I have paid a/c payee cheque to Maverick, Ranchi authoried deler of Godrej interio for modular Kitchen on 8th january. As per the MOU he should have installed the kitchen by 8 th March. How ever in mid feburary I came to know that some dispute is going on between dealer and company about licence expirey and my order was not placed to company. How ever with my continued request and pressure my order was placed with some advance amount and accepted by Ms Godrej. they requested that kitchen will be supplied by 15 th April.Now Kitchen is ready to be supplied but MS Godrej is not releasing the kitchen as dealer is not paying the balance amount. Dealer is out of reach not able to be traced. Representatives of Ms Godrej are not supporting in this matter as they are now saying that dealers licence expired on 31 st december. In this regard my view is that How consumer will know that dealer licence has expired as that time it was flashing on the internet that MS maverick is authorised dealer of Godrej and in fact after my concern it was withdrawn from internet. NowI want my money back .

Godrej Interio — Defective pieces supplied

Big cracks are found in the bed as well as dressing table while it is delivered to me on 17/04/2016 by Godrej interior, Midnapore Branch. I am already informed it to the manager of Midnapore branch with a video.

      Hi

      I am anurag singh bought a parto sofa in 10th novemebr 2015, within 2 months automatically leather is getting tear down. I have put a request in january in your service centre, one of your executive came and taken picture but after that nothing has happened, again in february they have taken the picutre and till now nothing has happened.

      Naresh the service manager in hyderabad keep giving me a new date, since february. He is giving the silly excuses like problem in transportation service from godrej, truck got brokedown and yesterday he was saying that the replcement given by godrej was defective. I am really fedup witht he behaviour and attitude of godrej and their customer care also not responding properly

        I complain earlier to the forum. Still the modular kitchen remain unfinished. No action is taken by godrej interio as well as comsumer complaint.
        . 95% of the payments is done on 21/12/15.. I complian to the customer care of godrej interio for not completing the work for more than 7 month. Mr souumic sanet khan took initiative to complete but still it is not completed. The colour of the modular kitchen we choose was top unit silicon silver and floor unit adventure red.. They fitted different colour which we do not ask for and do not want. My repeated requested went in vein. I am 62 years old, i had mild heart attack in tension as repeated request is rejected by many lame excuse. I want a compensation of rs80000/-as i) interst of my money ii) for not giving the colour we choose during the order my transport charge from my present to rajarhat newtown at my new flat where the modular kitchen is to be completed.. And the medical expanses for my heart attack. - thanking you in anticipation

          Hi I am Dhananjay sawalkar I have purchased dining table from godrrj interio on 14 Feb 16 receipt no 255338 and order confirmaction no 414490 I got delivery but for last 2 weeks I have called customer care no 4 times also called to vikroli sales office twice from where I have purchased it but no body turned up and not even single call ** very negligent attitude about customers pl send assembling person immediately

              We have booked one double bed, one single bed and one dressing table since 30 days back and yesterday after repeated reminder we had getting all these. Today your persons setting the same and confirm that one dressing table is wrongly delivered to me which is does not match as per my order. Again require 15 days more for deliver it. Where as now we have only 6 days left for Grihapravesh of my new set up., for where we have deliver it. What can I do now ?

              Now please see your poor service., I do not understand how can you provide this type of fake business where a person does not think about it twice. I am really very annoyed and disappoint of your service.

              Booked the materials at Tobin Road., B.T.Road, Kolkata showroom.

              Now I want to the said goods as early as possible.

                I had purchased a bed and almirah from manchanda enterprises banga, punjab, 144505 on dated may, 2014.From the very first day there is a dent behind the almirah and i had told the same to merchant and he told that he will resolve the issue on urgent basis but there is no action taken so far.After six months there is another issue regarding the bed in which the rod inside the bed got broken and nuts of one side opened and we are unable to use bed .After so many reminders and personal visit to manchanda enterprises there is nothing happen to close my complaint.

                I request to authorities to take expedite action otherwise i will open the door of consumer court with harassment issue.

