going worst. Totally disappointed and unsatisfied with the service of godrej brand. If my problem is not resolved by tomorrow with repairing it and all, i will escalate it to the godrej ceo & md for senior management escalation team to show them the real picture and quality of services Was this information helpful? | |||||
