For last four months several complaints were made for granduer bed side table and lot of tecnicians senior technician and super visor has come for repair. Two month back it was lold thsst it will be replaced. Mr bala senior. Post has confirmed that within a week replacement will be done during dussehra festival now very difficult to contact him through customer care number
. They will reply we will escalate no improvement

    There is this godrej bed that i bought that I noticed after it came has a gap in between the trunk where i have a doubt of cockroaches or mice can get inside the trunk from the gap. So i asked the shopkeeper from where it was purchased whether it is normal or not...to which he replied it wasn't normal...and rodents can come inside the trunk. He told to drop a complaint on the site so it could be rectified.

      I purchased one almirah from Godrej interio last week and the material was delivered on last sunday. As per policy of godrej they should complete installation of the material with in 48 hrs of delivery. And i also received a msg. from godrej that the technician will attend my service call on 11 th nov. i also received a call from godrej service asking for my suitable time for visit. As we are working couple so asked them to come for installation after 7 pm as the same was promised by godrej interior representatives during purchase of the material. Now 72 hrs already completed but godrej technician neither contact me nor come for installation.

        Failure of installation of godrej interio almirah invoice no. Erg/1230 by bharat commercial agency, jeevandeep exhibition road, patna. I had bought it on 25th october 2019 n since den it hs been 13 days dey hav not fixed it yet. On calling dem either dey dont pick up the registered no. Or give absurd excuses. I ws a regulr godrej customer but now i want my money back. Dis is jus unprofessional behavior. Strict action should be taken against them or i will go to the consumer court for dis harrasment.

          This is to escalate a complaint i raised for wrong product delivery & unprofessional attitude of godrej interio staff at godrej interio andheri (W) store in mumbai.

          I purchased a pouffy from this store for diwali. There were initial hiccups where delivery did not happen on time and i had to follow up multiple times with the store. After the product came, i was given a wrong color vs the one which i had billed.

          Post complaint, i was told that the product i was billed for is now unavailable and i will have to wait another 20 days for the new product. Since this purchase was for an occasion, i asked them to refund my money and take the wrongly delivered product back.

          As a consumer, i would expect an employee / company to be humble when they made a mistake. But this wasn't the case with this store.

          Firstly, i was stalled for 2 days. After repeatedly calling the store, i was told that supervisor is on leave, we are trying to reach them etc.

          Post multiple follow ups, i was told store would take the product back but i will have to wait 10-15 days for refund via cheque and i will have to personally come down to the store to collect the cheque.

          When asked why refund is not being made in mode of payment (Via credit card), godrej employee had the audacity to tell my wife that since you are in such a hurry and not okay to wait, you need to come to store and do what we ask you to (Translated from: aapko ghai hai to aapko hi aana padega).

          Today is the day product had to be picked and yet again no one turned up. On calling the store, they again told that pick up will happen after a day and supervisor is still on leave.

          Help needed to get this sorted.

            I had taken godrej aristocrat sofa from godrej furniture shop m/s phoenix machine pvt ltd. At city centre durgapur in jan 2019. There was defects in sofa for which i had made complain but they are not responding and the manager mr. Rajesh at the shop is talking nonsense.

            I also talked mr. Ranjan the sales manager but he is not respnding and has stopped picking my calls.

            Pl resolve the issue immediately.

              A corporate purchase was made from your dalhousie store, kolkata - 700001 for a dining table with six chairs along with other items. At the time of installation a chair was found defective and after numerous followup/ phone calls it was replaced in august 2019 but again at the time of installation it was found some mismatch of parts and the challan was duly marked returned. Till date the chair has not been replaced from your end. It is very very unfortunate that after paying full amount i have been waiting for last six months to get the product delivered.
              As this is an extreme example of customer harassment and complete failure from your part on account of product delivery and after sales service, i request you to kindly look in to the matter very ungentle otherwise i will have no other option but t move to consumer court for justice.
              I copy of the invoices are attached here for your reference.

