Godrej Appliances — visit charges for under warranty product | |||
Hi, I'm holding a double door refrigerator. My complaint is regarding Godrej's policy of levying 'visit charges' for under warranty products. Today I called up Godrej's customer care number[protected] to complain about my refrigerator not cooling. About a month back, I had registered a similar complaint to godrej and that time compressor of my refrigerator was replaced and I was told it has 3 months warranty. It is well under 3 months since that day, and suspecting that compressor might be at fault again due to similar problem symptoms I told the same to Mr. Raghuveer (customer care executive who registered my complaint at Godrej customer care) today and he informed me if the product is under warranty I won't have to pay for its fault again but I will have to pay 'visit charges'. My question is why should I pay anything if a godrej product is not of good quality and fails being under warranty? To me this seems unfair and I want to have an explanation about this unfair practice? I am hoping my complaint would be received in positive spirits and as a suggestion to improve customer satisfaction of brand Godrej. Best Regards, Prashant Was this information helpful? | |||
