      I bought a washing machine from Barrackpore Great Eastern on 22/01/2020, which is a semi automatic washing machine, an invoice is attached on it. As it was bought on 22nd Jan but it was installed on 13th/ 14th feb. After installation I found that the input pipe of the spin bucket was broken...
      I called the showroom and told them to replace the machine.. They refused to replace it and asked me to call customer care of Godrej.
      I called customer care and a complain a report.A technician visited and clicked some photos and told me that the broken part will be replaced soon..It is the month of March of 2020..in this way 3-4 technicians come to my house and do the same...
      Now it is 15 months gone and the issue remains the same and no replacement done yet. Whether I called the customer care of krishnanagar they either told me that technicians are not available or parts are not available.
      It is very pathetic condition of customercare of the godrej and I am very much disappointed on *BRAND GODREJ*

      It's been 15th months, and the warranty period of the machine is 2years.Now the remaining time is 7 month only... Is the problem solved in 7 months or not...?? Please let me know..
      I just added the no of the employee of the customer care... please do the needful.

        I have made a request of replacement of matrice and the people from the company came to evaluate it and evaluation was done properly and it was verified and they took pictures of it as well as it was in warrenty but its been a month since they have responded anything .
        We have taken that matrice from the branch in govind nagar.

          We had bought an almirah on dated 9/03/2021 bearing invoice no-GSH/1152/20-21 of an amount of Rs17747.20. Also we had bought an extension of it bearing invoice no-GSH/1153/20-21 of an amount of Rs 6790.28.
          We found the door of the extension part was defective and the person came to assemble at the behest of your end assured us of replacing the door within 2 weeks.
          We have made so many phone calls in your customer care regarding the same.The person assured us regarding the change of product within few days.But the matter has not been resolved.
          These types of people representing you and attending phone calls giving false statements and taking us as a layman is very unfortunate.We bought the product by the brand name of godrej.Do these type of service we expect as a customer?We are very dissapointed regarding your service and product.

              Having known of the reputation of a reliable name ie Godrej, I didn't have to bat an eyelid in deciding to buy the Godrej Orthomatic Matteress for myself and another one for my mother. This happened in the 1st quarter of 2015. I was promised a guarantee of 10 years for its stability and comfort. I spent Rs 33, 960, a luxury for my capacity to spend at that time.

              But 2021 the shape and size of the mattresses showed its true color. It had SUNK. Being senior citizens with already existing back problems, this was a shocker and an eye opener for us. The daily sleep and comfort turned out to be a nightmare. Within 6 years, the Orthomatic mattresses turned out to be a orthopedic disaster.

              I contacted the showroom from where I purchased being M/S Bhagirath Interiors, the agent for Godrej Interio at Manpada in Thane West, Godhbunder Road. The phone number showed not working. I personally went to the showroom to find that they have been closed since quite some time.

              I contacted the Godrej consumer care toll no [protected] and raised a complaint. They assured me that they would send a technician. The technician came after 5 days and took photos of the condition of the mattresses. Then I contacted them again after a week to check for any updates. They again told me that Mr. Sheshank is handling my case and he will be in touch with me. I called up Mr. Sheshank, he told me that the previously taken photos by the technician was not clear and requested that he will send someone to take pictures. I went ahead with the idea and told him to come at his convenient time. He send his technician who came and took pictures after a span of 5 days.

              I called him up after a week and he told me that the management is still not clear. He again requested me if he can personally come to take pictures. I abided with him. He came after 4 days and this time I personally assisted him in the procedure of taking pictures. He was embarrassed by the condition of the mattresses and he took the pictures to convenience the management. He reiterated that the management will immediately make a decision either to replace or repair the mattresses.

              After a week I contacted him and he didn't respond so I called up the toll free no. They said that the case is closed. I was shocked and perplexed by this kind of an answer. They banged the phone without giving me any explanation. I again called up Mr. Sheshank and he connected me to Mr. Bala SG who said he will look into the matter.

