Dear sir/madam,

I bought helix coffee table (Hsn code[protected] on april 5, 2018 from m/s chandrahas enterprises, godrej interio store, bharathi nagar, vijayawada - 520 008. When we pulled it from one place to the other on april 7, 2019 (Sunday) in our home, its legs were separated. Complaint was given on april 8, 2019 to customer support of godrej interio (Contact no. [protected]). They gave me contact number of mr. Chandrudu of vijayawada service centre. I contacted him. He did not send any technician. Somehow i could find the contact number of technician who came our home and assembled it when it was bought from the above cited store. He advised me to contact ms anitha (Mobile [protected]) of m/s chandrahas enterprises, godrej interio store, bharathi nagar, vijayawada. I gave complaint to her on april 14, 2019. Later, i was told that she placed order for damaged parts. She also took it to the notice of mr. Naresh, service head (Mobile [protected]). Still the problem is not solved. It’s too delayed. How many days normally the company takes to give service? I called the service head mr. Naresh several times. There is no proper response. Please take necessary action and do needful at the earliest.

    Hello,

    This is regarding purchase of defective almera (Znf11t centurion shelf pantone bwn) from your vashi, navi mumbai sales office, nr. Inorbit mall, vashi (Sales man: avadhut)
    Sales order: 31i/12083825

    During, akshaytritiya we have purchased this almirah and godrej being a brand we have not compromised on price. Today, we are upset to get this defective material and surely i will have to start look for alternative brand.

    The details of defect is known by sales person and technican, the issue is extra welding remained uncut hence door is not getting locked.
    Definitely, we need replacement for the same.
    We have spend our time in waiting for goods delivery and technican visit. Now again we have to do same just because of your send faulty material.
    Not sure how you are going to compensate this loss.

    I request try to provide the replacement as soon as possible

      Dear Sir,

      in reference to the captioned complaint, this is to bring to your kind attention that i have bought Dining Table Set and A king size bed from jail Road Delhi outlet.

      we requested for installation of Dining Table, the engineer came on 30.04.2019 and opened the sealed box and he did half installation and said the table is defective so lodge the complaint at call centre and get it replaced, we did the same and we thought everything will be sorted out, we also contacted the jail road outlet which also suggested the same. but sadly i have to write that nobody visited our place to fix the problem till date. when ever we contacted the after sale staff they said we will inform you in half an hour but nobody responded.
      i am the first time buyer of Godrej furniture but sorry to say i regret the day i made the decision. i am not at all happy for the kind of service.
      now i would request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out the issue

        I had purchased godrej recliner sofaset from godrej interio store, ac -7, mohini palace, jyangra saha bagan, vip road, kolkata – 700102, west bengal, on 22/11/17 vide invoice no. 14i/11026483 through po no. 78037.

        But surprisingly the surface layer of product “rhine recliner (Burgundy)” are being damaged. The surface is being displayed with white spots and covering surface being removed day by day and finally sofa is being damaged. It is very much unfortunate that a costly product of godrej is being damaged before one and half years for having inferior quality of surface covering product.

        The product is not broken not damaged by ourselves, the product is being damaged within just passed one year by itself. How godrej is selling a product having cost more than one lakhs (Actual cost) knowing the fact that the life of product is just one year. How they are cheating customer with the sense of putting warranty for one year has supplied a worst quality product.

        We need immediate replacement of the same.

          I tried to place an order for two book cases last month. I was told i will receive my order in 2 weeks. It is now 1 month and after many calls i am now told that i have to wait for one more month and no date of delivery can be assured. However after such sloppy service, response and uncertain timeline i must pay the full advance to even place the order.
          When i said i need some surety after so much delay they said fine - dont order!
          Such complacency and bad service is a pity. I had a check ready but without assurance of any kind its some attitude and expectation of the company to expect me to pay in full!!
          Godrej has a name - so i even waited this long. But i have to be crazy to accept any terms from them without any service or time commitment.