                I am sorry to say how can service issue is pending from long in such a big company.
                I hope you understand my issues and will take appropriate action against shopkeeper.

                  Dear Team,

                  I have made the payment for the modular kitchen at one of you authorized dealer Dream enterprises 9 Mangalpuri, Ismailganj, Faizabad Road, Above SBI Bank Lucknow (Uttarpradesh) TIN No. [protected] and made the initial payment of Rs. 10000 in Feb’16 and Rs. 110000 vide receipt no. 122 on 20th March 2016.

                  They have confirmed that the installation work would start from 26th march’16 but despite repeated reminders and call to the sales guy Govind (Mobile number -[protected]) the unit has not been delivered and installed till 29th March 2016.

                  Once the SMS has been sent to Govind regarding the pathetic service provided by him the unit got delivered yesterday evening but no installation done.

                  I have tried contacting him on phone but he has not responded nor bothered to call back.

                  Such behavior from the authorized dealers and their employee disrepute the company and tarnish the image.

                  This is one of the worst experience I have had with a company like Godrej hope which excels in customer service.

                  I am bleeding and suffering post paying Rs. 120000 and bound to suffer more as paid almost the full payment in advance.

                  The experience that I had with Godrej is simply PATHETIC.

                    I raised a service request N[protected] to assemble my wooden bed as I recently shifted my house from Mumbai to Bangalore.

                    The representative called me today i.e. after 3 days of my request. I informed me about my requirements and he said he will check his office and revert back. However, in the evening I am getting a sms stating my request is closed.

                    Could you please investigate the matter and provide a solution at the earliest.

                      I have purchased godrej A/C on 8/4/15 M/s Nandilath G Mart, Near Karamana Bridge, Kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram.I have registerd a complaint of not working of A C, on 9/3/16. Two days later your technician came and inspected and found that the complaint is about Fan in the outer unit, and said the spare part is out of stock . Since then I contiounously contacted the technician and your office at Thiruvananthapuram. Their reply is that the spare part is out of stock. The A C is most useful time and i am not being able to use this. This kind of your service is very pity. How much more have I to wait for your kindness ?.

                        Made a purchase of Godrej Storewell (M3) @ Saravana Furnitures, G.N.Chetty Road, Chennai on 30th Mar'16. I've been facing so many issues ever since I made payment at the counter and still (at 12.50 Pm now on 01st April) it is not unpacked and attended to by Godrej Technicians. Issue 1: After making payment at the Counter, the sales person (Kothanda Raman) who showed and confirmed the stock of M3 - Pacific Blue, asked to take another colour as the stock of Pacific Blue not available. Stock availability confirmation given by him at the time of demo. Issue 2: Inspite of repeated reminders, was delivered on at 9.00 pm on 31st Mar'16. Issue 3: Kothanda Raman asked to send the address details (though I've provided at the counter) through SMS to him. Again after some time, he asked to send the same to One Mr.Janaki Raman (of Godrej). But he never bothered to acknowledge / confirm. Again today morning sent SMs for unpacking and assembling which he confirmed to send before 12.00 noon today. None visited so far. Issue 4: Since today morning, have been constantly receiving calls from different different persons from Godrej. Everytime from one person asking for address, landmark and contact details (which I clearly and in a very detailed message provided everything in the first instance itself and again 5 SMS so far).. Constantly annoying with phone calls but none turned up so far. Very worst Service system and Pathetic communication system which I never expected from the companies like Godrej..Technician has not turned up So far. But, I don't know what are the other problems and annoyance which I'm going to face once the product is unpacked and during the process of assembling by the technician.
                        (One more thing: The delivery person, from Saravana Stores also demanded more money over and above what is specified in the delivery slip. This is not the first time experience which I've from Saravana Furniture). I suggest you all, don't go in for Godrej Products from Saravana Furniture / Stores. Godrej Service Network is also equally as bad as Saravana.

