I am an old customer of Godrej Interio. Recently, I set up a Godrej modular kitchen at my flat and also purchased a wardrobe from Home Elegance, Mathura Road, Faridabad in February 2014.
2. At the time of purchase of the wardrobe, I requested for providing me some additional slabs for the already set up modular kitchen. It took me 2-3 months to get some of the slabs fitted in the modular kitchen. But the remaining 3 slabs are yet to be supplied and fitted by Godrej Interio. While payment of the part supply was made to Godrej Interio at the material time, I also made an advance payment of Rs.1000/- out of the cost of remaining three slabs six months back vide Order Confirmation Form No.1877 dated 15th May 2014.

Here, I would like to draw your attention to some of your representatives who contributed their best to the customer service of the prestegious Godrej Interio touching so low with their inadequate knowledge in the field and non responding to the customers' calls. One of them was Kunal Sharma. Initially, he contacted me for taking measurement of the slabs but then I kept chasing him for three months after which I came to know that he has left the job. The other man Rajeev who contacted me once, also followed the same. During this period, I visited your showroom at Mathura Road several times and requested one of your representatives Ajeet Jha for help who sincerely tried to help me but in vain. With his initiatives the things started moving and your representatives visited my flat with the slabs but see the height of your poor customer servie, I was told by them that they have brought the undersized slabs by mistake. After a few days, they came second time with the oversized slabs and told me that they will be coming with the correct size of slabs within 8-10 days but they did not turn up. 2-3 months back, I met one Sanjeev Malhotra during my reminder visit to the showroom who assured me that the slabs will be supplied within a week's time.
4. After meeting Sanjeev Malhotra, I visited your showroom thrice but there appears to be no response from either Godrej Interio or Sanjeev Malhotra since then and I am now fully fed up with the way Godrej deals with its customers. I sent an email to Godrej Interio as well as to Home Elegance on 29th Oct.'14 with all these details but it has not even been acknowledged.
5. In these circumstances, I have left with no other way but to escalate this case at the appropriate forum and get suitably compensated for the mental agony suffered at the hands of Godrej Interio and non responding for such a long time even after accepting the advance money for the supply of the items to be made.
