Godrej Interio — Poor service
मेरे भाई ने godrej interio, 2/11, W.H.S. Kirti Nagar, New Delhi (, Ph[protected],[protected] से Glaze Dinning Table और Six Novice Dinning chair पूरा पेमेंट करके[protected] को आर्डर बुक करवाया.(Order no-368052 and Receipt No-16478) मुझे स्टोर में ये बतलाया गया की कंपनी 4th week का समय लेती है प्रोडक्ट को डेलिवर्ड करने में लेकिन स्टोर अपनी तरफ से कोशिश करके 15-20 दिनों के अन्दर आपको आपका आर्डर दिलवा देगा. स्टोर के इसी विश्वास पर मैंने कीर्ति नगर से अपना आर्डर बुक करवाया.आज 18 दिन बाद भी मेरे आर्डर का कुछ पता नहीं है. हेल्प डेस्क से पूछने पर सिर्फ इतना ही पता चलता है की टेबल अभी मेनिफेक्चुरिंग हब में ही है. Store Chief Mr. Vinay, Mob.No-[protected] कॉल रिसिव नहीं कर रहे. मुझे अपना आर्डर कैंसिल करने के बारे में जानना है लेकिन कुछ भी पता नहीं चल रहा है. मुझे दीपावली से पहले अपना आर्डर किया हुआ प्रोडक्ट चाहिए था. पूरा पेमेंट करने के बाबजूद बिल्कुल कंपनी के ऊपर निर्भर हूँ.क्या कंपनी मेरे मदद करेगी.

    I had purchased a sofa set vida 1 str: burgandy and vida 3 str: 51;cafferia coffee table: red, loretta dining table and radiance dining chairs (Ssix) from starline enterprises, bistupur, jamshedpur. Invoice no.: 000266, dated 21/10/2014. I had been trying to invoke attention to this complain since may 2015 that the aforesaid chairs that i had purchased have tattered and damaged leather and upholstery but i haven't got any response as yet and finally on 19th october, 2016, one technician of the company had visited and denied to look into the matter. I believe that i've been given an inferior quality product which was unexpected by a company of such stature.
    The conduct of your dealer was also rude. We've been very old customers and have been buying products from your company since many years. I expect that you look into the matter.

      Godrej interio showrooms in Bangalore have very very poor customer service. Product demo is very bad. Customers are made to wait for more than half an hour and not a single representative turns up to guide the customer inside the showroom. Customers are just neglected. Hardly 2-3 demo pieces of furniture are present in the showroom and the rest are shown in the book.

      Also, online queries are at answered at all.

        Sir/madam,
        I have a microwave convection oven brought from godrej company one year back, my convection and grill was not working, i placed a repair request to godrej via online in the website handyhome. A service executive named yuvaraj came for service and told me that the grill coil above the oven is burnt and need to be replaced, he also availed an inspection charge of rs.345. He also added that oven will be repaired as soon as possible as the grill coil burnt should be replaced and it takes time to deliver after its order. My bill number is 19323. This was happened 3 weeks before and still now no response. It has been mentioned in the bill that the inspection charge is valid only for 1 month. This is my issue, please help me in this case.

          My Godrej Refrigerator Model NO. RD EDGE PRO PD 6.2/ 2015 190 litre colour Lush Wine Refrigerator compressor sound is very high i distributed this refrigerator compressor sound any time I feel very unhappy about this problem and refrigerator seller cheats me. I complaints more times but my problem not solve by company Godrej Company Refrigerator are very bad.

            Dear sir,
            I had booked order through home eligance faridabad for 3 units of 800mm x2 ohu units for fixing above my kreation almirah.
            The dealer have included the 3 sets of wall mounting stiffners also with the order which were not required as the dealer knew the complete requirements nor asked from my end.
            Today during the installation i came to know about this goo[censored]p.
            I called mr. Malhotra at home eligance faridabad and informed about this wrong order booking and excess supply/excess payment, his answer were let us see, on my insisting thay you should find the solution because its a mistake from your end and why i will pay for this unwanted parts/ materials. On this he was totally rude in his discussions saying that do i return money over phone.. You can complaint to... Ealier also his approach were not customer friendly.

            Also i have not received the tax invoice against the materials delivered against my order no 3678 booked on 18.06.16 and 3758 dated 12.09.16. Pls arrange the same.
            Pls get these excess materials picked up back and refund the amount. What will a customer do with these unwanted parts??

              I had purchased 1 no. Eudora n15 bedside table and 1 no. Eudora n15 dressing table from godrej interio vikhroli outlet on 29/09/2016 under sales order no. 172771 & invoice no. 75i / 25006772 which was delivered to me on 30/09/2016. Installation team have partially assembled the above items on 03/10/2016 under service order no. 140738 but could not complete the same as the top panel of bedside table and top sitting panel of dressing table stool were defective. I have been following godrej interio salesman mr. Imran and marketing personnel ms. Dakshata bamne over telephone as well as by email to replace the same and complete the assembly of these items but they have not yet resolved this issue. Now their salesman mr. Imran stopped attending my calls. Whenever i call him he is either busy with other customer or he is not on seat.