                          I requested to repaint one storewell steel almira purchased on 01101990, thr.[protected] and[protected] call no.K[protected] on 26032016.
                          Yr. person vide no. [protected] denied to do the job as I live at Howrah. I like to submit that my residence falls few seconds drive from NABANNA and just on Kona highway 80 seconds drive from Vidyasagar setu Toll gate.
                          Further I'm surprised to hear their lorry will not cross Ganga.Is Godrej not for Howrah people? Please let me know.

                            Forget about customer satisfaction, godrej kitchen has to go long way to avoid at least customer anger.
                            1. I booked godrej kitchen from antique kitchens enterprises, pune in dec 2015 and till date (Mar 2016) the installation is not complete. At the time of booking, they assured me that it would complete by 1st week of feb 2016.
                            2. As per godrej contract, customer have to pay 80% amount at the time of order and remaining after completion. However their executive purposefully place order of surplus items knowing at time of installation customer have no other option but to cancel surplus items.
                            This way they are able to use 100% or more than 100% amount of the items actually they have installed in kitchen.
                            3. Godrej unit comes in some fix sizes, some times though these units can not be installed in your kitchen due to size constraint, they do not tell you the problem upfront at the time of booking. At the time of installation then they go for nasty jugad. In my case at time of installation i have no option but to cancel metal boxes and go for non godrej plywood boxes. Due to this your kitchen furniture design go for toss.
                            4. Godrej do not give you item wise price so at the time of cancellation of items they deduct the amount which is much lesser than what they charged you at the time order.
                            5. They do not have proper grievance redressal system.
                            6. Their technician working style is very slow, not punctual, you have to take a lot of follow up with them and even spend lot of time with them otherwise they would install items by using all possible types of jugad. I would say in this case even government department score better than them.

The same product for installation came on 11/03/2016 and found main door damaged, same has been informed in written to your representative.

                              I am unable to understand the process, now it's more than a month, I am unable to use household product for day-to-day...

                              Bought a godrej fridge on 10/05/2015 from national electronics, jamshedpur. My bill got lost during house repairing. Requesting dealer for duplicate bill since three months but the dealer is not helping because they say ther is no record. If this is the service of godrej then i will appeal to all customers not to go for any godrej product.

                                  It's website even contains a virus.

                                  It is NOT AT ALL interested in quality or service anymore.

                                  For example :

                                  One Mr. Harish Kumar and Mr.Anil kumar of Godrej, Ernakulam branch are cancelling complaints about Refrigerators after 24 hours, without actually attending to the faults of the customers.

                                  The customer is at a loss to contact anyone to get his appliance repaired.

                                  IF you buy Godrej, be assured of "NO SERVICE"

                                  They will just cancel your complaint and no one will ever know.

                                  NO service has been given in 12 days (and is continuing to be neglected)
                                  in the heat of summer, without refrigerator please imagine how a customer must be suffering.
                                  Please solve immediately.
                                  Today also a technician informed that he had the freezer and would install it.
                                  He even asked the route to my house which i explained clearly.
                                  When he didn't show up till evening i called him and he said he had no information and no freezer was given to him.
                                  This is the second time they are informing that they have freezer to be installed and not showing up.
                                  If the freezer has come for my complaint please ask your people to deliver it and install it asap.

                                    I had purchased a godrej orthomatic regular matress on 12.04.2016 from authorised dealer of godrej interio named :- glory furnishers pvt. Ltd. " neer " 1st floor, 62 new g.T road, uttarpara, hooghly, ph[protected].

                                    The price of godrej orthomatic regular mattress is rs. 13800
                                    Money receipt no - 9678 & delivery challan no - 8904.
                                    The matress is under 5 years warranty.

                                    Issues :- the bobblings has occurred all over the matress.

                                    Complaint made to dealer :- poor response.

                                    Complaint made to godrej & boyce mfg. Co. Ltd. :- poor response.

                                    Matress need to be replaced.

                                      I purchased a queen size bed on 8th Jan and till date the fitting work has not been done properly. Nearly two months are over and inspite of following almost on a daily basis with the customer service team, they have been giving excuses and delaying the work. I am totally fed up of Godrej's poor customer service in Ranchi.
