I bought a Grove Queen Size bed from Godrej Interio, Mall Road, Kanpur through salesman RUPESH on 6th Nov'20 which got delivered to us on 10th Nov'20 and was installed on 11th Nov'20.

I had finalized the bed after looking at the catalogue and also on the Godrej Interio website as the bed was not in display in the showroom.

But the bed delivered to us did not match...

My registered mobile No. with you is [protected]. I have purchased a wedding set from your Madhyamgram Showroom on January 2021. But a door of the almirah was defective from beginning. Order has been placed for changing by your fittings dept. Sorry to inform you that till date it is being lying pending with you. By this time I have made contact with Madhyamgram Showroom over phone but no result. Please look into.

I bought a Godrej Almirah from Godrej interio showroom Borivali West Mumbai on 27/03/21 the delivery was made on 2/04/21 and installation was committed on 3/04/21. On 03/04 /21 I took a day leave from my Office for this purpose, as I am staying alone. Morning 10 I got a msg that technician will be visiting today .. after sometime a call also came for confirming my availability which I responded positively...but after that inspite of calling...

I have buyed Godrej Almirah Product from Godrej Interio 11 Biren Ray Road Behala Chowrasta Kolkata 700008. Invoice No BC/1475/20-21 dated 20 March 2021 Product delivered on 23th March and for installation they have arrieved 29 th march i, e respond time is 144 hours.Now the reason provided by Service guy that is it is not within their area hence it took time. I am wondered with their reason. Then why godrej did not mapped my address on google...

Why do you separately charge customers for visiting his/her place to see the problem/issue? This is a kind of cheating the customers. This charge should adjust with service/technician charge. No other companies are doing this. You are taking money without giving any service to us....

Sir shoe cabinet is moving and itss foam is gone so thin...

I have purchased Godrej 3 Seater Nebula Sofa just a one year back, but the Foot of the Sofa got Broken within just a Year.

I have never ever such a worst quality product from Godrej Interio Priduct .

I want a replacement of this product....

Dear Sir,

I have purchased 2 Nos of chairs from your showroom.
Of these, one of the chairs is giving problems with regards to the forward and backward movement.
Also, the seat of this chair looks a little bulged.
Kindly arrange to depute an engineer to address this concern.

This is to inform you that, I have purchased a Kalista Wardrobe from Godrej Interio showroom in Thakurpukur Joka on 02/10/2020. After the delivery and fitment was done, the door on the right hand side was found defective i.e. the door doesn't close properly.
The complaint was raised by me, and the technician assigned on the case came on 22/12/2020 and took a look at the door and told it needs to be replaced. The paper work was done...

The cost indicated is exhaubarantly extremely high. Even though you use good quality items the cost is tremendous around 6L.
The civil cost itself amount to 94000+...

All these are not in budget range of middle class family.

Is Godrej inertio REALLY WANT TO GROW IN THIS SEGMENT OR THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH PRICING STRUCTURE....

I had purchased three seater recliner sofa three year ago from Ashoka steel Amritsar . In just span of three years the leather had started to tear off, that to of brand like a Godrej brand.Please suggests further thanks....

The fridge was bought on 31/03/2015 from Vijay Sales...

The bed was installed today see attached advice but the lights on both sides are missing. The product being new launch the installer doesn't know about it.

Can you raise a complaint and get the lights delivered and I stalled at the earliest....

I bought a 2 + 3 olive recliner from Godrej interior, Vashi on 29/12/2020. The product delivery was late than the committed time but we were patient to wait for our product.

When the product arrived on 19th Feb 2021, the Center seat of the 3 seater recliner was broken, which we told the technician who came to essemble it. There was a sketch pen mark on the 2 seater but they said that it will be taken care of & we were assured...

I ordered a modular steel kitchen which was supposed to reach on 1st march but I got it on 8th march. They promised to install next day but technician did not turn up saying some parts r missing. Very non professional team spoiling the brand . Waiting for installation tomorrow but there approach is very lazy I doubt there caliber....
