Purchase of sofa (Model orlando in pure leather; color brown) had been made on 17.06.2017. Invoice is attached here for your reference. During the assembly of the sofa, it was realized that in lieu of left back cushion of 3 seater, right side back seat cushion had been dispatched, i. E two right back
Cushions had been dispatched. It was then informed to us that within a months time one right back cushion would be replaced with the left back cushion. Its been nearing three months now and nothing has been done so far.

Now its been told that we may receive the back cushion by october end???. Is such response and customer service expected from a reputed brand like godrej??? Well i am really sorry to hear this.

Also every time i have to follow up rather than having sel[censored]pdate from the company.

There's also an apprehension that color of the back cushion what we may receive now may not match with
The sofa as the sofa would be more than 3 months old...

Its once again requested that the back cushion may please be replaced at the earliest or we may be
Refunded with our payment of sofa or we may be provided with new sofa of the same price.

    Above mentioned bed was purchased on 26.06.2017 from lewis road plot no.246 bhubaneswar odisha dealer. I then had to move to mumbai for treatment in hirandani hospital. I have now returned to bhubaneswar and contacting the dealer for last 10 days for installation of the bed, but there is no positive response. Again i will be back to mumbai on 26th sept.2017. Arrange to install the bed before 26th sept.

      In response to the earlier complaint i have received the assurance that matter will be sorted out but more than 40-45 days have been passed no action till date. Very poor service from such reputed name. I request all the probable customers to not to buy the godrej products any more because after sales service and rectification of defective parts is very poor almost no service only assut=rance.

        We have placed an order for a study table item code 18728 at godrej interio showroom andheri mumbai, - order number 69795- on 29/09/2017 by paying the full amount of rs 16816/-. As per the order, the item was supposed to be delivered in 15 to 20 working days. Company said they could not deliver it as the material is not available. We visited the show room again on 09/09/17. Company offered a different study table which was available in the show room then. We agreed to take it and paid additional amount of 330 rs. This they said will be delivered on 11/09/2017. When contacted on 11/09, they said auditing is going on, will be delivered by 13/09/2017. Every time we contact them they are giving some excuse or the other. It looks like godrej interio has more stocks of ready excuses than the stocks of furniture. Till today, that is 18/09/2017, we haven't received the study table

          I have recliner sofa (3+1) and helix coffee table on[protected].in this approx two years sofa top sheet leather got damages. The coffee table has created lots and almost 3 times its one leg is damaging. Purchasing godrej product itself speaks about quality. But with the performance of these two items i am fed up. Kindly help me this regards. The local representative are giving fake commitments only.

          Any update???
          I have purchased recliner sofa set of 3 and 2 single sofa.. and the sofa lether is coming out.. the sofa was not being used for last 2 years and since past 6 months it is in use only... I had paid 80k approx for sofa.. and this is in result I get.. I contacted the shop owner and he said it will take approximately 40k to repair the whole... So after spending 80k on safa.. now I have to pay another 40k for its repairing? Is this a joke... It should have been better that I had purchased the china sofa set.. atleast that would have been less costly..
          Please do something regarding this..

              I have baught a Godrej refrigerator model Digi 241PDS s.no. [protected] from MANASH marketing REWA madhya Pradesh on 13 april 2016. From July end 2017 it has stopped working suddenly. i made complain on 12 Aug 2017 in Godrej agency. My call no is [protected]. They sent mechanic from godrej. He said that PCB section, touch pannel and relay has gone. It should be changed. After few days he came back and change PCB with new one and a new relay but he did not change the touch pannel and ask for some time. It happened on 17 Aug 2017 . Till now he did not come and my refrigerator is still not working properly. It's cooling is so bad. So my problem is this during only one year a big brand refrigerator facing so much problem s. It's main parts is not working now. I have paid 20000 for refrigerator already and during one year I have spent 4000 additional. This is my mental and financial harassment. I want complete free servicing of my fridge.

              After my complain Godrej responded me for refund. My new complain no is 755840. this action happened about one month ago. Still I am waiting for my refund. I don't know what is going on but day by day Godrej just postpone my refund. Godrej said me to resolve the matter in 5 to 10 days but one month has been passed and I am still in previous situation as in beginning of problem. I don't know how the big brand like Godrej checking patience level of their customer. Sorry to say but this is not expactable from the brand Godrej and not acceptable by me. So I want to ask question from Godrej that they only just passing time to forget my problem or they are serious to resolve it. In this way no customer will trust Godrej. Godrej was my favorite brand but I am really upset with Godrej now. Godrej action are mentally harrasing me. I just want my refund as soon as possible.

