I had made payment for the kitchen work in the month of june 2019 to anagha home solutions for godrej interio kitchen and the kitchen was delivered to me early august 2019. One of the cabinet shutters was of a completely wrong colour.

Anagha home solutions could not tell me when the work would get done. Even after repeated follow ups, their response remained that they would have it replaced once they get the cabinet shutter from head office but there was no fixed time on when this would happen. It was finally completed only in jan 2020.

I missed out on several months of rent as the work was incomplete. I am truly disappointed with lack of efficiency in a company with such a brand name. I hope someone from the company can get in touch with me.

    We purchased a three door slimline blend cubborad with mirror and dressing from chennai anu etage. The mirror door id not fitted properly and not closing. The inside lock alos is not working. The installation technician and the senior technician both could not do the repairing. They are the spring and the door has to be replaced but we have to wait for 20 days. Request for immediate action please.

      I have purchase godrej two door wardrobe from borivali (West) mumbai show room but product which deliver to me it was not the same which shown in display. I have made continuous complaint but till date no resolution.

      I have given order with drwaer but product deliver to me with our drawer.

      Last complaint number - b[protected]. I received call from engineer and explain all the details but after that no response.

      I am always prefer godrej product but this time i am very disappoint.

      I request you to look in to the same and resolve my problem at the earliest.

        I have bought a slide plus shel red tx wardrobe on 22.12.2019 from godrej interior showroom of home land mall kolkata. Item code is 30161803sd00332. I found that the key of left drawer is not working from today. Order no is won02869023 and the product was delivered on 25.12.2019. I have already tried several time in help line no but it didn't connected. It is really very painful that lock system of godrej was not working within one month tenure. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

            I have purchased 2 metal beds (Ling/queen) from godrej dream interio[429, 431/b, hosur rd, opposite brand factory, bandepalya, bommanahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560068] on dec 12 2019 and the bed parts where delievered after 3 weeks (Dec 28). During installation of queen bed, the installer informed me that there was a part missing and he left it half way. And he said he is going to re-order for the missing part which again will take another 3 weeks (Jan 23).

            I have paid full amount and this is what i have to go through, to follow up with these service teams for the missing part. By the way i am still waiting for the part.

              I brought godrej 3 door wardrobe a month back, it was not assumable properly, due to that i'm unable to lock the cupboard. After several complain raised through showroom were we brought, nobody visited to resolve the complaint. Complaint # c[protected]. Every day my complaint had been allotted to different person and they call us and say that they'll resolve the complaint at 6pm but, nobody comes to resolve. Today one person called me that he will reach my home to resolve to resolve the complaint 6pm but, he reached our place 8:30pm. We have denied and asked him to come tomorrow and he ask us to cancel the complaint.. I have all calls recorded as evidence.

                  I had purchased a godrej washing machine on 15 feb 2017. From date of purchase it is working properly. I had complained many times to the customer support but the service agent is responding us. He abuses us for the service and say do whatever you want to do. They ask visiting charge for every visit.                     On 31/12/2019 i have purchased slide n store pro plus model godrej wardrobe from national furniture stores, 618 b t road, kol - 700114 of natwood furniture pvt. Ltd. (Sodepur) [ [protected], [protected] ]. As per receipt voucher no. 812, dated 31/12/2019 costing rs. 37, 269.00 /- through hdfc bank, on account of sod/573/card-365. The same product received at home on 03/01/2020.

                    After fitting of the product it couldn't be kept in desired place inside the room due to height constraint on installation.
                    While on purchase & it's fitting process we are not been demonstrated & informed about the fitting process neither by the shop nor by the fitting technicians, that the very product can only be placed & installed where it can be feasible to lay for fitting & stand up for it's final placement.

                    Now, we are facing much trouble with anxiety as the product been fitted
                    & couldn't be accommodated in desired place where volume of the product is feasible & persists, due to these phenomena other furniture locations of the room got badly disturbed, movement inside the room is badly restricted.

                    The difficulty with the received product has been stated to the shop; also the fitting technicians of godrej have also informed the matter to their concern accordingly in time but even though no step has been taken from their end so far.

                    So, please do needful for cancel the earlier product & supply a new one of reduced height in it's place so that height constraint will not be there for installation & accommodation.

                    It is my heartiest request & will be grateful if you kindly solve my problem for customer satisfaction & i will be ready to accept any positive negotiations framed by you in this regard.

                      On 21st december, i purchased a wardrobe of 88, 000 which was delivered on 25th december. When the workmen came to install the wardrobe the product was damaged during transportation. On calling the salesmen, they denied their duty at first and we faced harassment of again and again calling them.
                      Its my humble request to godrej interio to replace the product within two days at max, otherwise i will be taking strict actions. I didn't expect this kind of service from such a huge brand. Kindly, revert back as soon as possible.

                        I have paid 100% advance to godrej and they are not completing the works and what ever is done is a very shabby job. I am upset that godrej is no more reliable. Their agent in high-tech city hyderabad disappeared after collecting the money and don't respond to escalations. One should be careful before deciding on godrej and don't go by their old reputation. It is not the same godrej any more.
                        I am being mentally torchered for the late 4 months.

