RAJA BHATTACHARYA OF R.S. SYSTEMS, 152, S.P. MUKHERJEE ROAD, 1ST FLOOR, KOLKATA-700026, MOB NO. : +91 [protected] (TAKING ORDERS FOR MODULAR KITCHEN CABINETS ON BEHALF OF GODREJ) I PLACED A LARGE ORDER AS FOLLOWS: 1) THRU RS SYSTEMS OF MR. RAJA BHATTACHARYA (INTRODUCED AND SENT BY MR. SANJEEV): FULL MODULAR KITCHEN (L-SHAPED) AND 2 ROWS OF ALUMINIUM/GLASS WALL UNITS. THE TOTAL ORDER WAS OF APPROX 1.7 LACS.AS PER INVOICE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO COMPLETE THE WORK WITHIN 2 MONTHS AT MOST. THIS IS APRIL 2015, THE WORK IS STILL PENDING. THEY HAVE ALREADY TAKEN THE FULL AMOUNT IN ADVANCE. EVEN AFTER REPEATED REQUESTS, REMINDERS, MAILS, THE DEALER IS LEAST BOTHERED TO COMPLETE THE WORK. ALL THE PARTS WERE NOT DELIVERED AT A TIME. SOME ARE STILL PENDING. FITTERS WERE NOT SENT IN TIME EVEN AFTER WE WERE INFORMED. WE HAVE CALLED THE PROPRIETOR, MR. RAJA BHATTACHARYA MANY A TIMES JUST TO GET A FALSE ASSURANCE, AND NOW HE DOES NOT EVEN RECEIVE THE CALLS. EVERYONE IS VERY SWEET WHEN THEY HAVE ORDERED, BUT NOW THEY ARE EXPERT LIARS. GODREJ WILL SINK IF THESE PEOPLE REMAIN INCHARGE. MUMBAI OFFICE NEEDS TO TAKE OVER KICK SOME OTHERWISE THESE BONGS WILL KILL THE COMPANY. Same is the case with me also.In addition they demanded cash component from the invoice amount(demanded Rs 22000 to some individual account without which they told they will not deliver the material.)The franchise is at Dwaraka nagar 2nd street Visakhapatnem and the sales man name is Mr Satish.

    Hi, I am Vishwas Gurung from Hyderabad and had given my new home interior work to VGREEN (Godrej) on 31st December 2014 and as per mutual agreement, Godrej promised to finish the work in 45 days. But, even after 3 months, the interior work is not finished. Also, the quality of work done is not as per Godrej standard, the finishing is not good at all. I am not satisfied at all with Godrej Interior work. I request a Godrej representative to come and inspect the work done. Can you please help me on this ? Regards

      I have purchased 2 number of Godrej creation wardrobes from your outlet situated at LIC buildings, Visakhapatnam on[protected]. At the time of booking i was promised to deliver the product within 4 weeks. But the material reached me after 8 weeks. While fixing the wardrobes it was noticed that one panel was damaged and could not be fixed. Again a mail was lodged from the stores dept for supply of the same. As a was told it may take another 2 weeks time. A company of such a reputation it is not good on your part to deliver a damaged panel which in turn delayed my shifting to new premises after 3 months. It is very much deplorable, and i was forced to think twice to book again. I would now request your good-self to deliver the panel on a high priority basis and relieve me from the agony i am facing. The response from the management of the retail outlet is not impressive as they are not heading to my request and even not updating me the delivery status.

        I bought two Godrej slimline cupboards from Mumbai. The representative at the Borivali Mumbai showroom Mr. Jeetendra hardly had any knowledge about the products and seem to have a lot of problem giving complete detailsof the products and their delivery. He even made us customers carry the products. Highly unsatisfied with the service delivered by the showroom. However, the installation guy was good and so are the products supplied.

          Sir, I Smt A.V.N.V.Vijaya .Lakshmi from visakhapatnam booked 2 (two) number of Godrej Creation wardrobes for a cost of Rs. 86000/- at LIC Building premises at Visakhapatnam and at the time of booking the retailer promised me to deliver the goods within a months time. But the date of booking is 31st Jan-2015 and the delivery date is March-25th. Further at the time of fixing it was noticed that a panel was faulty welding joint and the same could not be fixed. Subsequently i requested to supply another piece but it was not done by the retailer causing me annoyed as i had planned to vacate the old house and shift to new one by31st March-2015. As a result, I have to pay another months rent and delay in my future plans. Kindly do the needful, A fast action may be initiated in this regard. With regards, A.V.N.V.Vijaya Lakshmi.