                I had booked one Godrej Athena Plus Sofa set from Godrej Interio Showroom in Madhyamgram, Kolkata, 700129 on 30th July 2017.

                When the set was being installed by the technician it was found that the supply was wrong and that instead of a matching pair of sofas one type has been supplied double. Repeated mails has been marked to the Godrej Interio Customer care as well as to the Head Customer care to resolve the issue. On 15th Sept, the replacement material arrived but to my surprise the same wrong hand has been supplied once again.
                How can a renowned corporate like Godrej afford to repeat mistakes causing customer dissatisfaction is beyond my belief.
                I would request the concerned to take cognizance of this complaint and resolve at the earliest.

                  We ordered Godrej modular kitchen on 5-5-2017 and received the kitchen on[protected] after paying the full amount at GODREJ INTERIO showroom jammu, NAARANG FURNITURE CO. The copy of the bill has been attached below. But there was a shortage of one door, and one of the drawers was of small size and also hinges of the doors did not shut smoothly. We were told that the problems will be resolved after the GST is imlemented but it has been almost 3 months and no one is responding. The person incharge was VIRAJ MAHANOORI ([protected]) and he has stopped responding. he does not pick up calls also the showroom people have also stopped answering the calls. Our kitchen is incomplete since 3 months and we are highly disappointed because even after paying so much and paying on time we did not get all the parts of the kitchen.PLEASE KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND MAKE SURE THE PROBLEM IS RESOLVED.                     I have placed an order for a dining table (Jack model) and 4 nos. Of chairs (Crystal model) on 17/08/17 at the park street, kolkata showroom. My customer code is: wwc000047. Cheque payment receipt no. 50353. Order confirmation form no. 335527. The planned delivery schedule is on the "1st week of september (Urgent)". It's been 3 weeks since i have ordered the item and still the delivery is pending. I think it is very unprofessional on the part of godrej interio. I had a family function on the 10th of september at my residence. I had to cancel the event. I would like to know how would godrej interio compensate me for this personal embarrassment that i faced.

                    The sales guy of park street kolkata showroom has replied to my mail saying the transit period for the product i have bought is another 9-10 days (Tentative). That makes it a delay of a minimum of 15 days from the scheduled planned delivery days (1st week of sep) and i have bought the product on 17th of august! I feel, it is inordinate delay, and godrej interio must compensate me monetarily or in the form of a gift that may be a piece of furniture. Look, there should be some kind of a compensation. You cannot be this unprofessional.

                      Modular kitchn ordred in nov 2016 during d period of demonetisation... Till date nothing is completed proprly.. Being a brand name godrej.. Dis dealer is adding disgrace to ur name.. Not dealing proprly, rude behaviour since we hav paid evrythng fully advanc still we r not satisfied wid d kitchn nd accessories. They r delievrng wat we havnt orderd and then arguing wid us.. We r disappointd.. We want best servc datsy we trustd godrej but now it seems we hav taken wrong decision.. Rats, cockroaches r entering into d kitchn nd still they r not wrkng on dis prob.. I req u to plz visit our place nd chck wats d solution fr dis prob.. Being a dealer oberoi kitchns hav d duty to make godrej's client satisfied.. But they r not wrkng so.. They r chargng d money fr wat dey r nt giving gud service.. Being a client i suggest u to look aftr dis matter as early as possible. Nd take ny step against d dealer.. Nd do appoint new dealer who knows their wrk very well...

                        I have booked three items at godrej interio, kiriti nagar on 26th june 2017. The expected delivery to my address (Faridabad, sec-46) written on the order confirmation form was 20th aug'17. However, the representative assured delivery towards end of july'17. From end of july i have been trying to get the information, however, i have not got any confirmation nor there is any initiative on the part of godrej representative to inform about where about. Competent authority is requested to take initiative to deliver the items at the earliest.
                        The order confirmation form no. 33574 dated 25th june 2017.

