This is for the complain No: 578771 which has been placed in Oct 2014. I paid the advance money for the study table part which needs to be repair in my home. Its been 3 months, It seems there are bunch of jokers in service center who are playing phone phone with me. Anyway THIS IS THE WORST BRAND I COULD EVER BOUGHT HOME. Shame on you guys.

      I bought a alice coffee table, and was promised i will get it delivered on monday as i was having a small get together on wednesday, but this people never even bothered to deliver it and did it only when i shouted yesterday with a commitment of assembling the same yesterday but today they are again saying it can be only done next week.

        I got the sofa last December 2013 with warranty of one year, all the strictures to the sofa is removing day by day given complain to the customer care executive, I called nearly three times to the customer care executive, same response the person with come, till now the no person has visited and checked it. One of the person called and said to send photographs in whats app i forwarded he said after seeing photographs it will get replaced with in ten days. now saying there is no material. Dear sir we are huge amount and buying from you, but this is the response we need expect from you. Really its too bad for me. Today i called they said they will come and fix may be he will come in future of one year later or two years later. Serious management is worst.

          On 12 October 2014 we visited the Godrej Interio showroom. We selected the Storwell wardrobe and also the mirror. After that we were offered a scratch card in which we got some discount. The price of the cupboard plus the price of the mirror minus the discount plus the applicable taxes was invoiced to us and we made a cheque payment. The cupboard was delivered but not the mirror. The Sales person and the Store Manager refuse to share the price break-up and refuse to deliver the mirror. It has been 2 months now and this is my worst exprience with Godrej ever.

            Frustrating & Pathetic Post Sales Service from a reputed company like Godrej!! I will suggest anyone to think twice before ordering any products from Godrej Interio. I ordered a Godrej Slimline Almirah on 26th-Nov-14 from Godrej Interio Company Showroom at Behala, Chowrasta, Kolkata - 700008 (GIRNAR, 11Biren Roy Road-West, Paschim Barisha) by paying the full amount. It was for a marriage gift which was scheduled on 1st-Dec-14. Everything was fine till they missed the delivery date of 28th-Nov-14. Nobody even bothered to inform us (nor attending our calls) that they would not be able to deliver on the scheduled delivery date. We waited patiently till night. On 29th-Nov, suddenly in the evening they appeared without a single notification. Now the DRAMA and frustration started when we came to know that the packaged items would be assembled only by a separate department called "Fittings Deptt.". Even after multiple calls made to the showroom nobody took the matter seriously and everytime I called they gave the same response saying "We are looking into the matter". The showroom didn't take any responsibility of contacting their "OWN" Fittings department. They gave silly excuse saying they didn't have any control over their Fittings Department. It is only the buyer who needs to contact on their own. After multiple calls to the Fittings Department they also missed the fittings schedule without any intimation. Then we logged a complaint by calling the Godrej Customer Care and fittings were done 2-days after that. And by the time the MARRIAGE was over. It was really a pathetic service from Godrej and their customer handling!! I will NEVER buy any Godrej Products NOR suggest anyone to buy from them.

              I bought 3 door slimline almirah with box unit on top on 16th Nov, 2014
              I paid full amount but didn't got the product till now.

              The dealer has surrendered, told it happens.He gave me someones number from interio but that guy told on 1st dec that it will take 7-8 days more.Crazy.and reason is that it is a process.i am in trouble coz i bought this for my marriage and it is in 3 days.i feel cheated.

              I have booked 4 door Kreation wardrobe from "Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd." kolkata on march'15 first week, and the product suppossed to be delivered by march'15 end. But each time I contact the dealer, they are telling that the door material is not yet come from manufacture unit and they increase the delivery time line by 5days. After 1 and half month I am not getting the product and even any positive date. So I want my money back and cancel the order.

                The subject service was attended on 20th Nov 2014 & took the visiting charges of INR 250 bt still we are awaiting for the quotation, i have been calling the customer care team for the status update inreturn they informed me that my request is closed . Why cant the service centre mail me the quotation . Never expected such lack of management from this brand.