            We have booked Office Chairs at Fort Store of Godrej Interio on 10 - Feb - 2015 after making 100% advance payment of Rs. 34, 106/- vide receipt No. 372211 It was mentioned in the receipt delivery will be done in 4 to 5 weeks time. As per this the delivery date should had been 18 - Mar - 2015 or Maximum 20 - Mar - 2015. We have been following up the store people since 16 - Mar - 2015 for update on delivery vide Phone & E-mail both, but till date we have not received the delivery of the Chairs. We are just being said another 4 - 5 days in the first follow up dated 18 - Mar - 2015 & in the Latest follow up on 01 - Apr - 2015, we have been said additional 3 Days. Still as on date we have not received the delivery nor any intimation of when the Chairs will be actually delievered. This is very bad & unexpected from a Company Like Godrej Interio, after taking 100% advance payments they do not deliver on their own Promise.               Dear Sirs, I am an avid customer of your products and with the avidity lastly purchased a Karbon Queen Bed ((78"X60") for Rs. 65840.00 from Godrej Retail Showroom situated at 9, Brabourne Road, Kolkata - 700001 on 14.03.2015 bearing Order No. 338553 Delivery made after 7/8 days and installation personnel arrived after 3 days. After trying hard for consecutive two days they somehow installed the bed unsatisfactorily, but broke the Hydraulic parts of the bed, meant for pulling up and down of the under storage facility. In fact, the same is the special attraction of the bed. The personnel assured us to replace the same with a new one within 2/3 days, but even after the lapse of 7 days they did not turn up. I lodged a complaint with the concerned Showroom, who manifested lackadaisical approach and advised to make complaint with customer care for quick redressal of the same. I am flabbergasted to find that if a renowned company like Godrej fails to provide after sales service and that too installation of a costly bed then how and why Godrej displays furniture items for sales in its outlets. The material has been lying at my residence as unusable things. It ought to be the bounden duty of your sales and service personnel to keep the reputation of your company aloft by providing best possible service to the customer, but instead their apathetic approach besmirchs the very sanctity and reputation of Godrej. Under the above circumstances, out of chagrin I am making this complaint with high expectation that your expeditious initiative will, of course, set the matter right very soon and enable us to use the bed.                 we had purchased a storewel Godrej almirah with a slimline mirror from show room at 125 MG Road, Secunderbad on 24 January 2015 and the invoice was made on 28 Jan. The delivery was on 30 January. It was damaged and was shown to the pers who delivered it, three hrs after the scheduled time. They mentioned that an installation person would come, check and change the almirah. Numerous calls and there has been no response, even from vikroli customer care. On 28 Feb an almirah was brought as replacement but without a mirror. The same was not accepted. Another month has passed, phone bills increase but almirah still not replaced. Request take back the almirah, return my money with compensation. [protected]@yahoo.com

                  I had booked 1 no GODREJ MAKE SQUADRO QUEEN BED, 1 no ALPINA SOFA SET, 1 no KENT DINING TABLE with 6 nos STELLA DINING CHAIRS, AND 1 no HELIX COFFEE TABLE from your dealer M/S H P BUTALA & SERVICE, BAZAR PETH CHIPLUN in APR-MAY 2013, I received delivery of goods on 29/05/2013. at my home at and post PATPANHALE Taluka Guhagar Dist RATNAGIRI, MAHARASHTRA. At the time of delivery while assembling double bed, "Tail Pannel" was found faulty hence replaced by the Dealer, but then while replacing this panel on 29/06/2013, when we tried to open the upper panels that ring came into the hand, which looks like as "VERY POOR QUALITY", I do not stay at PATPANHALE permanently, I or my family members visit there once in 2 to 3 months, hence we do not use furniture frequently, but in my last visit in Feb 2015 I found that 1 chair is making noise if somebody seat on it. and with a little push to COFFEE TABLE, it complety collapse, luckily GLASS is intact but the portion which holds the small GLASS, in middle is completely broken and one base of a leg is gone out of shape, I really did not know that such a reputed COMPANY can provide such poor quality of Furniture. When I contacted Dealer, he told me that I have to pay for new hardware, which I am ready to pay also, but till date I have not received any reply. HENCE I am lodging complaint with you.                     I submitted a supply order issued by Canteen Stores Department, Chennai on 24 Feb 15 for supply of One Godrej 221 Ltr Refrigerator GDE 23 BXTM to SUSHMA FORMS & AGENCIES, 421/H, POONAMALLEE HIGH ROAD, ARUMBAKKAM, CHENNAI 600106. LSO NO. 170018 DATED 24 FEB 15 AND their delivery challan no. 2564 refer. Initially I had a colour choice. It was told that it may take around 20 days to despatch the item and item would be despatched on receipt of the same in the desired colour. However, since the item was not despatched even after lapse of 20 days, I requested them to send a refreigerator of any colour available on stock. It was then told that no fridge was available on stock and next stock was expected after another one week time. When I contacted yesterday 23.3.15 and today 24.3.15 they (MR. KARVANNAN [protected]) says again that it will take another one week. Undue delay in despatch of item to Tuticorin as agreed is not acceptable.                     Subsequently I have spoken to Mr. Arun Kumar Godrej Chennai on his mob. [protected] and to the owner of the dealer on [protected] and awaiting updates from both of them. While I will make efforts to contact them tomorrow kind intervention from your side. When contacted[protected] they gave a Mumbai number to contact. Mumbai Godrej people asked me to Chennai Godrej People. Chennai Godrej asked me to contact Mr. Arun Kumar (above mentioned).