              After a week I connected with Mr. Sheshank who said that he didn't have any updates. I told him to give me Mr. Bala's mobile number. After 4 days I called up Mr. Bala and he said that he was having Covid and to call him after 2 weeks. Looks like such a big company does not somebody else to look into this matter.

              Every day has been a torture for me and my family, dread to go and lie down on the mattresses. My back pain has increased and I am on medication. It's been more than a month since I have raised the complaint and till date they've not come back with a solution.

              I believed Godrej was a company par excellence, having previously bought their air conditoner and refrigerator. Alas with the current management and staff, my ideology of Godrej will never be the same. Still I am waiting to hear from them. If there is an iota of hope left, please call me on my mobile number [protected] and help me with your assurance of 10 years guarantee that you proclaim to the world.

                  To Whomsoever it May Concern,

                  I bought a Grove Queen Size bed from Godrej Interio, Mall Road, Kanpur through salesman RUPESH on 6th Nov'20 which got delivered to us on 10th Nov'20 and was installed on 11th Nov'20.

                  I had finalized the bed after looking at the catalogue and also on the Godrej Interio website as the bed was not in display in the showroom.

                  But the bed delivered to us did not match the bed shown on the website and on catalogue.

                  The Headboard of the bed delivered to us had vertical and horizontal lines whereas the bed available on the website had only horizontal lines on the headboard.

                  On 12th Nov'20 I went to the showroom and raised this concern to the salesman Rupesh and he promised to replace the bed.

                  Then on 29th Jan'21 3 piece headboard was delivered to us but there was the same defect in the new bed as well.

                  So, on 2nd Feb'21 Rupesh himself came to my house and confirmed that it was a major defect in the design of the bed.

                  He again promised to that he will raise this concern with company.

                  We waited till 17th Feb'21 then he mentioned that he can replace Grove Queen Bed with Apex Queen Bed which was of the same price as Grove Queen Bed and I agreed although I preferred Grove Queen Bed.

                  He asked me to wait for a month for the Apex Queen Bed as it was going to be delivered from Mumbai.

                  On 24th Mar'21 I again called Rupesh to confirm the status of my bed, to which he replied rudely that he cannot replace my bed as I do not have the box of the Grove Queen bed which was delivered to me on 10th Nov'20.

                  Its been 5 months since I bought the bed but my issue is still not resolved.

                  Please find the attached pictures of the bed available on website and the bed delivered to us for details.

                  Kindly look into this matter and help me with the replacement of my bed.

                      I bought a Godrej Almirah from Godrej interio showroom Borivali West Mumbai on 27/03/21 the delivery was made on 2/04/21 and installation was committed on 3/04/21. On 03/04 /21 I took a day leave from my Office for this purpose, as I am staying alone. Morning 10 I got a msg that technician will be visiting today .. after sometime a call also came for confirming my availability which I responded positively...but after that inspite of calling showroom and customer care and Techician/incharge Manish...Iwas told at evening 4:00 that Installation could not be done today. These irresponsible people made be waste my whole day. I really feel sorry for Godrej and for myself for buying a product from you. I once again making a last request to resolve the issue immediately.

                        I have buyed Godrej Almirah Product from Godrej Interio 11 Biren Ray Road Behala Chowrasta Kolkata 700008. Invoice No BC/1475/20-21 dated 20 March 2021 Product delivered on 23th March and for installation they have arrieved 29 th march i, e respond time is 144 hours.Now the reason provided by Service guy that is it is not within their area hence it took time. I am wondered with their reason. Then why godrej did not mapped my address on google and tell me that we can not sell product to your place as our service person has difficulty to reach to your place.

                        Now they have find fault on the product hence did n't installed and asked for product replacement. Replacement No provided [protected]. They have called 2 days later and asked for 2 weeks time for replacement.

                        I can not expect such a bad service from a reputed company like Godrej. I am shocked with the service.

                        Please look into it and take a proper step

                          Why do you separately charge customers for visiting his/her place to see the problem/issue? This is a kind of cheating the customers. This charge should adjust with service/technician charge. No other companies are doing this. You are taking money without giving any service to us.

                                I have never ever such a worst quality product from Godrej Interio Priduct .