                  I have bought desire Sofa cum bed on 31/07/13 at Godrej interio /Mylapore outlet. Invoice No. is 84I 2411 0594 I was given /delivered the piece kept for display as there was no stock available of that model on that day. After two months of purchase the seating of both ends of the sofa lowered when seated since the cushion was not packed properly at the ends. Along with that the resting portion of the sofa also not in position as the spring is not rigid and goes beyond normal angle. Hence I made a complaint and a mechanic visited and took the sofa for repair and brought it back. After this also the same problem prevailed and I kept silent using the same. To my surprise during May June 2014 the rexin cover of the sofa became peeling patch by patch ( dot like) slowly in some parts and thereafter in a larger area and hence I made a complaint during July 23rd 2014 ie during the guarantee period. Service No allotted is 406435. Phone No is[protected]. Purchased in the name of Ve.K. Hemalatha/E.K. Vengatesh Kumar. New. 3, Old No.1/2B Gulam Abbas Ali Khan seventh Street, Thousand Lights, Chennai -6. Two to three mechanics have visited and identified the defect and endorsed for replacement of the Sofa. So far the replacement has not been done despite many complaints thro service no and to the personal numbers of Engineers and other related persons at Chennai. Even after a lapse of four months I have not received the product and the sofa in our house becoming worse and look awkward in our drawing room. The service given to us on purchase of the godrej product is very poor resulting to mental agony and I never expected that such a biggest esteem company is giving this kind of service to the customers. In view of the above, the Officers in charge may kindly look into the issue and the matter is solved without any further delay. I have understood the make and model is defect one and even if it is replaced the same problem may occur and I could not claim under non guarantee period. Hence any other model sofa of equivalent price or even more may be allowed to be taken Action taken in this regard may be advised. Thanking You. |||||

                    I have already lodged a complain and given visiting charge also. Now service centre (CHIRAJ ENTERPRISES) has given the quotation for parts and I have approved. NOBODY IS COMING AFER MANY PHONE CALLS. Service call no is BO[protected] dated Nov 1, 2014. You can see already half of month is gone. Please refer to the previous mail I have received a call from Godrej on Nov 14 he has promised me to resolve the issue on or before Nov 17 but still it is pending Please do something to fix my problem Regards

                      I have purchased Almirah two years ago and now the welded portion o[censored]pper lock system has left the welding from the almirah portion. If it gets this problem in daily use then how can it bear the thieves? Booked complaint vide no D[protected] on 27.10.14 and no technician has visited any there is no response from the company also. when again complained, they only assure that someone will visit. A very disappointing after sales service from a reputed company. I am not going to advise anyone to purchase godrej interio products but prefer local made products whom they can get in touch soon.                         Dear sir We had purchased shoe rack from godrej interio in aug 2013. Only after 6months we encountered problem as the shelves had broken. We lodged complaint on 3rd June 2014 vide complaint no 533259 . Technician came and put some nails on side cabinet making holes in the cabinet ensuring us that this was the only solution possible and problem would not occur again. In sept again the shelves broke and again on 24th sept we lodged a complaint vide complaint no 536208 .Technician this time told us that since the earlier technician had done the wrong work shoe rack is now beyond repair and now it is not possible to repair. We had purchased for RS 8000/- and that too from such a reputed company but we are sorry to say that despite my following up with your service centre nothing has happened till date.                         We regret to inform that our complaint till date has not been resolved. We have received a courier from godrej but till date nobody has contacted us for further action . We have no clue whom should we contact for the same . Pl provide us with name and number of contact

