Purchased an almirah from godrej interio in vikroli in 1 st week of December. When technicians came to assemble, they found one part missing. They ascertained that they will raise a complaint and problem will be fixed in 10- 12 days but one and half month passed but no response. When I called the technician, everytime they tell it will be fixed in 7-8 days but not fixed even after one and half month. Really very disappointing, will never...

I had given a complaint regarding a bed of godrej interio that I have. The technician after checking said that a part of the bed is missing and needs to be replaced. Few days later I got a call from Sarthak Enterprises who are your authorized service providers. I have purchased one domestic almirah from your Ranchi showroom(Jharkhand) on 24th dec 2020. I have fully paid the amount more than 38, 000 for almirah inclusive of one digital locker and one mirror. The Almirah was delivered today and mirror has been fitted by untrained and unskillled labour by the local dealer. I am very sorry to inform you that above sofa purchased on 02.11.2019 and giving repeated trouble on handle lock . Mechanic attended from your end on 24.08.2020 . The sofa was temporarily put right but same problem occurred several time . However so far the problem was automatically set right . Your company bearing a reputed gravity in the market still this silly problem is giving a lot of trouble .