                    One person says the item will be sent directly from Coimbatore. Another person says that the item will reach Chennai from where it will be despatched through ARC parcel service to Tuticorin. Third person says that the item has reached Madurai and they will check and get back to me. Please resolve this issue at the earliest.

                    Please note that an LG item booked subsequently was despatched the next day and I got it within 4 days. Sorry to say - sad affairs on the part of CSD dealer or the party responsible to arrange demand and supply the item from Godrej. Please intervene.

                    I spoke to Mr. Arun Kumar today morning who promised for an update by this evening. As per your advice I spoke to[protected] Chennai this morning. Ms Priya was on the line. They said they cannot log a complaint of this nature and advised me to speak to the dealer only. Subsequently, I spoke to Mr Karvannan of Shushma Forms & Agencies who is the CSD dealer, who said only Godrej manager Mr. Arun Kumar can do the needful for despatch of the refrigerator. Mr. Arun Kumar gave a positive response and I hope to see the problem resolved by this evening.

                      Hello Team I have twice launched the complaint for a broken foot of my Godrej Helix Coffee table. But till now, it hasn't been resolved. The service centre guys says as the table has been bought from the dealer and not from the showroom, so the dealer will only proide the service. I talked to the dealer and he is telling me that the service is provided from the service centre only (irrespective of whether you buy from showroom or delaer); I am not sure how their service channel works but the point is a customer like me is gettng harassed by them. The last time I filed an online complaint, after few days they closed the complaint without any intimation, without sending the service guys, , This is simply ridiculous. Didn, t expect this from a company like Godrej. Can somebody please help ?

                        I had ordered a steel almirah from Godrej Interio showroom on Kasturba Road, Bangalore branch, about 10-12 days back. My bill reference number is - 274352. Along with the almirah, I had also ordered 2 shelves to be delivered and fit. While the almirah has been delivered, there is no news about the shelves. I tried contacting the showroom a couple of times. They took down my details promising to call me back but never did. They took the payment in full but now when it has come to the time of delivery, there seems to be no response from their end. The almirah even after 10 days is lying unused because the shelves need to be fit. I request that the complaint be forwarded to the concerned branch of Godrej to attend to at the earliest.                             Booked a kreation 4 door almirah on 15th Feb by paying full money in advance Rs 50458/- at Bhagirathi Interiors your franchisee at Manpada Thane Mumbai. Was informed that it will be delivered in next 12-15 days. On not receiving it till today after 24 days I am told it will be delivered by month end. For god Sake I am buying an almirah which others deliver the same day and not a newly launched car that one has to wait for months. Either deliver the goods in next 3 days else arrange to have my money refunded. A Very Unhappy Customer, Debashish Roy.

                              Planning to get your Kitchen done from Godrej Interio? Think again! After much deliberations and discussions, I decided to go with the brand name of Godrej for renovating my kitchen. What did they do? They did nothing! How much did they charge? They charged me a bomb! The lady, Miss. Suchita Palsande who came for measurements probably didn’t know how to use the tapes, or how else she would take the wrong measurements. They say one thing and do another! And with their weird policy, they take full payment even before the entire work is completed because they know you are helpless later! The doors they attached are faulty, the measurements they took are wrong, they don’t cover the POP work which they broke, The rod they put is crooked, their employees are arrogant, their work is shoddy, they don’t work according to the outline they give to you, the list is simply endless! In fact, I have not yet received the bill & receipt for the payment I have made! With a reputation of Brand called Godrej, one would assume that they would give you a peace of mind with your renovation work. All I got is piece of mind that never ever trust Godrej Interio for any of the work. Another colleague of Miss.Suchita, Mr. Yogesh Jaggi is highly ARROGANT and SHAMELESS.. Didnt agree to his fault infact kept arguing with me.. Absoultely has no respect for women.. All the work we got done was from Mohit Enterprises, Thakur Village, Kandivali east, Mumbai branch. This is one of the worst service experiences I have faced ever. And I expect a written apology from the Godrej representatives for the shoddy work their company has been doing!