                          Had ordered an Elmira WARD-H1 ROYAl IVORY/SPRIN under Invoice No. 80I/24187368 worth around 25k from Godrej Interio showroom at Mohini Palace AC7 VIP Road Jyangra Kolkata .This Elmira was delivered to my house yesterday and we then realized that due to around 0.5 inch extra height it is not entering our bedroom where we had our space for that wardrobe already made.Then I called on to the retailer for asking them that how can we get the height reduced by half an inch so that we can put it in.This is when I realized that how everything is told to be possible when you buy a product and how after that it becomes an issue of no policy for problems you face.Just to give a brief when I was looking to buy this wardrobe I had asked the retailers to send in there experts to make the measurement's so that it does not become a problem but they then told that no does not come under there policy therefore you need to come to us with your own measurements and then we will place the order. No either they should have had the policy of sending some expert for measurement or should provide required service if a customer has difficulties with the finished products due to measurements as it was not taken by a company expert.The current policy is a closed policy where the end customer is the looser and is left alone to suffer. I am engineer and I know that a mere height of inch can be easily decreased by cutting the legs by that height and then filling the iron for leveling it.I accept the fact that may its not possible at my house but I am ready to bear cost for transporting the product to and fro to there workshop. Can somebody please help me on this as my whole interior plans are now shattered due to this small issue as my flat is a not huge one and I have literally lost all my faith over a very old company like Godrej due to such type of after sales service where they leave there customer like a garbage.

                            I am an old customer of Godrej Interio. Recently, I set up a Godrej modular kitchen at my flat and also purchased a wardrobe from Home Elegance, Mathura Road, Faridabad in February 2014. 2. At the time of purchase of the wardrobe, I requested for providing me some additional slabs for the already set up modular kitchen. It took me 2-3 months to get some of the slabs fitted in the modular kitchen. But the remaining 3 slabs are yet to be supplied and fitted by Godrej Interio. While payment of the part supply was made to Godrej Interio at the material time, I also made an advance payment of Rs.1000/- out of the cost of remaining three slabs six months back vide Order Confirmation Form No.1877 dated 15th May 2014. 3. Here, I would like to draw your attention to some of your representatives who contributed their best to the customer service of the prestegious Godrej Interio touching so low with their inadequate knowledge in the field and non responding to the customers' calls. One of them was Kunal Sharma. Initially, he contacted me for taking measurement of the slabs but then I kept chasing him for three months after which I came to know that he has left the job. The other man Rajeev who contacted me once, also followed the same. During this period, I visited your showroom at Mathura Road several times and requested one of your representatives Ajeet Jha for help who sincerely tried to help me but in vain. With his initiatives the things started moving and your representatives visited my flat with the slabs but see the height of your poor customer servie, I was told by them that they have brought the undersized slabs by mistake. After a few days, they came second time with the oversized slabs and told me that they will be coming with the correct size of slabs within 8-10 days but they did not turn up. 2-3 months back, I met one Sanjeev Malhotra during my reminder visit to the showroom who assured me that the slabs will be supplied within a week's time. 4. After meeting Sanjeev Malhotra, I visited your showroom thrice but there appears to be no response from either Godrej Interio or Sanjeev Malhotra since then and I am now fully fed up with the way Godrej deals with its customers. I sent an email to Godrej Interio as well as to Home Elegance on 29th Oct.'14 with all these details but it has not even been acknowledged. 5. In these circumstances, I have left with no other way but to escalate this case at the appropriate forum and get suitably compensated for the mental agony suffered at the hands of Godrej Interio and non responding for such a long time even after accepting the advance money for the supply of the items to be made.                                 I bought a new fridge on 02/11/2014 [Godrej edge pro 5.1 single door 190 litre) from Croma retails at sony world junction, bangalore. The very next day its internal bulb got blasted. I called godrej smartcare and they told someone will come. Yesteday i got a message from godrej that my issue is closed.I called again and asked them why they closed..they gave some junk answers and i asked to raise the issue again. He told he will do it. But no one came till now to repair. Am fed up calling this godrej. I will never recommend anyone to use godrej now onwards. Complaint no: is N[protected]

                                More over the fridge started making some huge humming sound every 5-10 mins in an hour or so...some times the sound is so loud.

