I've purchased this sofa online on Jan 9 (original order #[protected] and received it on Jan 13. But when they came to install on Jan 14, one of the legs was faulty so they couldn't install it. Technician logged a complaint . So they raised replacement order which got delivered on Jan 21. But again on Jan 24 technician not able to install, same issue. 2 times they have faulty product. I've raised issues with sales, delivery team via emails, but they NOT yet resolved. I have asked for refund, as I can't go for another replacement. Again same thing will happen. This is absolutely not acceptable, please initiate refund ASAP.
