I have purchased one domestic almirah from your Ranchi showroom(Jharkhand) on 24th dec 2020. I have fully paid the amount more than 38, 000 for almirah inclusive of one digital locker and one mirror. The Almirah was delivered today and mirror has been fitted by untrained and unskillled labour by the local dealer. The mirror has been fitting wrongly (tilted position). several times I have call the local dealer on his mobile no. [protected] and made complaint but he didnot take care and also didnot take any response.
It's therefore requesting you to sort out the problem immediately and replace the new almirah with mirror immediately.

    I am very sorry to inform you that above sofa purchased on 02.11.2019 and giving repeated trouble on handle lock . Mechanic attended from your end on 24.08.2020 . The sofa was temporarily put right but same problem occurred several time . However so far the problem was automatically set right . Your company bearing a reputed gravity in the market still this silly problem is giving a lot of trouble .
    Please see the matter and take adequate measure to set right the problem early . I have already given complaint to your customer care .
    I hope a right service from your end .

    Today mechanic attended and put right the problem of handle lock by cutting of cotton piece inside the hole for iron rod which is for locking the sofa handle .
    This piece has cut from the cloth used for sit . This operation has effected sit cushion . Please see the matter .

      Hi My name is vineet kumar mishra,

      I purchased a Godrej Interio mattress on 31/05/2020, however after few months we encountered sagging issue in the mattress.

      I raised the complain with service team complaint number - N[protected], however after 1 month of follow up they updated Sagging is not considered as manufacturing defect and it will not be covered in Warranty.

      we pay such a high price for such Mattress and issue like sagging is not considered for defect.

      I need a this to be Looked at and mattress to be replaced as soon as possible.

        Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet

        Hi
        I bought a Godrej Mosquito Hit Racquet from Amazon. The bat stopped working after 3 months and I was well within the warranty period.

        So I registered for a warranty claim on my mosquito bat but after the acknowledgement and address confirmation email there is no action for the past 40 days.
        I have not received any further call or email after the acknowledgement email.

        I have ordered a 3 door godrej interio wardrobe from godrej interio outlet called as Irony from Barasat. I paid an adavance on 31st October 2020. I got the product delivered on 25 th November. Got installed on 27th November. The installation was very bad and the person who came for installation was in such a hurry that he dint installed it properly one of the door of the wardrobe was not closing properly and also in 2 places there were visible scratches in the color. The service person who came at first time didnt bring colur inspite of complaining number of times to the outlet. The second time when he came I was not there and he brought a cheap oil paint and painted the locker. It means being such a brand they dont have spray paint with them. I have invested 28000 in the wardrobe and it costs a lot for me. Please find the attached picture of the coloring

          I have ordered my modular kitchen last year in November and this year in September I had my kitchen set up but they failed to provide all the parts ..we complained about it and we're assured that we would be getting it by a month but didn't happen after a month we assured again but even after several complaints we have been given false hopes and it's been 5montgs and my kitchen is yet not complete.

            I am from Guwahati, Assam. I purchased some essential furnitures from Godrej Interio outlet, Guwahati including my bed for my marriage in the month of March-April, 2019. All furnitures have been set in my room and upto that level its fine. However, I am not at all satisfied with the bed because it sounds like anything. I called to the outlet and they send a technician. He fitted the bed and for 1-2 days it was ok. Again the problem arises and again with the same procedure, an expert came and he did it accordingly. Again after 1 week, sound came from another side and it is very much irritating. Unfortunately it lasts only for 1 and half year and during this period I need to call the expert for two times but still the problem is not solved. Being a renowned and reputed company, why Godrej Interio could not supply the quality product? We solely trust you so we purchased the entire set of furniture for my marriage as well as for my sisters marriage but is it your reputation? My sister also fade up with these products because she faced problem with her almirah. Kindly suggest what should I do. Calling the technician again and again and pay them everytime is like hell. Will wait quick response from your end.

                The product was tried for installation on 20.11.2020 but failed due to faulty product. I have tried to communicate with you several times through telephonic conversation and e-Mail. But unfortunately the problem has not been resolved. Now I am facing a lot of difficulties. So I request you to solve the problem ASAP. I will be busy for a social programme at my house from 25th December'20. So the product needs be installed before X-Mas this year. Please take the matter seriously do the needful without any excuse.

                    I booked one godrej kreation almirah for wedding purpose. They delivered the material after one month. The material is damaged which need to be replace.                       1 The malfunctioned(as confirmed by Mr Anil who ordered replacement of hydraulic which was later confirmed by Mr Uttam) hydraulic caused injury
                      2 It instilled future fear in our mind of serious future injury
                      3 We will not be able to use hydraulic due to back pain now
                      4 No proper recommendation was provided for mattress due to which i made an incorrect choice of bed despite buying one of the cosliest bed available. I suggest to Godrej Interio decision makers a written recommendation of mattress weight size should be provided to future customers so that they can make a proper choice at the first instance itself by checking proper pros and cons of the products in option.

                      Now due to the above reasons, please cancel the hydraulic replacement request as raised by Mr Anil from service team after his inspection and replace the bed with option suitable to us based on our need.

                        I took an opportunity to install Godrej home kitchen. The dealer has taken order and measured the area. But now one item, I want to remove from kitchen to work inside comfortably. That is an extra wardrobe inside kitchen. I want to use a wall mounted wardrobe instead of present one.                             I had booked a Slide and Store compact bond white Godrej almirah on 2 /10/2020 at your Godrej Interio, 69 James long Sarani, Joka, Haridevpur, Kokkata- 700104, store. After waiting for 2 weeks I was delivered an almirah of some different color not bond white which I had ordered. I had made the full payment during delivery. When your people came for installation it was found that the almirah was delivered of a different color.I had informed the store regarding this.They said that they will replace the same.I have not received the almirah for replacement till date.Two months have already passed.Pleae find the booking receipt attached.

                                  Pathetic condition of these goods, within a short period of purchase, sanmaica peeling off from bed, recliner covers worn out(already replaced once).dressing table sanmica also peeling off
                                  Even after paying a premium price, these products don't last, at least for a couple of years
                                  Request Godrej interio to stop manufacturing these goods and stop fooling poor customer who think Godrej is a good brand name.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I, Monalisa Saha Mukherjee, have purchased one Companion C-2 Office Table and one Cross Large Seat Office Chair from your Godrej Interio showroom, VIP Road, Kolkata on 13/09/2020 with Order No. 186931. On the day of purchase, the sales executive (Vishal Singh Rajput) had assured me of receiving the office table and chair within 3-4 weeks. I didn't get the product delivered for almost 2 months, except a defective chair which was delivered on 5/11/2020.

                                      The Cross Large Seat Office Chair couldn't be assembled by the technician as some part is missing from the sealed package. I have called the sales executive multiple times during this 2 months span regarding my order delivery but he was making false promises about the product that it would be delivered soon. I kept on chasing him but he never received my call at one go. I haven't got any intimation from the showroom staff that my order will be delayed, neither message nor a call.

                                      So after waiting in vain I have received a defective chair and the table is still pending and the showroom can't guarantee the delivery date for my order.

                                      So I want you to refund the entire money paid for the Companion C-2 Office Table which is INR 9, 073 asap. This has been the worst experience of buying Godrej products and the most important point is the worst after sales service provided from such a renowned company and a reputed brand. None of the staff bothered to inform the customer about the product delay, either via message or call and kept making false promises.
