I purchased a godrej kreation 450 from brabourne road, kolkata, w. B. Bearing above mentioned order no & invoice no. With date but the above delivery has been sent to my address in a incomplete manner such without wardrove handles and fitting problem of dresser's 3rd row drawer due to which myself as well as my family are not using the above product....

I have purchased 1 steel almirahs from jmd regent arcade showroom, gurgaon on 6th sept 2016.
Their are two scrates on the front door of the almirah. I had notices this on the day when your technician came to assemble the almirah. We have placed an order for modular kitchen. After 2 months I made the final payment. and it was assembled, The size taken by the local distributor was wrong and hence had to remove wall tiles, They didn"t fit some fittings which they kept lying there. Upon several phone call from us they sent someone and took back the fittings telling us that those were not required.I want the full list of fittings provided by the company against my purchase...

We purchased a wardrobe which came in with a broken locker. The person who turned up for assembling informed us that it has to be sent to the factory to be fixed. We have been following up for the last 40 days, and no action has been taken yet.
What is annoying is that they are shameless enough to demand Rs. 60000/- by cash, instead of a cheque, and provide such pathetic service in spite of prompt payment.

We Bought a glass top dining table from Godrej Interio Pune in 2013 and this is the third time the leg has come out. With a 6 month old baby moving around and husband not in town, its a very dangerous thing. Thought Godrej furnitures are best. I just want to get rid of this one so please help.. We were committed that our product would be delivered by Monday.. it is thursday today and we still havent got any confirmation from the showroom in pune sadhu vaswani chowk. Every time we call to find the status of the delivery they say "5 minutes we are loading the product".
Very rude and shrewd employees at the showroom, while buying the product they commit something and after paying the commitment is not fulfilled....

I had purchased a Dining table 2 years back. I had lot faith in Godrej Product and the brand name.

But I am very dissapointed to tell you that I feel cheated with the product I got from Godrej. I am not able to believe that Godrej having such a big brand value and has been manufacturing such a high quality product has been manufacturing such a poor and low quality product.

I registered a complain with Godrej on 20.07.2016 no x[protected] . A mechanic from your Motihari, Bihar division visited on 26.07.2016 and said that compressor is not working. I gave him a copy of cashmemo & guarantee card. Then he informed that guarantee is not covered because the product number was not mentioned. So I sent required paper. The Motihari agency(name of the person is Shamsher ) now says that I need to pay Rs 6500 for the repair....

After that no action. Now more than one month passed. Followed lot of time with them. Complained on their tweeter account also. But no response. I had purchased a pure leather sofa set from godrej interio, Kolkata.

I was told that the leather will never get spoilt and is very long lasting. Unfortunately, the leather is now cracking and tearing. I did not expect this after shelling out around 70K on a sofa set.

Earlier also the sofa had issues with its cushioning. But now this looks ridiculous that I have a torn sofa in my drawing room.br...