            I had purchased a new sliding door almirah as per the attached invoice. The godrej technicians came to assemble it and after doing the job and they went. When i checked it the very next day, i found alignment problem and lodged a phone complaint. The technician again came and asked for the invoice which i provided and then he said, it is not the job of godrej service centre and that i should get the alignment problem rectified through the dealer from whom i purchased the almirah. so i approached the dealer and he said, it will be done by godrej technicians only. so i have to do this back and forth and back and forth and no corrective action was taken.

            my complaint no. is as follow:-

              Hi, this is not a complaint but a suggestion. I am using your good knight mosquito repellent for a long time. What i observed is that there is a light on it which glows with the mechine. My suggestion is that you install a bit high intensity light just like a small night lamp with a switch on machine itself. So that people will have a multi use of it. And they will use it more often. It's a suggestion. Thanks

                Hi,
                This is aneesh from kerala, i brought new ac on this month 3rd. After one week they did the installation. After installation ac work only two days. I called to shop where i purchased, they told compliant has booked they will rectified with in two days.
                Last friday they send one person to check the compliant. They told due to ac gas leakage temperature not coming.

                Still issue not rectified and nobody take care also...

                  I had ordered godrej kreation wardrobe on 10 march 2019, sales order number won001684 from godrej interio in jmd arcade gurgaon. The wardrobe was delivered without the doors.
                  After repeatedly calling them for days they delivered the doors which were wrong in colour. We have been calling them again both at their sales office in jmd arcade gurgaon and at their delivery office in badarpur. They give us false promise that the doors will be delivered and make us wait in our house saying delivery can come any time. Yet nothing comes. We have spoken to mohit malik. Mr kamal, etc from sales and mr vineet joshi etc from delivery office. Due to their internal departmental conflict they mislead the customer.. We are still waiting for the complete delivery and feel harassed and cheated by godrej. They took the entire money for the wardrobe in advance and then are not providing the the goods and service.
                  I hope you can provide some solution asap or return our money.

                      fixing and dismantling chanrge is too high

                      I bought a 3 door godrej interio wardrobe which we need to dismantle and fix every time while shifting. Godrej is charging 2000rs for only fixing the same. I want to know the justification behind this. Are they using silver or gold screw or they are appointing phd candidate for this work. Doctor's visit is also not that costly and you guys are charging 2000rs for 15 minutes or half an hour task. No one should support and buy godrej products...

                      One thin cabinet moving on single channels (Top & bottom) needs replacement
                      The local godrej office is demanding 1600/-plus gst for servicing.
                      The same complaint has been attended twice, thrice during guarantee period of 1 year.
                      Being retired engineer it is advised to godrej interio to redesign above channels & replace them free of cost otherwise every time we have to go for servicing them. After all we have already spent twice/thrice comparing with other brands
                      The same thing has happened with one shutter of another cabinet which has been redesigned & replaced during guarantee period

                        In the month of december 2018 i have purchased a godrej matterss along with pillow. But the godrej interio - pune rd, shivaji nagar, nashik road, nashik, maharashtra 422214 from past 03 months said that, "it is in the process i will give it to you in coming days" now yesterday he tell me that do what ever you want i am not going to give you and talk very harshly.
                        Sir if this kind attitude is showing by godrej employee then i am sorry to say that no buddy will trust on godrej brand it's services.
                        Please consider this complaint and take very strict action against it.

                          Painting and repairing work of our godrej safe was done by m/s. Ramkumar enterprises, which was improper. We have also paid full payment against their quotation. Since job was not done properly and problem related to safe has increased, we have called so many times to m/s. Ramkumar enterprises, but they have not responded. We have also complaint regarding this to customer care center, but no response from their end also. We are highly disappointed with working style of godrej customer care team and your contractor.

                            We have purchased a a godrej interio sliding door wardrob a month ago from your karve road showroom a month ago, aft full payment our wardrob was delivered at the promised time but the colour sent were not the same as we have ordered! (Your sales person ms. Sonali accepted that it was your fault to send the wrong colour) so after your technicians came for assembly they could only do half the work then aft 3-4 days again they came when your godown arranged to send the ordered colour wardrob, then the technicians came then the front panel for the drawers were as per the the sizes or there was some error again so they were like you have to wait till we get this replaced! Then again after 4-5 days the technicians came in at that time my interior decorator’s team was working on my new homes site so the technicians came and did the required work of the drawers, we were not available to check what they did to that drawer but when we checked the drawer later on that day the was locked with the keys still we could open the same. And till date its the same! Now your karve road branch people have promised to do it tomorrow! But a small question to your team, it is not their responsiblity to check it properly after they complete the work why someone from our side is required to keep a watch if they are doing their job right or no. This is not expected from your company after taking full payment of rs. 69000₹ in advance. At the time of taking payment you strictly say full payment is required for delivery, then why not deliver the ordered goods and service rightly!!
                            Please escalate otherwise soon the name of godrej interio will be vanished from the market!! If your eyes are wide open on the socail media ask your team to check the feedbacks you get on internet!!

