Godrej Consumer Products — fraud sales executives

I own a wholesale business in ghatkoper area i used to source airfreshner and other products from ashirwad trading vickroli who is distributor of the godrej consumer products company sales executive ramu takes my order some time when there is emergency he takes material from me give it to vendor around who has some urgent requirement in the month of may he took aer pocket from me worth apx 40, 000 and didnt pay me back on time after so many calls and follow ups and in between he had this excuse that his wife has been operated so he cant pay me now so on humanitarian ground i gave him some releaf of time as well but even after that he didnt pay me that was clear indication that he is trying to do fraud with me and didnt even send me my orders due to which i had to source some other brand and faced some looses in orders as well. I even approached distributor but he is least concerned about it. Finally i called godrej consumer products and cant believe why it is so hard to find a person in a company who looks after complaints about their distributors so finally i am choosing this platform to put up my complain and hope this can open their eyes to their sales executive who is damaging brand value of the company.
