I had purchased a godrej split ac model no. Gsc 18 fgw 5 wog grbal 1.5t 5*, keeping in mind godrej is a renowned company and being india based company there will be less issues on after sales. We had also purchased a 4 year extended service protection from godrej - [protected].

I had complained on 27th july 2017 and 08th july 2017 of the ongoing issue of a/c not working properly. The complaint was attended to and i was told it is because of the gas problem which according to the engineer fixed and there shouldn't be a problem.

However as i have mentioned in my com plaint earlier also the problem is always fixed for a week or two, then again the same problem occurs and it has happened again.

Again a/c has the problem of ice on condenser and now the water has also started dripping from the a/c as happens from a tap.

I had addressed earlier also i have been facing this problem since april 2017.

I am again highlighting the issue which has been going on and on.

I request you to look into the same. As i feel harassed because my family cannot sleep soundly due to this problem.