              So far nobody have come to replace the faulty panels despite my several emails and telephone calls. Both the bedside and dressing table stool are lying partially assembled since 3rd October 2016. We can not use them.
              Despite my several emails and telephone calls they have not yet attended my complaint.
              Purchase atheno plus sofa 1 year back, now legs of a sofa started bending. Please attend to it

                The matter is still unresolved. Whenever i contact the sales executive of godrej brabourne road showroom namely tamal sengupta he did not receive my phone calls.

                Under this circumstances, let me know that how long it will take to resolve the mater as i have not been able to use the keration 450 due to incomplete delivery of wardrove handles and fitting of dresser's drawer (3rd row).

                It may be noted that order no. 408321, invoice no:80i / 24228519, invoice date : 12.09.2016.

                  I purchased a godrej kreation 450 from brabourne road, kolkata, w. B. Bearing above mentioned order no & invoice no. With date but the above delivery has been sent to my address in a incomplete manner such without wardrove handles and fitting problem of dresser's 3rd row drawer due to which myself as well as my family are not using the above product.

                    Since the day of installation, It has a lock issue. Lock is not properly set or the material itself is bad. Last 6 months onwards several times, me and my spouse try to reach Interio to address the issue but all our efforts gone to vain. Honestly it is horrifying and painful support. Each and every time we call Interio service center gives a vendor number who looks all the support activity. The person name is Aritra Samanta and to me he is very irresponsible and very casual in his work. He is not bother pick the phone or calls you back; better to say he never try to fix the issue on time. When I call Godrej interio they always tell my issue will be resolved in next day but no one appears to fix the issue. It is running for last 5-6 months. I am truly frustrated.
                    Now seems to me I made a big mistake by purchasing this big brand name. Requesting Godrej interio management to change this kind of third party partnership else they will lose the trust and confidence of common people.
                    If the person wont get after sales service during warranty time then it is really down the impression of big brand as well; gradually company will lose market share as well.

                      I had purchased a victoria coffee table from your indiranagar, bangalore showroom in november 2015. The table delivered in december 2015 was damaged. Susequent replacement of the same were also in damaged condition. Finally after repeated calls to the showroom they agreed to exchange the table for a filing cabinet in august 2016. I went to the showroom and they asked me to pay an amount of rs.11091.00, being the difference between amount between the table and the cabinet. (Cabinet - 21401.00- table - 10310.00 =11091.00) the amount was paid by me on 10.08.2016. But when a week later the cabinet was delivered the rate of the cabinet on the bill was given as rs.19706.00, resulting in claiming an excess amount of rs1695.00 from me. When i contacted the showroom, they accepted their mistake and agreed to courier the excess amount cheque in a week's time. But i have not received the cheque till date. I have been trying to contact the sales persons at the showroom for the past one month, but the calls are never answered and now for the past week the meesage i get is that the phone is "switched off".
                      I am totally shocked and irked by the behaviour of your employees at the showroom. Firstly they are not aware of the correct rates of the godrej products and charge me in excess of the actual price and then refuse and do not bother to refund the amount. This is a totally unacceptable service and total disregard for a loyal customer from a company like godrej. I hope that this matter will be taken up on a priority and will be resolved soon. I am not asking you to pay out of your pocket, all i want is my money back, that which you have taken it wrongly.

                        I had bought a study table from godrej interio showroom in model town, panipat. The date of booking was september 3, 2016. I had previously seen the table on august 30, 2016, and on inquiring about when the table can get delivered, i was given a date that seemed too long for me. The reason for the delay was cited as the table being too much in demand. I showed my disinterest on that account, as i needed the table on an urgent basis. But when i went back to the showroom on september 3, i was told by the owner that the table can get delivered in "7 to 10 days". I booked the table then, believing that this promise will be kept. On the tenth day, however, my husband called them to ask about the status of the delivery. (Please note that they should have given a call to their customer who has been given a word.) i was told that it will be delivered in 2-3 days.
                        When the table was not delivered even on 18th, which was the fifth day after the previously mentioned call, we called them. Both my and my husband's calls were ignored (I'm not claiming intentionally, but i do have a reason to believe so as we had been calling them several times). On 19th september, 2016, my husband went to their showroom, where he was assured it will be delivered by evening.
                        Now the table got delivered on 19th evening (A fortnight after the booking, and that too un-apologetically). But there were two tiny dents and a scratch on the body. I accepted the delivery, even with those deformities. I must mention here that the study table is a product of engineered wood, and it might be needed to assemble. However it was delivered to me in one piece (Already assembled in the store, i guess).
                        On 19th night, i tried to open the desk extension, but i suspect something is wrong with either the hydraulic support rod of the extension or its hinge, as it created a severe dent and chipped off the corner of the extension. I immediately shot a call to the store, but as it was well after store hours, i held my patience till the next morning. On 20th morning, i called them and i was assured that "a person will be sent to have a look at it either today or tomorrow". On 21st september, after waiting till afternoon, i called them only to receive the answer that "the person who i had to send to you is busy, and i will be send him tomorrow morning." i insisted that i want it done today, as i knew that he will take another day to either repair the damage or replace the part. On my insisting, the store owner assured me that he will send the concerned person today. But i received a call at 6:43 pm, saying that "the person is not yet free, and he will definitely come tomorrow morning".

