[Resolved] Godrej Appliances — Unsatisfied with the service provided by service team | |
This is with reference to my request (102353) logged with godrej smartcare service team on[protected] and my issue still remains un-resolved. I had given so many reminders to '[protected]@godrej.com' but got no response and the local service team is playing with the issue. I want to describe my issue instances wise. 1. I had brought a split ac (Gsc 12 gig 5 dgog) on[protected]. After installation of the same, we are facing an issue which haven’t got resolved after 3 call logs with the toll free number ([protected]). There is tremendous sound (With variable intensity) coming from the outdoor unit. Initially, 2 times, the technician visited my place and did something with the fan assembly and the sound got minimised for a day or two, but the issue persists. I logged another complaint (3rd time) with the toll free number. I received a call after this, stating that the technician will not able to visit my place before coming saturday[protected]. My family is not able to use the ac as we are getting complaint from neighbourhood, due to sound from the outdoor unit. The salesman assured me that it is the most silent machine you have ever seen. 2 a technician visited my place on[protected] and suggest me that the outdoor unit need to reinstalled in separate location outside my building as this might resolve the noise problem (Presently, it is installed beside the balcony grill and according to him this might be the reason behind the noise). He asked me for a suitable time and i suggested anytime on[protected]Last sunday). He confirmed me that it will be done on that day. No one attended on[protected] and the situation remained as it is. 3. A technician (Mr chandan banerjee) visited my place on[protected] and taken some pictures and asked me to talk to his senior mr kajol pal. He confirmed me that the outdoor unit of my ac will be replaced in next 15 days. Hence, i am waiting for the replacement. 4. Finally today[protected], after getting no response after 22 days, i called mr. Kajol and surprising he had no update and asked me to call their office. I got a response stating that the new unit will be shipped after[protected] as the gst is getting imposed. I dont expect such kind o[censored]n-professional behavior.
