I've booked godrej interio futter dressing table(Rs16399), floyedsingle bed(Rs16162), , geniss study table(Rs17188), dual magic matress(Rs9414)on26/2/17at M/s Harsitha enterprises, gajuwaka, visakhapatnam26 and paid advance Rs25000 Receipt no28927. On 23/3/17 showroom called me for balance payment and paid remainingRs 30404 Receipt no28959 on that day. On24th items delivered to my address but mattress not delivered & on delivery accknoledgement of dressing table customer name&ph.no found different.Informed to show room. On 25th, installation acknoledgment also name not changed.While informing godrej customer care, they told that dressing table & mattress not registered, so they are helpless. So far mattress not yet delivered after one month of booking and full payment also.

    We bought one Godrej Interio Almirah from Ghar Sansar - Rourkela, Odisha. The locks which are in it are very tight and very hard to lock it. So we have stopped putting the locks. The day they were fitting the Almirah that time only we told the technicians that it's very hard in putting the locks. They told us to use it and after few days it will be alright. But it's more than a month and still the same issues. The locker is totally not working. And it's a real pain now. We informed Ghar Sansar guys so many times but no response from them. We have the same Almirah in Bangalore but the locks are very smooth in that and if any issues happens the dealer immediately fixes it. But these guys are so pathetic. No one is turning up. I wanted to know why Godrej is harassing the customers like this. They took the money and now vanished. God only knows why Godrej is troubling us.

    These people are so pathetic no one turned up till now. Got the full payment so let the customer suffer. Then what's the use o[censored]sing Godrej products. Customer service is so bad.

      Hi,
      7 months back i purchased godrej swing 5 mattress 72*72 size. After 2 months only bidding stitching torned out and since last 5 months i am continuously following up with the distributor/dealer.

      I purchased that mattress from akea furniture shop and after complaining to him he gave me no. Of mr. Manjunath raj, who is concern person to replace that mattress but since last 5 months i am following up with him and everytime he is saying mattress will be replaced soon. But not yet replaced.

      Pathetically poor response.

        We have bought Gruvz King Bed in December and it has continous sound coming from it when we seat on it. We have complained the same to the dealer too but no action has been taken till date.
        It has been more than a week that we have complained about it in the Head Office too but noone seems have actioned anything.

        On having bought such a costly bed and having this problem is not at all expected and a company so large should always have a good customer support but i fail to see that in Godrej.

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I have purchased a Godrej slimline purple coloured almirah from Godrej interio showroom, Behala Chowrasta, Kolkata on 27th Feb'17 but I regret to inform that till date some portion of it has been delivered and the overhead portion is still not delivered as per the version of the lady representative of the showroom when I called her over phone after the delivery was done as I was unable to view the whole parts because of packing.Yesterday evening I also visited the showroom personally again and I was told by the lady representative that it will be delivered as soon as possible maximium within 2-3 days time but I requested her to arrange for delivery of the rest overhead portion of it buy today only as during the purchase I already requested her to complete the delivery & installation or fitting process by 10th March'17 as we will not be available for some days after that and she assured that it will be done much before that time.Now the lady representative is telling that the overhead portion is not ready and it will take more time for another 7 to 10 days and trying to convince me to allow for installation with the available portion and rest later. As the furniture is occupying a lot of space in my home in uninstalled position and I have decided to not to allow fittings or installation unless the whole portion is being delivered because already Iam harrased quite a lot and I no longer have the eargerness to buy any item from that showroom neither I would reccomend anyone unless my issue is solved immediately.I would request you to kindly intervene and solve the matter as soon as possible and your immediate action on this issue will be highly appreciated.

            I have bought sofa set (3+2) from steel craft Jamshedpur, a dealer of Godrej Interio on 23/10/16, when delivered I found 3 seater sofa's leg as defective, immediately I call to the dealer and file my complain they said whenever their people will visit our area they will fix it. I called them many times and send them pics of sofa also that its getting bend from front side, I received the same response from them. Today I, e on 27/02/16, some person came from the dealer and looked into the matter, they said they cant fix it as its sofas manufacturing defect, they will file complain to Godrej OEM, and Godrej people will come and fix it.
            Its been 4 months I bought it and by looking this type of customer support I decide to complain online, I am very old customer of Godrej product I does not had any problem earlier but this time it is. Please look into the matter and arrange for complete replacement of my sofa(3 seater only) 2 seater is fine.
            Hope to receive a feedback and solution of my problem .