                        My grievances are as follows:
                        1. Wrong commitment of delivery date.
                        2. Delayed delivery.
                        3. Delivery of damaged product.
                        4. Delay in addressing replacement/ repair of product.

                          New mattress delivered with so many dates with manufacture defect which shopkeeper accepted. Another mattress was suppose to get delivered on 31aug. After that again a new delivery date received 10th sep. Received call from mr vikas snr sales godrej he will deliver on 20sep still no sign of delivery. Fake commitment senior and his worker dhiren doing.

                            I have purchased 1 steel almirahs from jmd regent arcade showroom, gurgaon on 6th sept 2016.
                            Their are two scrates on the front door of the almirah. I had notices this on the day when your technician came to assemble the almirah. I had put this comment in his order order, 2 days back another guy from godrej interio came and he did some touch up on the scratches but the scratches were visible even after the touch up, he said wait for 1 day till the spray drys.
                            Scratches and touch up work is clearly visible, see the attachement.
                            I had raised this complaint with godrej interio customer care but till today i haven't received any call/mail on this issue.

                            I thought godrej intro stands for it's brand name and after sales server but i seems like it's another local brand who deliver defected item to customer and refuse to provide any after sale service. As i had mentioned earlier as well, i didn't pay for defected item. Either fix it or take the item and return the money.

                            Can you please resolve this issue asap.

                              Sir, this is a central govt. Office and we had procured two nos. Of godrej 4dr mlfc 3 ft prgr c/w mtl - 2 nos fro m/s godrej & boyce mfg. Co ltd, abids, hyderabad telangana vide tax invoice no. 82i/24108959 & 82 i/ 24108966 amounting to rs. 35757/- each and total amount of rs. 71514/- paid. But these items are received in very unused condition and immediately compliant lodged with customer care centre toll no. [protected] for replacement of these items . Two complaints have been lodged - y[protected] and y[protected] . But no action taken so far.

                              Take action immediately for replacement/repayment as the items are not in working condition.

                                We have placed an order for modular kitchen. After 2 months I made the final payment. and it was assembled, The size taken by the local distributor was wrong and hence had to remove wall tiles, They didn"t fit some fittings which they kept lying there. Upon several phone call from us they sent someone and took back the fittings telling us that those were not required.I want the full list of fittings provided by the company against my purchase and why tiles were broken without asking as because it was their fault in taking measurement.

                                  We purchased a wardrobe which came in with a broken locker. The person who turned up for assembling informed us that it has to be sent to the factory to be fixed. We have been following up for the last 40 days, and no action has been taken yet.
                                  What is annoying is that they are shameless enough to demand Rs. 60000/- by cash, instead of a cheque, and provide such pathetic service in spite of prompt payment.
                                  I hope this matter is looked into at the earliest, otherwise, this would be escalated to higher authorities on grounds of mental discomfort. Rs. 60000 is not a small amount, and we do not like to see a half-assembled wardrobe lying bare in our bedroom for a month and a half!

                                      We had purchased recliner sofa single seater about two weeks ago against ordert no. 988525 and invoice no.75I/21191287 dated[protected]. your delivery agency delivered assembled sofa without any packing materials .This weekend we are shifting to new house and we require the packing materials for transport urgently without any cost.It is a serious lapse on the part of show room people who are telling us when we contacted them that we should contact the service center and get the packing materials after paying them when we have already paid Rs 52128 for the nautica recliner .Are not we entitled to get packing materials along with the sofa when we have paid for it.

                                      I was purchased 2 pillow from Goodrej interio tobin road Dunlop show room on 17th August. But they delivered the goods on this week & the goods are not matched with the ordered description. They are totally cheated me. So it is requested to please investigate & take an action against them otherwise they will cheats others also.

                                        We Bought a glass top dining table from Godrej Interio Pune in 2013 and this is the third time the leg has come out. With a 6 month old baby moving around and husband not in town, its a very dangerous thing. Thought Godrej furnitures are best. I just want to get rid of this one so please help.. Still waiting someone to come and fix but no sign yet.
