I have paid 100% advance to godrej and they are not completing the works and what ever is done is a very shabby job. I am upset that godrej is no more reliable. Their agent in high-tech city hyderabad disappeared after collecting the money and don't respond to escalations. One should be careful before deciding on godrej and don't go by their old reputation. It is not the same godrej any more.

For last four months several complaints were made for granduer bed side table and lot of tecnicians senior technician and super visor has come for repair. Two month back it was lold thsst it will be replaced. Mr bala senior. There is this godrej bed that i bought that I noticed after it came has a gap in between the trunk where i have a doubt of cockroaches or mice can get inside the trunk from the gap. This is to escalate a complaint i raised for wrong product delivery & unprofessional attitude of godrej interio staff at godrej interio andheri (W) store in mumbai.