              Loci interior, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi is the dealer for execution of the stated job (Qutation date 14.08.2016).In nutshell, every second day I was asked to do some alterations in the walls of my kitchen.The dimensions taken were incorrect. The supervision staff was not talented and the technicians were always in a hurry . They skip many important steps in the installation process, i.e. carcaas board was not fixed with fastners, the granite shelf is inclined ( 0 slope not maintained), Gaps in cabinet after closing cabinet doors, Drawers not moving smoothly, So many holes in the cabinets (Not covered with rubber blank). Above all, after execution of work, neither the dealer nor the company representative asked for customers feedback.I never thought of such a poor and pathetic customer support from a company of repute.The phos attached tells the whole story. I want someone from the company, not the dealer to visit my place and see what there dealers are delivering.

                Hello,
                I am from Nashik, bought one slide n store compact wardrobe from your authorized dealer usha trading.
                Unfortunately the assembly technician from you, is not done the assembly job properly. Sliding doors are very loose and gap observed after locking.
                I am not sure whether product is genuine or its a inexperienced assembly technician.
                Also doors are with big scratch.
                After complaining to your dealer, they are not committing anything to set it right.
                Their voice is, "we informed company, to replace the door, when it will come, we will let you know".
                I made a service request through your portal with SR call no.P[protected] on 143th Feb. But it got a sms it completed without visiting my address.
                Height of after sales service...

                As I have not hesitate to invest in a quality product, but got a lower quality product and b grade service.

                I request you to look into the matter and resolve this at earliest.

                Its almost one month passed, but I am about to get any support from Godrej Service. They are just lingering on the issue. The product is idle, occupying space in my room and not able to use it.

                  I have ordered four door wardrobe & product delivered here is different.. After 2 days product got delivered.. 3rd day technician turned up saying sir product gt delivered is different pls speak to ur showroom. Wen speaking to showroom they admit, it gt wrongly delivered.. We ll deliver correct product on Monday. After knowing mistake they are not willing to change immediately.. Very worst customer service from godrej..

                    We have ordered two pulse high back chairs and three ch7 chairs on dec 14, 2016 from maniraam marketing, godrej dealer. Entire payment was received as advance, promising 15 days delivery.
                    The chairs have not been delivered even after 57 days. When i visited the store yesterday, they promised delivery today morning, which they failed again.

                    We are very very dissatisfied with our experience with the godrej dealer. Such a terrible and ugly state of business affairs.

                      I had purchased a broadway sofa in oct relying on the brand name of godrej but unfortunately it has been a worst experience and I would not recommend any one to buy products from these cheats. They delivered a wrong part first and then requested for repacement. From then, They have delivered the same wrong part again and again for three times and still the sofa is lying incomplete in my house. I want the company to take back their product and refund the money.

                        We bought the table with 6 chairs from the Ernakulam, Kochi showroom about 5 years back.
                        At each corner, underside the frames are bolted to the leg through a typically shaped cast metal bloc. Two numbers have already broken by self. No load is applied on that, since it is a glass table.
                        It seems a natural failure. The cast metal piece is tightened with the leg using long bolts and a bending effect is there and the cast piece is not withstanding that and cracked .
                        I checked with your franchisee shops they are not able to help us. If needed I will send pictures.

                          We purchased 8 Chairs in Feb 2015 and now another 10 chairs in July 2016 .
                          Many of these started sinking down on their own from the position set by the users.
                          The dealer was informed who agreed to replace the piston at our cost for those not under guarantee and others free .Still to be done by them [ASHWIN ENTERPRISES-GURGAON] . We are chasing them and hope they will do .

                          Our main concern is that in the quality of GODREJ, well known, such thing should not have happened ??

Soon after the product was installed, within a week the front lock of the wardrobe got broken. Since then we are chasing with the sales executive who is passing the buck to the installer and vice versa.
                            Amazed to see such careless attitude from such a reputed company.

                              Sir from last six month my kitchen work is going really disappointed with the way of working n serviservice.no concern towards customers. Still work not completed. Damaged product was given to us at tym it was installed we complained several tym still not exchanged.nw they r saying person from godrej will cm n will exchange.worst finishing.every month they say it has been ordered.. warranty will be over in next six month.what type of service is this.we trusted it company by must say it employees r ruining ur name by giving this service.hw can I trust.nw they r saying person from godrej will cm n will see to it.pls send one from ur side I will show them them type of work n things they r doing on ur name.being a customer I m very much hurt by this after spending lakh on this.i want to talk to Mumbai head office.nw no more in u.p.pls mail me number if I all care fr ur. coustomers.