                              Absolutely true, l have booked Godrej modular kitchen from mavintedesigns Thane Maharashtra on 12/6/21 and as on 2/9/21 83 days have passed, still work not done and future unknown, l am taking help of customer care and praying to God to get the job completed.

                                Sir, I had purchased a Godrej Mattress one and a half year ago costing Rs. 16, 500 from the Godrej Mattress Dealer 'Maharashtra Mattress', located at Adarsh Nagar, Near Sports Complex, Andheri (W), Mumbai. It carries guaranty of 3 years. In no time the mattress started sagging. Due to this bad quality of mattress I am suffering back problem also. I complaint about this to the dealer but dealer asked to do contact with Godrej in this regard. After several telephone calls at Godrej customer care they recorded my complain (complaint ID - B[protected]) . After that one person from Godrej visited our house took pictures, copy of bill etc . and later on with due checking of mattress he assured that new mattress will be deliver to me soon. Now three moths have over, almost every day I am calling at customer care but they are making me fool with false assurance of replacement of mattress. I am requesting to you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue .

                                  Service person Mr Sandeep Roy and Sales manager Arman hussain, they dosen't know how to talk with their customer especially with lady.Today[protected] I have called them for servicing modular kitchen, they started shouting at me that they will not be able to give service as per your requirement and when I asked them to give customer care no they again started shouting at me telling that you are not my customer i will not give you the number go and check online and make customer complaint and they kept the phone.Pls take action on them that next time they should not misbehave like this with any one

                                    I placed an order for some furniture from Godrej from its Interio office in Banasawadi Bangalore. Despite making an advance payment of Rs. 25000 They have not yet delivered the furniture to me 6 weeks after payment. Godrej one of the lousiest customer care and they dont even have a call centre to contact in case of complaints. They dont provide any follow up and even after they deliver a product they dont provide immediate installation. They take more than 7 days to even call you and schedule an appointment. Then too, they dont come at the time you ask them to. They will specify a time and if that is not convinient to you they wont show up or even call to schedule anothe time. The person I delt with for the sale was Mr. Ajesh [protected]. This man does not even receive calls from you once you pay him an advance! I would strongly suggest against buying anything from Godrej. Buy you furniture from Flipkart, Amazon or elsewhere they provide far better customer service.

                                    I wish to clarify here that the person I spoke to was Mr, Prabhaiah and not Mr. Ajesh as mentioned in the earlier complaint. I was referred to Mr. Ajesh by Mr Prabhiah at a later date saying he is in charge of this.

                                      Dear Sir I write to inform you that I booked a Godrej Cupboard from your Byculla Showroom on February 3, 2015, Order No. 768335. The said Cupboard was delivered to me on February 26, 2015. Wrong Amount in challan We have still not received the Invoice for the cupboard giving break up of the price and tax. The amount reflected on the challan is Rs 32, 000/ whereas I have actually paid Rs 35729/ for the same. I have noticed following defects which I have stated on the delivery challan. (1) The decorative rims on the locker are broken. (2) There are welding marks on the golden rims of the front door (3) Rust marks on golden decorative strips (4) There are air bubbles on the paint of front door. (5) The delivery date on the challan is 24th but the actual product was delivered on 26th February 2015 (6) The cupboard does not look brand new. Looks like the one I saw in the showroom. (7) There is no warranty card with the cupboard. The cupboard does not look brand new. Looks like the one I saw in the showroom complete with broken decorative rim, rust marks on Decorative golden plates and the air bubble in paint. I got a call from the driver on the 24th that my cupboard is being delivered but thereafter when I was waiting for it I gather that the cupboard received from the Warehouse was received in the showroom and I have received the old showroom cupboard without proper receipt. I am an old customer of your reputed company and use several of your appliances with pride. But this time there has been no supervision and quality control. Please arrange to 1. Kindly replace the cupboard with a brand new one. 2. I may also be given the receipt for the full amount of Rs 35729 that paid by me or bill for appropriate amount and the refund of appropriate amount. 3. If you do not have a new cupboard please arrange to refund me Rs 35729. Kindly look in the matter urgently to retain my trust in your company Regards Nishita Raje

GT ROAD (WEST) ASANSOL -713304 PHONE:[protected], EMAIL [protected]@yahoo.co.in. problem is that my mattress stitch are loose and open automatically from here and there and one or two place curve type on top of mattress I inform the dealer M/S vyas & co by telephone on November month 2014 to replaced the mattress, but no reply again inform by telephone on Feb2015 replaced the mattress they told me mail the loose portion of mattress photo I send the photo by mail but till date they could not communicate me.
