Novel procedure being followed by the godrej franchises under amc
1. During the last three years, the concerned franchise has not undertaken ant wet service, except the dry one, which was also an eye wash. The technicians never came with the requisite tools and material to even do the dry service not to talk of wet one. Reports were lodged but it appears they have been given a very pride place in the dust bin, year after year.
Modus operandi:

B. On april 03, 2019 at 12:37 pm, another sms received, "technician-mehtab will be attending your call-d[protected] 0n 11/04/2019" point to be noted, the technician mehtab neither reported nor contacted on the specified date.
C. On april 08, 2019 at 1:16 pm, a sms received, "we are closing your godrej appliance complaint no. D[protected] as you have said that there is no problem. For help pls call [protected]. Point to be noted, i never replied in terms of the. Msg. It is their own imagination and concoction.
D. On april 16, 2019 at 9:00 pm, i booked my request for the service of my ac with the web site with otp 9029.
E. On april 16, 2019 at 9:22 pm, sms received,"dear customer thank you for giving us an opportunity t serve you, ur service call no. D[protected], for enquiry pls contact [protected]
F. On april 17, 2019 at 6:48 pm, a sms is received, "technician shahrukh khan wii be attending your call-d[protected] on 25/04/2019.
G. On april 18, 2019 at 12:35 am, another sms is received," godrej consumer, we have attended to your appliance.in case of pending work, please give a missed call within 7 days on [protected].
H. On april 19, 2019 at 11:41 a after i had spoken to the customer care services, i received a sms, "your call no. Is d[protected], secret code is 802. Share. This with technician, if completely satisfied with the service. For asst., call [protected].