                          I bought a orthomatic deluxe mattress (Make godrej) on 24/02/2014. The warranty of the said mattress is 10 years but after lapses of only 5 years time, the mattress got suppressed. I am attaching herewith few snap shot of godrej orthomatic deluxe mattress and warranty card thereof for your kind perusal.
                          It is relevant to mention here that i informed the matter to customer care on 25th nov.2019. Accordingly customer care allotted me a call no [protected] but the matter has not been solved till date. Therefore you are requested to please look into the matter.
                          Since the mattress is under warranty, please arrange to replace my godrej make orthomatic deluxe mattress as early as possible.

                            3. I don't find any solution to resolve this problem after spending huge amount of money on recliner sofa sets.

                            4. Can you please help me in repairing leather skin of sofa sets and or suggest any other way out to resolve my problem as godrej interio is a big name in the furniture industry.

                            5. Not only this i was instrumental in buying godrej interio furniture for high court of meghalaya worth rs. 20 lakhs while at shillong.

                              I purchased 3+2 sofa set from a behala interio showroom at 11, biren roy road (West), behala chowrasta, kolkata - 700061 with an understanding that sofa will be delivered on or before 5th december, prior to a function at my residence tomorrow ie, on 6th dec, after getting confirmation from your co yesterday, i shifted my old sofa set to some other location, leaving my drawing room vacant to accommodate new sofa-set. Sofa-set delivered today. Now your representative at behala showroom is telling that some other people of your co will come for fittings of the said sofa set within 48 hrs. As per your policy. Unfortunately this was not told at the time of purchase /payment, since in earlier cases of godrej furniture, i had never experienced such a situations. (I am regularly purchasing godrej furniture since long)
                              I request your immediate intervention so that fittings of said sofa set is done latest by tomorrow morning, so that my function can be held peacefully..

                              Horrible service and cheating consumers. Godrej is a fraud company and do not buy anything from here. After paying the complete amount for kitchen cabins they have provided full of holed doors and say it is part of the design however can be replaced without holes if paid extra.

                                This is completely ridiculous & astonishing brand like godrej interio is supplying scratches items to customers even after complaining they are not at all bother to attend. Are they favoring us? Is items are purchased by free? After sales & installation it is found defected. It was informed immediately but still no response. Is mockery going on or employees are reluctant to register report?

                                The door of the almirah is locked. Can't be unlocked through the key. The locker is broken. The customer care no is of no use. Complaint can't be registered. Showroom employees do not help at all resolving the problem. Please help.

                                  I have purchased some products from godrej interior nagerbajar i irony pvt ltd, one almirah lock not fitted properly hence not closing (Purchased on 28 th february-2019). Now another almirah purchased from godrej interior b t rd. But during fitting of new almirah, they refused to attend the defect of the old almirah which was within warranty period. I registered a complain, csn no-669 given yesterday but today they are saying you have to complain at i irony, nagerbajar. These types of negative approach will destroy a company. For two minutes job (No extra parts required). Please see the matter.

                                  Sir, l have purchased two no's almirah from I.Irony Pvt ltd, Nagerbajar show room on 28 th February 2019 in which one lock not closing & registered a complain to your customer care service department . One CSN no-669 given to me on 28 th November 2019, but it was informed that complain is cancelled and I have to inform to I Irony Pvt ltd .
                                  Again I called on land line which was in the purchased Bill, but they informed me after 10-12 days they can see the matter . No complain no was given .
                                  As it was purchased on February-19 and still is in warranty period please see the matter . Your people are showing unprofessional approach and negative attitude to rectify the small job .

                                  Today on 2nd December still nobody from Godrej interior contact with me to rectify the lock problem of the almirah which is still in warranty period .It was purchased on 18 th February 2019 and during fitting of another almirah your technician refused to attend the defect, they said though it will take 2 minutes to correct but they will not attend . I am a senior citizen and I have worked more than 35 yrs. in a PSU . I really confused about your technician's negative approach and attitude to work .

                                    I recently purchased 3+1+1 godrej petal sofa from behala chowrasta store. Although the godrej products are absolutely fabulous and i would definitely like to purchase again, i would like to bring to your notice the type of behaviour that goes on in godrej behala chowrasta showroom.
                                    My sales person was rima das, who misbehaved with me time and again, provided no communication about my purchase or my delivery.
                                    She made false promises about the timing and dates my product will be delivered and installed. On wanting to request for a certain date delivery, she immensely misbehaved with me and did not even try to fulfill my request. I even went to the store myself and brought this to the store manager mr. Tanay dey's notice. Although no action was taken on his part.
                                    I even refused to accept the gift that came with the product. Because such unnecessary behaviour and ill communication broke my mindset about godrej service.
                                    Godrej Interio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      This is with reference to the order no 162553, dated: 4/11/2019 in godrej & boyce mfg.co. Ltd, 9 brabourne road, kolkata: 700001
                                      We have booked this product for wedding purpose. Material got delivery on 23rd of nov, but after the installation guy opened the package, they saw it was damaged.
                                      The installation guy convey that it won’t be problematic if we install the almirah.
                                      My father denied to install the defective product. So they went raising a complaint request. After calling to customer care they told that it will take 2-3 weeks to deliver the product as it is coming from mumbai. (Complaint no - 417666)

                                      Company should deliver the product as soon as possible (As it’s a wedding gift for 1st of dec, 2019. A father who is gifting to his one and only daughter).
                                      Request to look into the matter & kindly do the needful.
                                      It’s a humble request, please deliver & install the product as soon as possible.