                          The screw and nut of the door clamp of my sliding door cupboard came off just after 20 month's use. Nothing was broken but the nut and screw came off and the clamp remained on the door. Since i was admittedly beyond warranty period, they charged me rs. 350 for screwing the clamp. My charge was that the defect did not arise because o[censored]sage but on account big poor workmanship or design flaw of the product from the stable of the reputed company. When i wrote to them about it, they kept on sending me same message saying it is company policy and it is expected to function like that only. If that were the case, i would have bought a local product at much cheaper price.

                          The defect is actually a case of either poor workmanship bor design flaw. I warn that atleast no other customer should buy this inferior product from godrej interio and suffer.

                            I have purchased godrej sofa set - 1 three seater and 3 single seaters in the month of october 2014. Recently a stitch of 5 inches in my 3-seater is lost.
                            I have booked the complaint to godrej customer care @ [protected] on 26th august 2017 and got the call number y[protected].
                            After a lapse of 4 days, i. E., on 30th august, 2017, 2 people came to my house and stated that complete leather need to be replaced with new one and it costs rs. 20000.
                            Though i asked him to just stitch the 5 inch gap, the service provider told it is not possible to stitch it.
                            Without sending estimation by your service centre, they simply closed the aforesaid call number given by service center and sent the closure sms from godrej helpline.
                            Subsequently, i contacted the helpline again and got a new call number y[protected] created on 4th sep, 2017 informing about non communication of quotation in order to take up repair work of sofa.
                            After receiving the second complaint by your helpline, they have simply sent an estimated cost of repairs to rs. 35660 without even contacting us.
                            For the purpose of stitching of 5 inches, is it justifiable to send such abnormal quotation?
                            This is nothing but exploitation of customer.
                            We want godrej top management team to look into this issue seriously and get this repaired by charging appropriate amount to stitch 5 inches
                            Besides initiating the stern action against the service centre incharge of hyderabad.

                              How much a 3 inches of stitch in a sofa would cost? Rs 100…. Rs 1000…. Okay Rs 5, 000. Are you kidding?! Godrej Interio service guy gave me the quotation of Rs 16, 926 for this work. This too after a month long follow up. I could have brought a local sofa repair person and done the work. However thought that Godrej would do a satisfactory job. The quotation was actually more than what I paid to this sofa.
                              I filed a formal complaint with Godrej Interio customer care centre as 4 year old two seater sofa began losing stitch. It was actually a very tiny issue. I filed complaint on August (2017) first week. There was no response later. When I called again I was told complaint was closed as I was not reachable. They again open the case and sent a ‘service man’. He charged Rs 350 as ‘inspection charge’ and took some pictures. Again there was silence. Customer care call centre gave local service provider’s number and washed its hand. After repeated follow ups and strong words, another person came, again to take pictures. By not stitch was opened upto 5- 6 inchers.
                              After this came the quotation of service charges as Rs 16924. Really disgusted with Godrej Interio

                                  I had gone to a godrej interio, jmd archade mg road gurgaon showroom with a very high expectation but unfortunately it was really a very bad experience.
                                  Its really a shame to see that such a brand name called "godrej interio" is being devaluled by the dealer

                                  We had ordered for a almirah with 7 doors and the money paid in full by advance for early delivery as requested by showroom head with order no soc-83514 dated 19/06/2017.

                                  They assured the delivery by the end of july. When i contacted them, they told me that it will take 1 more week but after so many false promises
                                  We did not get the delivery of said almirah till date.

                                  This is really shameful, even after two and half months of paying full payment, i am still waiting for delivery of the product.

                                  I mailed to godrej interio but no one is responding on that mail.

                                    No service after making payment of rs. 3700.

                                    I made a payment in may 2017 for amc contract with hicare - godrej group. Post which i must have called atleast 10 times for service request and other 10 times for complaining about the same and initiated a refund request.

                                    It is now almost 4 months that they are not responding to my complaint and releasing my money refund of rs. 3700.

                                    It is so ridiculous that such a renouned group can actually be so unsatisfactory in its performance towards customers.

                                      I have raised a complaint on this request 2 months back and as of now no one has resolved it, and the service people are postponing the things. Apart from this i am not sure how that quality maintained by this company, they were simply avoiding the things. We are continuously following up on this issue but no response. What is the use of purchase this with more cost. Can you please let us know how we can go further.