                                  We placed an order for 2 door body cupboard from Godrej Interio showroom located at Amboli, Andheri(W), Mumbai on[protected]. The order details for the same are given below. We received the worst after sales service from Godrej this time.100% payment has been done in advance i.e. before the actual delivery of the cupboard. Sales Order no. : 765653 Picking List No. : 177466 Invoice No. : 75I/21160553 Invoice date :[protected] Item code/Description : 1. STSLB24S098/SLM 2 DR BODY 4SH Royal 2. STSLDS2D108/SLM STD 2 DR (LH+RH) PAC.B The problems we encountered are as follows: 1. The actual delivery of the cupboard was done on[protected] as against[protected] as promised. 2. We received the wrong consignment.The consignment to be delivered to us was actually delivered to some other customer. 3. The consignment meant for us was delivered to us and assembled 6 days later i.e. on[protected]. 4. While assembling it came to our notice that there is quite a big dent to the left part of the body of the cupboard. 5. When we coordinated with the showroom, we were told that it can be fixed only 7-8 days later. Such a pathetic service after 100% payment is done is absolutely not expected from a brand like Godrej. Not to mention the casual attitude and excuses of the sales people at Godrej Interio who only gave lame excuses like "we couldn't find your address" or "we had hired a new driver because of which the consignments were mismatched". We have been through enough frustration and we have reached the end of our patience. We politely request you to replace the defective product and not "fix" it. It is not our fault that the driver was new or the delivery people didn't bother to call when they couldn't find the right building or that the product was damaged in transit. Proper packaging for the same should have been ensured by Godrej. We are still awaiting replacement for the product. You are requested to look into the same so that we get the correct product and please get us some decent service. Photo proofs are attached. It has now been 11 days since we paid for the cupboard.                                   Frustrating & Pathetic Post Sales Service from a reputed company like Godrej!! I will suggest anyone to think twice before ordering any products from Godrej Interio. I ordered a Godrej Slimline Almirah on 26th-Nov-14 from Godrej Interio Company Showroom at Behala, Chowrasta, Kolkata - 700008 (GIRNAR, 11Biren Roy Road-West, Paschim Barisha) by paying the full amount. It was for a marriage gift which was scheduled on 1st-Dec-14. Everything was fine till they missed the delivery date of 28th-Nov-14. Nobody even bothered to inform us (nor attending our calls) that they would not be able to deliver on the scheduled delivery date. We waited patiently till night. On 29th-Nov, suddenly in the evening they appeared without a single notification. Now the DRAMA and frustration started when we came to know that the packaged items would be assembled only by a separate department called "Fittings Deptt.". Even after multiple calls made to the showroom nobody took the matter seriously and everytime I called they gave the same response saying "We are looking into the matter". The showroom didn't take any responsibility of contacting their "OWN" Fittings department. They gave silly excuse saying they didn't have any control over their Fittings Department. It is only the buyer who needs to contact on their own. After multiple calls to the Fittings Department they also missed the fittings schedule without any intimation. Then we logged a complaint by calling the Godrej Customer Care and fittings were done 2-days after that. And by the time the MARRIAGE was over. It was really a pathetic service from Godrej and their customer handling!! I will NEVER buy any Godrej Products NOR suggest anyone to buy from them.

                                    I Manoranjan Kumar Tiwari, purchased Adrian dining table from godrej interio dealer CITILINE CHAS, BOKARO IN 2008, but it's glass top came out from steel structure because of pesting problem i.e liquid through which steel structure is attached to the glass top is not working as per godrej people.Fixed two times earlier by godrej people but again glass top came out last month. After repeated request, godrej people fixed it last week (through the same local dealer) and charged rs. 500 as well but again the very next day, again glass top fell from top leading to accident. Now godrej people are not listening at all. Even complain lodged with local Godrej representative Mr. Biswas but he is not paying attention at all. Feeling helpless.

                                      Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that I have purchased Brussels Plus Sofa Bed from your T.Nagar Branch on 4th October (Invoice no.84I/24123874 dtd 04.10.2014) which has already been delivered at Kodaikanal but till now it has not been assembled. I have made so many calls to your customer care and local sales office and requested to come for assembly but response is very bad. Each time when I call your sales office, my calls have been diverted to somebody who is not responsible for this. I got fed up with this. If this is not been assembled within this week I am forced to make a complaint to CAG (Consumer Action Group). In future I will not recommend Godrej Interio to anybody .