                              Purchased at ABIDS center.

                              In the month of JAN supplied the items.

                              While assembling your service personnel realised, that “ HANGAR RODS AND LOCKING ROD FOR THE WARDROBE” not supplied along with the other items.

                              They couldn’t complete the assembly of wardrobe.

                              They complained to the service centre.

                              TILL TODAY THEY HAVE NOT SUPPLIED THE REQUIRED RODS.

                              When I contacted the Show room, they gave me the toll free no [protected].

                              I could not contact through this no, every time I am getting the tone ‘your call is in que wait’ . I waited for hours together but no use.

                                We have been following up with godrej for nearly 2 years on the following matters with no full resolution.
                                We had purchased our living room, kitchen storage/cabinets, bedroom storage form godrej
                                In addition, we also purchased all bedroom furniture, night stands, shoe racks
                                We faced the following issues
                                1. The installation and delivery was not done one time.
                                2. The godrej dealership was not responsive cooperative after payment was made. They gave us a hard time.
                                3. A dealership employee misbehaved to my parents. I understand that this fellow was removed later.
                                3. The brand new bed, "supermagna" lift joint broke immediately after installation. The bed panel flaked out where the lift joint broke. The wood looked like compressed cardboard.
                                4. We are facing an ongoing fungus growth on all godrej bedroom furnitures : bedframes and night stand. The same issue is also on the shoerack.
                                5. On reporting this problem, we were advised by godrej to clean periodically, we did this and still the fungus growth is reoccurring.
                                6. We request to take back and refund our full money for the defective products since there is no permanent resolution.
                                8. I have reported this is facebook and twitter, i am not sure on the progress tracking for resolution, hence resorting to post the issue here hoping godrej will resolve this 2 year old open issue.

                                  Dear Godrej Team, I purchased the steel cupboard from "Godrej showroom at "Bangalore - Marathali" outlet. I booked the 4 door steel cupboard on 29th Jan 2019 "55985" and still the cupboard is delivered half without door frames 2 no's. its been month i am following with your customer care, twitter, showroom people and no reply from any one. Hope at this form i get some reply.

                                  Poor sales person attitude to sell the product (Mr. Bhaskar)
                                  No flexibility / modification interest in product
                                  No support / feed back after sale
                                  100% money advance but product delivery no one knows
                                  Products are good but very poor service

                                    Have purchased a transpose sofbed fan brown and a shoe rack from godrej interio. Really never expected the a very bad furniture quality and are least bother about the customer complaint from such a esteemed company.

                                    Godrej interio : pathetic and very disappointed. Can never recommend.

                                    Very poor service. raised a complaint on 02.03.19 and today is 12.02.19. Its been 10 days and i dint receive a single call for resolving my problem. and i had been ensured within 48 hours of raising the call it would be resolved. i have raised from my mobile phone no [protected]. how can Godrej be so careless about handling customer complaints.

                                      I had purchased a godrej interio almirah of creation type in september and i received the product in october. While it was installed the company person did not fit the door properly and said that there is some issue with the door sent by the company and they will replace it and will lodge a complaint from there side (Complaint no. 602655 dated 19 october 2018). But now it is march and i have not received the door and the temporarily fixed door has become unstable as the top hinge of the door is loose and coming out.in the meantime i have called the customer care and godrej supervisors and maintenance people numerous times but apart from repeated assurances i have got nothing concrete. This is why i am complaining in written. I feel like i had made a mistake choosing a godrej product. It's been six months and i wonder how much more time is required for a proper installation of a godrej almirah.