                I purchased two morf bedside tables cream which was delivered on 13/09/2019. Apparently one table had some defects which was mentioned in the work order and required replacement. But after a week, i realized even the top drawer is not working smoothly and the handle is also loose. It has come to my notice that the piece delivered to me is not a fresh piece and does not even have the godrej logo. I have purchased so many products from godrej recently (Bed, mattress, 4 atlanta chairs and two bedside tables from your malad showroom - nidhi building). All your products bear the godrej logo except one bedside table. I have never faced issues with your products. But this is the first time no one has bothered to attend to my complaint inspite of mentioning it in the work order and also informing the malad showroom and also the warehouse team. I can give you all the details of the calls made to the concerned persons if the need arises. I was also told that a person would attend to my complain on 20 october, 2019 but nobody came.
                It is a humble request if you could please replace the bedside table with a fresh piece. Looking forward to your co-operation. We trust godrej interio will do the needful. We are unhappy with the service.

                  This refers to my complaint no. P[protected] dated 10/10/2019 at gorej smart care for single door godrej refrigerator. As the complaint attended on 11/10/2019 3.30 pm.
                  The problem facing with the refrigerator was no cooling. However, service person identified the issue with electronic card and informed that it is required to replace.
                  As he was asking to pay the charges and said the items purchased through amazon does not holding any warranty. The warranty valid only for door of the refrigerator.
                  This is surprise to me that, the functional part not covered under warranty? And warranty is only valid for door? This is very disappointing and worst quality of service towards product purchased from godrej.

                  The lock of the wardrobe is not fixed properly. Cant lock the wardrobe from the day one of fixing the wardrobe. The wardrobe was fixed two months back.

                      Dear sir,
                      We purchased sofas in 2017 from your prahalad nagar outlet. After about a year, we found that one piece of sofa is actually sinking when we sit. Gradually, it started sinking more and more. We went to the outlet and informed about the same. First reply, it is out of warranty. We asked them to send someone on paid basis. After a few days (After reminders) a guy appears and starts adjusting the legs of the sofa and something else. That, apparently had no connection with the sinking sofa. It turned out that the guy was not a furniture person. He was actually a plumber or something else. We were really surprised. If godrej operates like a street seller or a one man shop, what can we expect. We have sent few mails to the email id given on the website but still it is not getting any attention. This is really a strange experience with a brand that one has grown up with. I hope you look into it.

                        I have placed my order with hitech city branch habsiguda. I was promised a modular kitchen and replacement of full wall tiles.
                        I had a lot of trouble in getting order status, payment receipts.
                        Today they have come for installation, they say, i would not get chimney as i was promised at the tile or order confirmation.
                        They also agreed to change all tiles on the wall and now they disagree to this agreement. I had agreed to make payment for the same.
                        A few mins ago i was talking to in charge of my order and he started shouting at me, he mentioned tiles replacement is not the work he is doing it for my benefit. I still am trying to understand my benefit, but i need help immediately. They are making changes to commitments made at the time of order and i am helpless... They have taken all the order amount.

                          Sir, i purchased sline3dr steel almira from godrej & boyce mfg. C. Ltd, hazratganj, lucknow vide recpt no 179553 dtd.22/01/2019/show rooms order no. Won002069/.
                          I deeply regret to say that being a co. Of global repute have a very-very poor after sales service. Sleel almira againts this order could not be properly assembled and installed. The workmen who had come were the local fitters (Untrained in godrej products).in the process they could not install it properly. What ever may be the reasons best known to the local service head. One door of the said almirah also gort replacesed but situation prevails.8-months have passed, the service-head here at lucknow does not bother and he does not attend or answer to my calls. The very purpose of purchasing premium quality product from a world class co. Is defeated. As on today the situation is, i am not able to use it at all. I feel the co. Should replaces the product in full. I am a wife of an army officer who is deployed on the indo-pak border. I am afraid, if proper service is not given to me, i may have to move my problem to the ministry of defence, goi.