                                The first time we received they had a faulty part the replacement of which took more than a month and now that we received it it was also faulty. When asked for refund it is not possible. Now I am stuck with all my belonging scattered....

                                This is to bring to your notice that i have book a 3 door slimline locker pacific blue and mirror on 15/01/17 at andheri west store I was promised by my pandey the salesmen that it will be delivered on 26th jan 2017 or before 28th jan 2017.
                                I had to vacant the house where i use to stay beore 28th jan 2017. Now I have already shifted and still i have not received the products I visited on 31st jan 2017 at the store for enquiry and i was told it will be done before 2nd feb not received.
                                when i called up the store now they say it will be delivered on 4th feb 2017 and when I asked then for confirmation and assurance the employee arrogantly answered no assurance. IF I WANT TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT AND COMPLAINT THEY DONT CARE.
                                This type of costumer service representative is appointed by GODREJ shame on you guys.

                                  Its been 3 months i bought godrej furniture. The order is not been executed completely. First i recieved wrong parts, then after following up N number of times they sent wrong part again.Moreover they have damaged the dressing table for which i recieved body replacement but still waiting for the tecnician to come and fix.A very pathetic service by godrej. I will not recommend anyone to buy even a floor mat from godrej. At last am very disappointed with godrej. My replacement box is still lying in my hall.

                                    This has reference to my Modular Kitchen order booked on 15.10.2016 at the company’s authorized dealer M/s Dream Enterprises, 9 Mangalpuri, Ismailganj, Faizabad Road, Lucknow (photocopy enclosed). Even after 3.5 months from the time of booking the order has not yet executed completely. What is really shocking that neither the dealer nor the company of such a repute is least concerned about the completion of the order. This really puts a question mark on the monitoring system of the company, for which I had always a feeling that Godrej is one of the top companies of the country as far as the customer satisfaction is concerned based on my previous experience for other home appliances which I am already using.

                                    In spite of so many phone calls and personally visiting at the dealer outlet the company representative Mr. Govind Singh did not turn up even once neither during the execution of the work nor after the so called incomplete work i.e. on 22.01.2017. Due to lack of proper guidance and instructions, as per the requirements of the company, the plumbering work was dismantled and again fixed as per the company’s requirement. What I feel that this complete mess-up is due to Mr. Govind Singh who actually is not taking interest in the work of the company and is more interested in the allied works of the modular kitchen granite such as slab fitting, electrical and plumbering work etc. at different sites at a time leading to non-completion of the projects within a stipulated time frame and to the customer satisfaction.

                                    Since the company takes the full payment before the start of the work, the customer is helpless and has no choice except to make phone calls and request the dealer or the company representative for the timely execution of the work. In this regard I have a suggestion and it is up to the company to take it or not that full payment should not be taken at the time of booking and some amount from the dealer’s margin should be paid by the customer after the completion of the work to their satisfaction.

                                    Moreover on enquiring it was revealed that company representative Mr. Govind Singh is posted at the present place for the last 8 to 10 years. It seems that during this period Mr. Singh has formed his own set of people and along with them he is more interested in executing the allied works of the modular kitchen rather than paying attention to the actual work of the company.

                                    Now again coming to the point, one damaged door is yet to be changed and two shelves are yet to be installed in the modular kitchen so as to complete the 3.5 months old order. Kindly note that since the start of the installation work on 09.01.2017 till date i.e. 30.01.2017 Mr Govind Singh has not visited the site to check whether the work has been executed as per company standard or not and has not even taken the work completion report from me.

                                    Looking forward for an early solution of the above and hope that the incomplete work will be completed within a reasonable time frame.

                                      I purchased Godrej products mattress for their quality and assumed good after sales service. This carries guaranty of 10 years.keeping this in mind, we bought one Godrej mattresses on July 2016 from nala road, Patna. after one month black spot started in one place in mattress and spreaded across mattress. hence we registered our first complaint vide number X[protected] dtd. 12.11.2016. Your technician visited us kindly and assured a replacement within 3 days . Thereafter calls continued and one fine day on 07.03.2016, I received an email that the call is complete, without any change of mattress and they wil not change...I paid RS 20, 000 to buy this mattress and now this is waste for me.
