Sorry to say, pathetic after sales service...we bought a wardrobe from one of Interio showroom in Hyderabad and it has been over 8 days and not got the delivery yet. We had tough time to even the showroom and helpdesk numbers, no one picks up the call and if someone picks up they have no clue of the business. Please please...in a competitive world...such attitude doesn't help! please up ur socks! I'm still awaiting my wardrobe though aand be assured this will be my last product from Godrej!...you will be better selling Soaps than furniture!

The bottom glass plate of my dining table(DUSTON) has broken down, itself from last five months. And it is not resolved till today though several complaints has been given. Moreover the sales representative is not responding.kindly take suitable action at the earliest.

Hope your life is good after creating mess in your customer's life.

I am investing my precious time to make you people awake and make godrej realize what you have done.

It really feels bad that a good brand godrej which now i feel is a worst brand.

Even after purchasing goods from your shop for worth rs 175000 approx, you people are not serious to help your customer.

Good thing - i got the delivery of the products on time within 48 hours and got good assistance from one godrej consultant ankit while purchasing things.

But after that things got worst.

I regret why i visited your shop to purchase things.

I purchased a complete sofa set, complete dining table, double bed, dressing table, center table, puffins, mattress, corner table and caferia coffee table.

I invested my hard earned money but your brand took me for granted.

Issues started (Not a single issue rather multiple issues)-

1- defective caferia coffee table delivered. I kept quite lodged a complaint in your customer support team. Kept on following up, didn't used this product and today 26 dec again the delivered product was a defective one. The technician who visited the place to assemble just said sorry for the inconvenience and was feeling bad that sorry sir.

The day i purchased all these things my relative said we had a bad past experience with godrej and specially this caferia coffee table.

Still i bought this (Caferia coffee table and corner table)

Even after the complaint second time i received a defective piece.

Do explain me why this happened???

Till then i didn't used this defective crap product expecting soon my product would be replaced.

I paid for this and till date i am struggling and today 26 dec when i got the delivered product the moment godrej technician opened the sealed pack replacement he was also shocked to see a defective replacement.


2 - the puffies rather defective puffies are not replaced till date even after a complained lodged within 24 hours of the delivery.


3 - the double bed i purchased is fine but the mattress within use of 1 month are crying saying dear customer why did you purchased me? The mattress have shrunk and again after the complaint no resolution provided.


Team godrej treat this my final warning.

I am going to tell my family relatives and friends never to trust your brand.

I am going to publish this on social media and will file a case of cheating and harassment against godrej.

Please give me a justification why you guys did this.

My suggestion - please close your brand because a normal shopkeeper gives a better service than you.

Take these defective crap products from my place and refund back my money.


I was thinking that am a happy customer that i trusted your brand. Dear godrej team thanks for making me feeling regret on my choice of choosing godrej.

I have called dhanbad based sales executive manoj about 10 times for catalouge related to office furniture items but the person told me that he is sending the required catalouge through mail 5 days ago but till date i have not received the mail. So i called him today that you haven't sent me the mail, then he told that first you give us the requirment list the we will sent you the catalouge. Is this possible that without seeing the exact photos how can i choice any item i need.

Sir on 22/12/15 got delivery & fitted on 23-12-15 partially and left rest as parts were not ok drwer has very sharp edge to hurt fingers

Dear concern, we have booked one unit almirah on 18th December 2015, at Kolkata store address : 93SR8K. With 1000/- but due to some reason we don't want to take it, and asking the store to refund back the money, now they are saying Godrej does not have such facility to refund booked amount. I am least bother about your process, but I want my money back. As the money receipt given it was not mentioned any where so as the sales consult tent did not told any such information. Response - We do not take any responsibility as the Damages and defects have taken place after 1 year of installation.
Desired Resolution : Replacement of damages or Payment of Damages false claims and Cheating.

I want to understand that I spend around 1.5 lac in my godrej modular kitchen trusting the godrej and hettich brands are these brand too fraud or pathetic that the quality of material will not work beyond 1 year. the kitchen damages and pics have been uploaded below. See below :

1) The Hettich Stain less steel channels which are full with stain and do not operate now.
2) Soft Closure Claims of Channel is false.
3) The Godrej Cabinet are looking like they have got termite or water inside them all torn away apart see images.
4)The Channel cabinet has fallen apart as the material fixing was not done in appropriate manner see image below.