                            Dear sir,
                            I am the owner of a godrej fridge which i bought in 28.0202015. As you must be aware of, the compressors that your company supplies come with a 5 year warranty. The compressor of the product in question breathed its last, a comfortable 4 years and 6 months from its purchase date. I, therefore, registered a complaint, on the july, at your toll free number, many times the complaint id closed automatically. I wassured that somebody would contact me within 24 hours. This, however, didnt happen. When i called again, my calll was abruptly and rudely disconnected by your consumer service expert. Is this the type of consumer service one should expect from a company like yours?? When i decided to go for your product. I chose godrej because i was under the impression that you people offer good after sales service. But if this is the type of service you re offering, i see no sense in further going for your products ever again, or even recommending them. Your customer care representatives dont have the sense of politely responding to queries, your customer care centers don't have stock of spare parts, do you guys seriously think that we customers are a fool or baffoon?? If this matter is not sorted out, i am afraid i would have to consider legal options. Awaiting your reply,

                              I purchase manual recliner from sandipan’s godrej interio showroom along with bed, mattresses, 3 door almirah in november 18
                              I lodged complaints in there register at showroom for fading colours of leather on recliner sofa in may 19. Colour is fading fast. Since it has 1 year warranty it should be replaced. I have been to the sandipan showroom. I was asked to write in the register and was assured of call back. Nothing of that sort is happening.

                                service problem

                                There is a service problem. As I complain so many times for fridge repairing but no response. There is almost a 1month but no one came for repairing. Pls take a strict action against them as they are not listening. They said that there service man could reach your address by 24hour but no one came. I request you Pls take a strict action . Fridge is not cooling...

                                One year Warranty of Godrej squadro king bed has been expired and after nine months from end of warranty, manufacturing defects are coming with bed like color fade, rend of board sheet.
                                Godrej interio customer care team is suggesting me, it will be resolve on chargeable basis but cost of bed is too much high and defects coming after only one year. it should be bear by company.
                                Please look into matter seriously and try to resolve my issue.

                                  Have purchased godrej sofa set two years back, but just one year later, stiches are opened. Now i made up my mind to take the help of godrej and do the needful. Since one month i am following with customer care service, but till today we have not received any response. I agreed to pay rs. 350 as visiting charges as per customer care, still no service engineer has visited so far. Mr. Jagdish telephoned me and asked to send relevant photographs through whatsapp after that no response. Then i escalated to mr. Shashank, his manager and contacted him 4-5 times but my efforts went in vain. No response at all from bottom to top. The services engineers are irresponsible and "ma'am bada air darshan chotta" for godrej. It's unprofessionalism totally. How the godrej maintains these staff in salaries. Very strange...

                                    I have booked order to chamunda trading, gandhidham on invoice no. Dated 14/07/2019 invoice no. T07/14 containing 1study table and 3 file cabint of godrej as per the invoice attached. The local office do not respond since one month passed and not responding properly. Olso we have requested that the inside the cabinate we need folder for proper filing that olso has been not delivered to us even with the several request made and reminder made to mr, vinesh gajjar. While booking they have told that maximum 15 days will take for all the material.
                                    Olso they have applied the board and advertise showing discount 25% etc for discount ect but single rupee discount was not given. The cabinet beeing not operated smoothly that olso they have not attended the service call.
                                    If godrej is working like this level than what to expect from others, why are you spoling your brand name??

                                    The products were delivered my place on 9th of august 2019. Till date i am waiting to get estimates for assembly of product. Despite continued follow no body at godrej is taking it seriously.

                                    Please suggest what to do. Its already 5 days gone.

                                      I purchased godrej oven 30 ltrs CONV on 17 /12/18.After around 3months oven showed complaint of tripping ELCB once oven runs for few minutes.Technician came said heater is complaint., new heater to be replaced.After 3 weeks of continuous calling service center another technician comes checks says heater no problem some wiring defect .He rectifies the problem .Now after 6months while using oven my wife got electric shock.when tested with tester body gives shock .registered complaint customer care.received message next day on 1/8/19 that Mr Joby would attend the complaint.but I only received call from technician asking about complaint .Till date no technician /service centre person called or come to repair.

                                      I purchased a washing machine last year from a store in laxminagar . I lost my bill and when i tried to contact them i got to know that the store was closed permanently after 2-3 months of my purchase. Now i dont have my bill and warrenty card . Its my humble request i[censored] can send me a duplicate copy of bill or warrenty card as soon as possible .