I request your support to get this issue resolved now, not only for my self but to teach the false dealer and companies which are cheating people and do not care for the money paid to them by consumers. I feel cheated by godrej.

Product delivered after two months given a panel unit which is broken Leg cannot stand even one door was not there again a door came after 15 days then Technician came after 7 days they could not fit that so they that product in that way for more than one month very very worst service. I would like to suggest every one not to buy any product from Godrej interio

We has booked a modular kitchen through Godrej agency in Kolkata in 2014-contact person Mr Sowmya contact no [protected].After relentless follow up they installed the kitchen in September and that to with the design which we had not chose.I again followed up and In October it was rectified with some of the RED DOOR cabinets not being the proper dimension.I was confirmed this would be changed during the 01st week of November and after relentless follow up its being told after 20th Nov.Also with the Cabinet the Chimney was to be installed-which was a part of the package and till date its not been installed.My Sowmya contact no [protected] refuses to pick up the phone and today I called 20 times and he says he is HELPLESS please contact so and so. Purchased mattress on 19 Feb 2015. Size 1981*1524*125mm 78*60*05xxace. With in six months it started to be pressed from one side and it is on both side. Looks like manufacturing defects. Send mail to customer care no response after 1 month I am writing here

Have buied the refrigerator top model... just 2 years back and I hv invested around 2000 for its repairing.. it is the fridge that provide 10 years compressor warranty.. but now compressor is not working.. and another 1500 has to wasted for its repair... I think going for godrej was my big mistake...

I have given complaint no B[protected] on 28 Oct 15. The service providers person came and checked my complaint and said we will receive estimate for work. He had collected Rs. 350/- as inspection charges. He didn't asked for secrete code. Without attending my complaint, today I received sms saying my complaint is solved. It's ridiculous

We have purchased 3 door cupboard from your company. We were provided with locker after 40 days..which is a faulty piece it has a gap which is completely a wrong piece
We took this from your showroom opposite R city mall in Ghatkopar East.
Let us know which other details required since after complaining in showroom no corrective action has been initiated.

What a superb racket Sanpada service center.

First day one person comes and charges regular visiting fee of Rs.375/- says that there is gas leakage. 2nd next person comes and says gas leakage but I don’t know how to repair. Why did they send him even?
3rd day 3rd person comes and says that there is gas leakage and also compressor failure...

Wow Godrej, how much is your cut in this deal of cheating people???? Do we all have to undertake refrigerator repair just because we are ignorant?

Hi, My Name is Bikash Paul. I stay in Kolkata, Genexx valley, Joka. I purchased a Godrej 3 Door Slimline with Mirror and OHU on 12th Oct 2015. Before purchasing i inquired with the showroom if the product is readily available and if it can be delivered and fitted within 16th Oct 2015. Showroom confirmed that the Almirah will be delivered and fitted within 16th but the OHU will take time. Based on the agreement i purchased a Godrej 3 Door Slimline with Mirror along with the OHU unit. Product was delivered a day after after many followups. The service guy came a day after and tried to fit the almirah. There were missing parts and due to which shelves and locker couldn't be fitted. The mirror wasn't delivered with the almirah as well. To make things worst, the main door turned out to be faulty. Because the main door turned out to be faulty, the other two doors wouldn't close. Complaint was raised to replace the door, to deliver the missing parts including the mirror and two extra shelves were ordered. Today is 26th. I received a call from the delivery guys that my door will be delivered today. But no one has any news of the missing parts. Neither the showroom nor the service center. Its 14 days past my purchase and still no response or any efforts to get this working. Neither the Service Center nor the showroom is helpful. No one has any news when the OHU will be delivered. I am fed up with this whole incident of contacting several people as if it's my headache to get the Almirah installed. I want a refund immediately for my purchase with compensation else i am going to the consumer court. I want an immediate response from Godrej or whom so ever is responsible.
